Son had to go the night without meds for an allergic reaction! Then try to call this morning and they keep putting somebody on hold. Or annswering then hanging up. His allergic reaction gotten way worse as we speak! Nothing is ever ready. Then when they do call you will still be waiting for an hour. Even the Dr said they are the worse here. Let me remind myself not to choose them just because i live next door. Nasty work. I never leave reviews. So yes where’s management or the store owner.

Chronic pain med patient who waited on the phone for 1 hour without a human voice. Also, the pharmacist and others working there always makes me feel like I am a junkie looking for the next high. I have been on the same med since 2005! I will leave this store and possibly all Walgreens. There are about 2 people who truly care, not more. You are much better off finding a much better pharmacy. By the way, I am a NP so I understand what is going on here.

The worse customer service.They leave you on hold for over 20mins...to answer and hang right up.Im just trying to tell them they FILLED THE SAME PRESCRIPTION 2 TIMES!! The one I need no response.Why even bother to alert me to pick-up and you ain't ready for me😡

I came here to get some allergy medicine 6 minutes before closing. The security guard made me go right back out the door saying they’re closed. I told him I had 5 more minutes and he said no we closed. It really disgusts me the level of poor customer service this place has

MAJORITY OF THE TIME THE PHARMACY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNPROFESSIONALLY UNCONCERNED LAZY AND RUDE I had been using them. Service got bad I transferred to Mt. Vernon especially for their customer and delivery services are excellent. But because they close at 6 at Walgreens closes at 9 I transferred two prescriptions to them. They were sent over to them about 5 at 8pm I called for the status and was told they wouldn’t be ready until the morning the next day. WTH.? After this pick up. Walgreens will be minus a customer.

Pharmacy is the worse! Unprofessional, long wait times. On hold while I write this review. Not once did they pick up to say please hold. They just keep putting me on hold. I just want to refill and ask a question. I will sending my prescriptions to another Walgreens or a different pharmacy because this isn’t how you treat your customers. Hanging up now since I can’t get a pick up! Do better!

I had my prescription sent in, waited 3 hours for her to tell me it's not in the computer yet because she hasn't put it thru. This place is horrible do yourself a favor and don't waste your time going there.

The pharmacy is the worst!!!!! Unprofessional and ghetto. Especially the Pharmacy Tech with the Orange hair. She came to the window, saw us sitting there and she said nothing. She didn't say she would be right with us or anything. She made eye contact and walked away. We sat in the driver through for over 20 minutes. She waited on customers who just walked up to the counter and turned a blind eye to us. I will never go to this Walgreens again.

This is the worse Walgreens I have ever seen. Walgreens corporate needs to come and revamp the whole store starting with employees. No type of customer service if you inquire anything. I have never seen a store you can arrive 10 mins before and they say they are closed. Or an hour before closing to yell at you when entering NO CASH CARD ONLY. So you don’t want to count the register down. Highly disappointing but this what happens where minorities live.

The people working here are doing such an amazing job!! I did both my covid-19 vaccine shots here. They were so friendly and helpful, and despite how busy it was, they did a fantastic job getting me through safely. I am so grateful to everyone who works so hard at this location and helped get me vaccinated!!

I wanted to share the experience I had at the Walgreens at 1300 E. North ave. Baltimore.Md. The store was clean orderly and well stocked. But what made me write this review was a young man named Dantroy Carter. It's rare to see young people working in retail with the ethical standards and hard work Mr. Carter showed. I'm retired from retail management after 50 years of service. If I were still working Mr. Carter is the kind of employee I would snatch from Walgreens. Not only is he a keeper, he's a credit to Walgreens and the great service you provide to the community.

Called before to confirm my Rx was ready for pickup. Turns out it was never in the system. After repeatedly verbally providing my details (despite handing over my driver's license), a "5min wait while I get the medication" turned into a 40min wait.

If I could I wouldn't give it ANY STARS AT ALL! The Pharmacy is absolutely HORRIBLE! They never answer the phone they do not even speak to you be fore putting you on hold! I work in a doctors office and was trying to call in a prescription for a patient for over a WEEK! For their procedure I even called and even called the general store and asked to speak with the manager and they took my name and number and stated that someone would call me back and no one ever did! this store needs new management and a new pharmacy! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT!

This is the only way I guess my voice or dissatisfaction will be seen and possibly addressed. Approximately a month or so ago I had a poor interaction in this location with a pharmacy tech named N'dia. The service was reported to the pharmacist and I don't feel as though even with all this she has learned the value of customer service. Our first encounter was very rude, unprofessional and violation of quite a few privacy and HIPPA laws. She gave my mother the correct medicine labeled incorrectly with someone else's information and medication. To date we still dont know where my mom's medication label is. Now when we arrive she doesnt say anything and walks away from the window to grab a colleague. Most recently I saw this employee outside of work. I am assuming on her lunch break as I had just left this Walgreens. She proceeds to have a conversation on her phone and inform the person whom she is speaking to she needs to be on a planet by herself cause she does not like people. Great customer service and image to portray to someone you know is a customer, at your customer service driven establishment that employs YOU! Someone needs to teach this young lady proper customer service with a smile, even if you dont like the customer or wish to engage with them.

Rudest experience I've ever had checking out at a pharmacy. I handed the clerk my insurance card as it was my first time there and he told me to "step back." Definitely my last time there as well. People like that shouldn't be working in jobs where they interact with other people. He had a nametag on that said, "Bestman"

Had a 9:15,9:30..9:45 appointment, was in line for over an hour waiting to get covid tested, obviously giving the benefit of the doubt of understaffed, but when I finally arrived to the window, there were 4 individuals in place assisting, was late for my entire day due to slowfulness here. What’s the point of an appointment if i have to wait an hour in a drive thru

I was on hold for 35 mins and the they hung up on me. They told me to hold please it 2 people ahead of me, they said that bout 6 times. I need my medicine i have the flu, but do you think they care. Ghetto assess.

Electric charging is a rip-off. $3 for a 8kwh / 43 miles session that took 1.5 hours. Costs less than a $1 for 4x the miles at other ChargePoint stations. Tesla superchargers too are far cheaper.

My experience with this Walgreens. 1. Customer service is horrible and the manager was very rude and if you don't believe me just try calling there . I promise you that you will be on hold for at least 13min and if someone eventually answers the phone watch how rude they will be towards you. And every single time that I tried to get my refills on my meds it would always be a problem. So that's my experience with the Walgreens on north Avenue

Today I went into their Pharmacy and stood in line for 30 minutes until I finally got to the register my sugar has been up to 240 and today I ran out of my syringes to inject my highly needed insulin I came from work today to get these very important things needed and the pharmacist told me I needed a prescription for these items a prescription I already have from another Pharmacy but stop here because it was a convenience there is no law about needing a prescription for this item and as well as I was not going all the way home to bring my prescription in to show this pharmacist that I'm a diabetic how dare them now I'm in the emergency room because of these horrible people

Terrible customer service, Sometimes customers have to leave the store with products in hand because they don't have bags in the store. Why pay a company for there service if they can't get it right it's horrible The pharmacy is the worst they leave people on hold for long periods of time and they are disrespectful I would not recommend this place

Filthy store! Disgusting floors never cleaned and I have proof! I took a picture of what seem to be puke on the floor 2 months ago and today it's still there! If you go in the front door go to the right behind the security guard stand infront of cosmetics it's pink!

Is this the new way Walgreen is doing business close up all the Rite Aids and send all prescriptions to the North Ave store they are always understaffed I sat in the drive thru for 25 mins waiting to pick up my sisters medicine one person working the counter and about 4 people in the back and no one came up to help when the guy did come help he was on his cellphone
