I arrived at the store at 8 a.m. (opening hours), but the doors were locked. A manager (?) came to open the door and let a staff member in. As I approached the door, they slid it closed and locked it. No greeting, no explanation, just closed and locked the door as she scowled at me through the glass. I mouthed, "What time do you open?" and she angrily yelled through the door, "I can't open until my cashier gets here!" and turned around and walked away. I went back to my car to google the nearest drugstore. A van pulled in and parked in the 1st handicapped spot nearest the doors. A woman rushed to the store entrance. She was let in, so I assumed this was the missing cashier, and I went into the store (doors now opened)to grab the item I came for. No staff was visible to ask where the item may be, and no one was at the registers when I was ready to check out. When the cashier came to ring me up, her phone rang and she answered on her watch while still in the middle of my transaction.The management and staff at this store do not care about the customers or the community. This is evident in the way that the delayed opening was handled, as well as the able-bodied person taking the closest handicapped spot that a disabled customer may need. There was no interaction from the manager other than when she initially locked the door in front of me. Taking personal calls and arriving late to work must not be an issue with management. This store is definitely not customer-focused, and I will not return.The attached pictures show the cashier waiting for entry and where she parked, taking the first handicapped spot meant for disabled customers. She could carry many bags, fast-walk, and even bend over to retrieve a dropped item.

Where to begin. If you are looking for a pharmacy BEWARE! I have been waiting for a prescription for my son for 6 days. The first mistake a pharmacy tech deleted my sons prescription out of the system so it had to be sent over again (they did Not call me to inform me)! Then after the prescription was resent over I didn't receive my usual text from Walgreens that our prescription was received. I had to call them to check the status, only to find out they were out of stock(again no phone call). I agreed to wait for the prescription to come in on what I was told would be a Friday. (No phone call to let me know the status of the medication), I called again on Friday only to be put on hold for 20 min. I went there on Saturday to be told the medication was not ordered and to give the pharmacist until Monday or Tuesday. It is now Monday and what do you know no medication is in yet. I understand shortages and having to wait. What I don't understand is a lack of communication from this particular location.

Walgreens is supposed to be a community store. A place of convenience and customer service. Typically when I go here I’m waiting for a long time to get my products from the locked counters where you need an associate to get the key. Also the photo center equipment is never working. Finally the pharmacy is never accurate on there estimates of when your prescriptions are ready. This community deserves much better. Just because it’s predominantly Black/African American, does mean the store should be this terrible. Lastly, this is no reflection on the staff, they are always friendly and have indicated on multiple occasions that the issues are out of their control.

Needed a passport photo for my baby. Called several Walgreens locations to confirm that they offered passport photo services, to which every single one said that their photo machines were down. Called this location. The associate said "We do take passport photos, but no one here knows how to do it for a baby"...... I thought this guy was pulling my leg. He puts me on hold. He comes back. I mention that it's the same specifications for a baby that it is for an adult.... He affirms that, indeed, no one knows how to transfer the same skills of taking an adult's passport photo to that of a baby - and wasn't even willing to try! It renders this a sub par location AT BEST, and perhaps a manager with appropriate qualifications needs to assume the position to cover for the uselessness and lack of customer service of its employees.

I’v been getting my prescriptions here for a few years now and the service is just awful. There’s no need for the pharmacy technicians to be curt or condescending or irritated or rude to customers. This pharmacy is located in a lower income area but that should not mean that people are treated less well than they would at pharmacies located in higher income areas. The wait time is too long and the staff seem like they hate their jobs. Don’t do customer service if you’re not willing to be nice to customers. I’ve never been rude and always wait quietly even if I’m annoyed internally. This is probably the third review that I’ve ever done in my entire life; it’s been that bad!

Four managers were standing in the center of an aisle having a conversation and laughing. There were 2 young associates walking and gripping among themselves about working conditions. I was there at 8:45 am to get a passport photo. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable. I was able to receive assistance at 9:00 am, after asking for help.

Throw the pharmacy AWAY & shortly after. The rest of the store. 10 minutes on hold, i hang up & call back. Then 25 MINUTED ON HOLD & no human said 1 word!! You've You've been warned!Negative 1 star! smh

All day we were trying to get a prescription in. The online system kept failing the doctor tried calling and was on hold for 40 minutes with no answer. I stopped by in person and the person at the counter said they received it but wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow because they were short staffed. She was very snarky, rude, and matter of fact. I told her there was no need to be rude it was just a question as I walked away she said I answered your question you just didn’t like the answer.

The rent-a-cop at Walgreen acted like a rent-a-manager there. He didn’t let the manager do her job as manager handling the situation between me and the cashier. He asked me to leave the premise. I saw two more people leaving the store, visibly upset with the same rent-a-cop within 30 mins. I had to call police on him. Police told the store to allow me back inside to get my medications. Rent-a-cop apologized to police, not me in person. Ridiculous.

One of my favorite Walgreens. Even though it's on the borderline of the hood it's usually very cordial and professional. The pharmacy staff not only know their stuff they get to know the many regular patients that pick up their meds. Stellar service

Everyone is very pleasant. Manager is always willing to assist. For the most part, store is always well-stocked. Pharmacy staff is always pleasant and my prescriptions are always ready for pickup when I get there. Use this Walgreens for most all of my sundry, snacks and prescription needs.

WORST WALGREENS IN HISTORY!!! I had a 11:45 appointment to get a covid test done per the instructions I was told to go through the drive-thru to be tested. I arrive five minutes before my appointment and the line was wrapped around the store. I try to call the pharmacy I am placed on hold and forgotten. From there I have no choice but to go inside from there I'm told I just have to wait in the line. SO WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT OF MAKING A APPOINTMENT.I wish google would let me give a zero star avoid this place at all cost

This Walgreens is not proficient in get prescriptions on time. I came early to fill the prescription and told I was two days early. I came back on Friday to fill it and got phone call Saturday to pick up. Came to get prescription on Sunday and the prescription was misplaced. I had to wait through lunch break for the prescription to get filled, and then had to pay more because they were out of the brand of medication that I was supposed to get. This is the third similar incident. The pharmacy is poorly managed and it is frustrating to customers.

If you’re going for a COVID appointment, be prepared to wait. Had an appointment and didn’t get tested until an hour later... and this was with getting there 10 minutes early for the appointment. Also, absolutely no signage so FYI you line up via the drive-thru pharmacy. I feel sorry for anyone who needs a prescription filled via the drive-thru.

Horrible pharmacy staff especially drive through, if they know they can’t fill a prescription w/o a certain insurance why would they take paperwork & ID in then saying prescription will be fill today after 10am means pharmacy staff ain’t care to do they job by the book customers should have knew ahead of time if they can’t take a certain insurance & etc especially if a customer needed medication for health issues

Do not go to this Walgreens, never have your pictures 😒 😡they will always lose the pictures no matter what!! You can go to Walgreens app the same day and they can't find your pictures, on God!!! Lesson Learned for now on I will go to Green Springs Walgreens and I want to give a zero however, Google once you give a one 🤬😡
