Horrible service. They cannot look up for your digital receipt. Even after you provide the phone number and email of your Walgreens account, they still cannot look that up. Then what is the point of creating an account and have digital receipt?

The worst experience ever! I didn’t received my medication even my primary care physician faxed the pharmacy order to refill. When I called the pharmacy I was told that insurance declined to cover this medication. I contacted my insurance and was told that medication I need is still covered, there 2 kinds of the same medication: one in capsules that I’ve been taking for years and needed to be refilled and another in tablets which is not covered. Somebody in the pharmacy ordered the wrong medication. For 4 days in a row at a different time I was trying to call the pharmacy to figure out what is going on but they just didn’t answer the phone for hours with the same message over and over: the stuff is taking another calls and there are 3 callers in front of me, for 4 days were 3 callers in front of me. Finally today, after listening for recorded message for hours someone answered and told me that my my prescription was filled since October 18 when my doctor ordered the refill. Today is October 26 and no one in the pharmacy bothered to let me know. Use another pharmacy if your health is important to you.

I love going to Walgreens at Quarry Lake. I always have a good experience there and get my medicines at the pharmacy there. I have been going there since it opened up.

This pharmacy is horrible. I don’t even know what the point is of making an appointment for a shot because you’ll stand there forever and nobody will help you. There is always a huge line full of people, and not enough staff working behind the counter, and the staff that are there don’t seem to know what’s going on. Do better!

The pharmacy is a train wreck. I spoke with the manager about this a year ago and I see no sign of improvement. The latest is that I tried to get a prescription renewed a week ago. My doctor sent the referral in early, which apparently was a huge error because no one knew how to handle it. I thought I had things straightened out 3 days ago, when I was told it would be ready the next day by 11AM. I called at 1 that day and was told I would have to talk with a pharmacist. After spending a long time on hold someone hung up on me. I called again and never was removed from hold. So I called today and was told the prescription was back ordered and that I should call in another 2 days to see if it came in (not, "We'll call you as soon as it comes in"). I asked why I wasn't told this a week ago because I need the medication and the pharmacist got angry at me so I hung up. I'm moving my scripts to another pharmacy and writing to corporate headquarters.

The store is fine but the pharmacy is very slow. There is always a line and the line moves slowly. They are not good at meeting time commitments. If they say 20 minutes, you should assume 30 or 45, especially if you don’t wait right there. Basically, they do not have enough staff and the process needs updating. There are some people there who try to be helpful and the location is great. But when you can, go somewhere else.

Despite this being the closest pharmacy to me, I'm finally taking my business elsewhere. After getting home from a painful surgical procedure I needed two medications urgently. The first was filled within an hour, but the second took an additional 6 hours to fill. A call to the pharmacy was met with no help, no apology for the delay, and no explanation why one prescription would take 6 hours to fill when the other was filled so quickly. I don't like the idea of inconveniencing myself by moving all my medications to another pharmacy that is farther away, but I have to consider that on almost every other occasion getting my medication at Walgreens is a huge hassle anyway. Good riddance.

Horrible place. Pharmacy is a disappointment. Nobody is not even looking at you when you finally got a chance to be called to the window. You are being totally ignored and disrespected.Shame to have this kind of "service " in the beautiful neighborhood like Quarry Lake.

I rarely leave bad reviews, and I know businesses are shortstaffed, but there is no excuse for the behavior of the pharmacy staff over the past few months. That, in addition to the increasing number of basic service issues, has turned this pharmacy into a total nightmare.Wait time for phone calls are over 40 minutes (or longer - when I hung up, they were still saying that "at least 3 people in line" ahead of me. Their drive-thru is closed 'due to technical issues' half the time and wait lines inside are long. The last straw for me was a few weeks ago, when a member of the pharmacy staff was unprofessional, then belligerent and rude. She actually became physically aggressive. I'd never seen a store employee act like that before.I hope that this Walgreens resolves its staffing issues, and quickly, because people are leaving in droves. Searching for a new local pharmacy for myself now.

The store is ok but the pharmacy at Quarry Lake is the worst ever! You hold on the phone for hours NOT minutes, then when your next in line they just hang up before answering. It's ridiculous. The pharmacy staffs attitude is dismal. If I could leave a zero rating I would. I'm only 45 yrs old dealing with this place, I couldn't imagine if I was a senior citizen holding for hours and then nothing. Prescriptions sitting unfilled for days. The physical pharmacy is a mess, scripts laying on the floor behind the counter. Zero communication skills. Trust me when I say, RUN AWAY

The store is OK. This pharmacy is an absolute train wreck. If you need to call, which you like will, for any number of reasons, you can expect to be on hold for 30-60 minutes to speak to a human (if you don't get disconnected first). I need to call them 3-4 times a month. It's a nightmare. I am transferring my prescriptions!!

Store is fine but the pharmacy is worse than a 3rd world country. They never answer the phone and hang up before you even speak with someone at the store. The pharmacy used to be efficient and passable, the past 2 years it's gone completely down the drain and it's utter trash.

Horrible service. Never staffed enough, everything moves impossibly slow, and there's been too many times where I've waited half an hour or more in line only to be told within 5 seconds that I can't be helped. Why this Walgreens has never realized the need for a better pharmacy is beyond me.Their photo printing services are horrible as well. I've ordered photos well in advance but lo and behold when I get there, they're nowhere to be found. What especially aggravates me is the fact that after the panic of the employee trying to find my photos for 10 minutes, all it takes to print my photos is a simple click of a button, and they'll be done before I can even take 2 breaths. I'm in my early 20s and this Walgreens has been a literal lifelong problem for me.

I like this store but the wait time at the pharmacy is ridiculous. Last night, I arrived at 8 pm to pick up my prescriptions. I was the 8th person in line. I did not reach the counter for 45 minutes. That is outrageous. The service at that Walgreens is usually very good. There was only one counter open and the other people working in the pharmacy ignored the very long line. Life is too precious to spend 45 minutes in line.

The pharmacy is what took a star off, because they're always extremely behind on orders and slow as molasses, and they are sometimes quite rude. The cashiers/ other store employees on the other hand are extremely sweet and nice people that always say hi to me and my service rottie. I wish i could rate them separately because they truly do make me feel less anxious about the judgements people make about my very sweet and toy- addicted pup who drags me to Walgreens every other day to investigate the toy aisle. They also have quick items like dairy, makeup, travel stuff and a pretty decent section of pet stuff. Wheelchair accessible and parking tight but available.

Terrible pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and use any other pharmacy even if it means driving 5-10 minutes farther - it will save you time in the end. They can't get anything right and every time I have been in there there are at least 5-10 people waiting in line and you wait a minimum of 20 minutes. Even tried to get a flu shot here and scheduled a same day appointment only to be told that they didn't have any supplies once I showed up. No one there is concerned with any of the customers. Go to a different store.

This pharmacy is an absolute waste of time. The fill time is roughly 3-4 times longer than other area pharmacies. And when you speak with the staff, they dismiss your frustration and concern and provide the same barely applicable answers to your questions over and over again. I don't get the impression that they are paying attention or care at all about their customers.

I have my prescriptions here because it’s close to my house, but it has the worst customer service of any pharmacy I have ever been to. It took them almost a full year to get 3 scripts to auto refill on the same date despite me asking every month and then assuring it was done. They are rude on the phone and hold times are long. The pharmacy techs are always understaffed and seem miserable. There is constant ping pong going on between my doctors office and the pharmacy and insurance issues sometimes take weeks to resolve. Avoid it at all costs.

I understand that they are often understaffed. But on several occasions the workers either opened late or closed early, and I doubt it was due solely to staffing. Waiting at the drive-through for them to open today was the last straw. I could see numerous employees milling about behind the translucent screen 20 minutes after the advertised opening, and when I finally drove away they immediately lifted the screen up for the next car. I'm sure they all thought that was very funny! It's Express Scripts for me here on out.

This pharmacy was decent until about two months ago , the new team is horrible they managed to slow down the place , they make up policies that are made up on the spot in order to inconvenience you. They said my insurance wouldn’t approve something and were unwilling to ask and a supervisor made it happen. One guy in particular who is new is horrible

Zero stars if possible. Absolutely the worst customer service experience we have ever had. Not once, nor twice, but 4 consecutive times in a row. Zero accountability, never answer phones, no management available, Prescriptions not done an hour after told they are available...don't go here. Save time and money find an efficient pharmacy elsewhere!

So the other Walgreens in Pikesville is closed on the weekends (Who Knew!). My doctor called this medication in last week and it’s still not ready 5 days later. Stand in line for an hour and they say give me 5 minutes SMH!! Line long as hell with elderly people, 4 employees in the back but only one waiting on customers. It’s a mess

short·ly/ˈSHôrtlē/Learn to pronounceadverb1.in a short time; soon."the new database will shortly be available for consultationWhile I was in hold for 45 minutes ( connected finally and disconnected abruptly). On hold again for another 1 1/2 hours for the pharmacy ….the word “shortly must have been chanted at me 100 times!Just want to remind Walgreens what the word means , clearly they have their own language. This pharmacy is neither “happy or healthy.”Worst pharmacy ever. Avoid at all costs. They can’t even deliver ( even though they say they will).

Hands-down, the worst pharmacy in the area! Had an appointment at 6:30 for a flu shot for my children. I didn’t get seen till 730 Another time I called in and was waiting for somebody to pick the phone up for 47 minutes. Don’t waste your time going here find someplace else to go!

I had a stroke and hospitalized for 8 weeks after being intubated for a week. Unfortunately there have been numerous occasions when the pharmacy has been very rude along with the call center. When I ask about a certain date for a refill I may not be in a position to look at the bottle and or have the date readily available. I don’t need to be told to look on the bottle…I’m not stupid and all my prescriptions do not come in bottles .I feel like l’m a bother pretty much when I call. I was in customer service for most of my career and in fact also was Operations Manager for a major Drug Store Chain and the way I have been treated does not in anybway represent caring customer service. I am sadden that it had to be this type of review, but I had no other alternative.

This is one of the best pharmacies I have been to. I have worked as a pharmacy technician and understand how stressful it can be when the stock is low and customers are impatient and rude (which is why I switched to inpatient). I think they do a great job of staying polite and helpful even when there isn't much they can do about not having enough drugs. The lines can be long because it is one of the only pharmacies in that area but they do a great job of keeping things moving and doing the best they can!

The employees are nice but this pharmacy is incredibly slow. It is a combination of their systems, I think and the fact that they are incredibly understaffed. It makes no difference if you use the drive through, or walk indoors. If you drop off a prescription I am convinced they don't begin to fill it until you come to pick it up - could be hours later. It is never filled. Other posts ask why this pharmacy doesn't staff up. They don't staff up because Walgreens doesn't care about customer service. They care only about making money, and they make more when they pay fewer people.

Twice, I have checked out with a $6.00 Walgreens coupon they issued me and both times the discount was not deducted from my total and two different cashier's threw the receipt in the trash. When I questioned them the first time he told me it was too soon to use but he added it to my account and could be used later. So I trusted what he told me and guess what it was not on my account. Today, I submitted the other coupon for $6.00 and I double checked the date so the prior experience did not happen again but the same thing happened again. The male cashier said it was to be used in the future and would also be on my account. I asked him for the receipt back which I watched him throw in the trash while ringing out which was 5.mins prior if that. The cashier said I don't know, it's gone rudely. Before I got myself in trouble I left the store. Check your receipts to make sure the credit was deducted.

Terrible! Awful service and beurocratic approach to everything. Walgreens is by far the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. I have witnessed some of the worst pharmacists and their assistants who have treated customers with disrespect and neglect, and not to mention overpriced medications that are three to four times more expensive than other competitors. Just awful! Will never go back there again. The only good thing about Walgreens is their commercials on TV and how great and caring they are, but when you actually have to deal with them, it's a grim picture of nasty employees who are rude and angry, looks like they hate their jobs!

Terrible waiting time for drive thru prescription pickup.2 days ago I was waiting for 20 min to learn they didn't have the medication for me in stock.Today I called to see if they are ready. I've been listening to the pharmacy's hold music for 5 minutes and got disconnected. And the same happened the second time I've called.
