The only thing that makes this location good anymore are the 2 Pharmacists John & Ovi. If they cut back the hours anymore they might as well be closed. They close at 8pm which stinks. People work and can't always get there in time. Since they added the lunch, when you go back at 2 the line is around the store. It's a joke. Yes everyone deserves a lunch, but they should have one person at the window taking in scripts or letting ppl pick up their scripts. That would keep things moving. If it wasn't for Ovi, I wouldn't have gotten my one med that I need desperately. I called and asked why it was taking a week for meds I have to take everyday and he said I'm so sorry. He said we have floaters and they don't know what to do. He punched in a few digits and boom my script was authorized. They need to get their stuff in order. The closest 24 hr store is 5 miles away for the people in Perry Hall and the poor ppl in Kingsville they have to drive either 10 miles to Belair or 10 miles to Harford Road. As I said the only thing that makes this Pharmacy worth anything are the 2 Pharmacists John and Ovi. Come in Walgreens think about the community and all the new houses they are building which we don't need and let's build another park, like we need another one of those, but God forbid they keep our Pharmacy open that we all need desperately. It's ridiculous and we are getting sick of it. When you are in line to lick up a script you have ppl beeping their horns at you as if any of us have control over how slow they are. Remember people we are all stuck with this and are in this together so don't cause the people in front of you anxiety and stress when we can't make them move any faster. They will only change if we all continue to complain. JMO! š š¤¦āāļø š”

Waited on hold for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes to check the status of my prescription. Got put on hold for so long that the store disconnected my call and I had to call back 3 times. I never made it through to the pharmacy, gave up trying to call, and decided to drive up to the store when I could. Google said they were open until 10, but when I arrived at 8:45, but the pharmacy closed at 8. This used to be a good store. After they opened the one on the corner of silver spring and bel air road (less than 2 miles up the road) this storeās quality declined rapidly and it shows. I need to take my medicine in the morning, but now I have to miss a day of my medication thanks the incompetence of this company.

This place is a joke. I had the flu and was prescribed a medication. It was out of stock at the bel air road location so the pharmacist said to fill it at another location. After 2 hours of back and forth, I was the one that had to transfer the prescription. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced

Iāll be the first to say that I know there is a Christmas rush. But the fact that I ordered last night, received a confirmation email, and a ready for pick up email then went this morning to pick up only to be told my order was canceled, is unacceptable. No care or concern whatsoever.Itās no wonder when you Google Walgreens photo the Walmart ones come up. Donāt order from Walgreens photo unless you have 2-3 weeks to wait until they can get their inventory count together. And donāt count in a phone call or courtesy when they just cancel your order without any word at all. At least WalMart offered to transfer my order elsewhere if they were out.Order with caution. They donāt fulfill agreements even if itās a gift.

I have came here several times before to load money on my card. Yesterday evening was the first time I was told that theyāre technically not allowed to do it because my driverās license barcode doesnāt scan. My issue with this is you canāt pick and choose when you guys want to follow policy and when you want to break it. I wouldnāt be upset if the first time I came they denied me and explained their policy and procedure. You shouldnāt have allowed me to get comfortable just for you to deny me service now all of sudden because you want to follow policy and procedure. I have called corporate and made a formal complaint. The district manager should be reaching out to me either today or tomorrow.

The most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to. I had covid test scheduled for Saturday morning 9 AM since I was flying on Tuesday and the airline requires 72 hour testing. I called them on Monday noon time they donāt even show that I was there! I called the company in charge of the testing, And they informed me that Walgreens shouldāve told me that it takes three business days which means that I donāt get the test until Wednesday after my flight which is impossible. Very unorganized and unprofessional I will never ever use Walgreens or the pharmacy as long as I live. Buyer beware if you are taking the test go and have the test done are you different facility or a different company that is more professional.

This place says curbside pickup order will be ready in 10 minutes when you place order online. But the order wont be ready even after one hour. When we go inside the store and ask about the order they say they have huge list and busy. But I see employees just standing at the photo booth and chatting . Front store Manager please take a look into it. People need medications in emergency situations.

Staff are friendly. Pharmacy staff are very nice and informative. I wish it opened for 24 hours a day though! It's is good for a quick shop. You get a lot of perks with a Walgreens card too. Their photo service is nice too. They made my passport size photo in minutes!

I just want to say this about this particular Walgreens....this store is the absolute best store I've ever been to, and the pharmacy is the number one pharmacy I have EVER had the pleasure of doing business with. They are thee friendliest staff of individuals I've ever met. They are extremely helpful and very kind in their attitude. They are very professional and get your prescriptions very promptly and very usually almost never have an issue with the filling of your prescription. Lastly there is the one pharmacist in particular named Laura who is thee absolute BEST ! She so super nice and to be honest is what made made me switch from where I was at to start going to this particular pharmacy for good. My wife and I now ALWAYS go to her for ALL our prescription needs. This is the Walgreens that is on the corner of Belair Rd and Silver spring ave. If you are currently at another pharmacy and live nearby or even farther away, I highly recommend you check this Walgreens out. They very clean and well stocked as well.

Waited until the LAST possible day to fill my prescription, which was a Saturday, when I know my insurance allows for it to be filled a couple days early. Now they are temporarily closed until WHO KNOWS WHEN... It's a Sunday, so my Drs office is obviously closed and I can't just have the RX filled at another Walgreens because my Dr sent it there. So now my medication that I NEED today, I have to wait until the Drs opens tomorrow, they have to back out the one sent to this walgreens and resend it to another one that is open. Who knows how long all this will take. It's ridiculous in this time of COVID that pharmacist don't think of these things, or allotments aren't made for prescriptions to be transferred. This is why issuance companies allow a few days leeway. Pharmacist shouldn't be aloud to override these things and make us wait, ESPECIALLY DURING covid when unforseen things like this happen.

I had a vaccine appointment at 515 and at 545 still hadnāt gone back. Vaccines are scheduled in 5 min slots but I watched them only do 1 ever 20 min. Why not schedule in 20 min slots then?

If you really want to miss your international flight this wall green location will be perfect. I have done my PCR covid test for travel on feb 16th at 9:00 am as of now feb 19th 9:43 am I havenāt received my result yet. I contact Walgreens they can not help me out. Walgreens sucks specially this location. Please go somewhere else for testing and medications. I missed my flight due to their negligence. If I have to rated this place I will rate them - 000 and I will not go to this place and I will not recommended. Wall greens u sucks

This Walgreens pharmacy is the best, and I have been to several local ones. The staff has always gone out of their way to explain and troubleshoot insurance issues, while making you feel important and appreciated.

I take my prescription here to be filled. The last time they filled it, it took over 2 weeks! Insurance had nothing to do with the hold up. Shame on you Walgreens for such lousy service and lack of keeping customers informed!

!!!!Donāt order anything online for pick up from this store!!! I got a receipt for things that I purchased in my email but when I got to the store they charged me for them again. I was charged twice for the same things from the store and when I inquired about it they referred me to corporate. Corporate looked into it and said that I have to go back to the store and dispute it. Theyāre not very friendly here either.
