Pharmacy line is very long every time i try to pick up my medications. Pharmacy dont open until 10:00, but closes for lunch break 1:30 til 2:00. I am going to transfer my medication to a better pharmacy because this is very inconvenient for working people.

Went in once the staff was pretty helpful. The line was short during the time of day I went. Not a fan of the location but they had the supplies I needed.

I ordered photos last night to be picked up today at 9:30 am. I arrived a little before noon and was told their photo machine was down. I am not mad the machine is broken. I am mad I was not informed beforehand, so I could have gotten my pictures at another location.

The customer service at this location is fantastic.The woman who gave me my covid shots was so good I didnt even feel them.The employees are so friendly and helpful.I really like this place

Pharmacy is the worst. I recommend everyone get there medication transferred to other places. This place will be the death of you literally. Especially if having your medicine is urgent and needed right away. They take forever and meds are never ready. They allow anything in the black neighborhood smh cooperate should be ashamed.

I have lived across the Street from this Walgreens location for 18 years & have shopped there for over 20. Over the years there have been many stellar employees who have worked there. I have nearly consistently had pleasant shopping experiences there. Having said that, it boggles my mind how a young lady I'll leave nameless Got employed there. She is rude & sarcastic to & disengaged from customers. She reeks of the stench of smartest person in the room, which really isn't hard to be working at Walgreens on the register. She is assuredly destined for Great things, as I have heard her talk about her pursuit of higher education while waiting in line. In the meantime she could also assuredly do better in the job she is in at this time. The community she works in deserves better. Whether she lives in it or not. The Security Guards who spend more time looking at their phones & socializing than providing Security could also stand to do better as well. Or perhaps another robbery there might be incentive enough to do better.

VERY poor service - waited more than 2 hours for prescription that I needed and still not ready. Got to pharmacy at least 10 minutes prior to 6:30 closing time (as posted on-line) to be told that pharmacy is CLOSED.Also, when listen to phone message - said my prescription was still not ready (dropped off at 3:30) AND there is an advertisement for taking additional Kroger clients - SHAME as can’t serve your current clientele.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative 5 stars I would…Ghetto as Hell! I really didn’t believe the negative reviews but I have found them all to be true. I just left there trying to get a flu and shingles shot.. Three employees were behind the pharmacy desk… they saw me but never acknowledged me..They just continued with their personal conversations as if I wasn’t there…after 20 minutes of waiting I left..It didn’t even bother them that I left. As I was leaving I walked past the tall thin security guard who smelled strongly of WEED. 11:00 in the morning. I will never patronize this location again.. All of the negative reviews are TRUE,

Pharmacy staff is absolutely amazing. They went out off they way to provide best possible service. I have received my buster shot on a bad snow day when pharmacy was short off staff ,only pharmacist and this wonderful lady that gave me a my buster shot. So wonderful experience, thank you.

As if this drugstore couldn't get any worse, now they're refusing anybody the shop that doesn't wear a hospital mask. And they have a security guard specifically looking for people who are doing that not looking for people course shoplifting which is utterly ridiculous. Stay away from this drug store. They're much better ones out there.

Staff has been not so great lately… they screwed up my prescription and stated I picked it up already which I did not told me I would have to call my insurance which I did… I even called Walgreens help desk to get some resolution I was told to go to another pharmacy. I went to another Walgreens pharmacy and they stated frankford had to do their job and contact my insurance for their screw up.. not only this I was giving some elses Meds before and another time came in over hearing them telling a guy he already picked his prescription up… something is up!

They close when they feel like. I been trying to get my son medicine from there for weeks. And don't try to call .was o hold for over 2 hours. For no one to pick up.

Worst pharmacy I ever have had the displeasure of visiting... I died in the waiting area while waiting on my meds to be filled, it took 2 hours and there was 3 technicians, although they were more interesting in there gossiping conversation than there job... Then, when I went to purchase a lighter. I was told that they can't sell tabacco products... I said it's a lighter so I can burn myself alive cuz I'd rather do that than wait any longer for my meds.. I was asked to leave..thanks alot Walgreens 😔.

I walked in to pick up medication from walgreens at 5:50 on a Sunday. I was told the pharmacy closes at 6 and that they were now closed. I was given the hours of operation as if I wasn't on time. The professionalism in this location does not exist. Send a secret shopper and see for yourself.

I do like this Walgreens, however they do not open on time when they should. People have things to do during the day and come to these types of stores early so that they can get these things done. Why say you open at 8am if you aren't going to open? Other than that, I only come here to get little things that I need otherwise I don't come.

Good store with a good selection, but the employees in the pharmacy can be very unprofessional and unapproachable at times. It's okay when it's not crowded, but lines form easily as their service can be very slow.

HORRIBLE. don’t waste your time, website says results received within a few hours to 2 days. The results were not ready for my trip and I had to cancel my flight & hotel. I Honestly don’t know how they’re still in business with such horrible service

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to from filling prescriptions to checking out. This is every time I go there. Need to change pharmacy. Elderly should not be standing in line 30 to 40 mins to pick up meds.

I really do think this is the WORSE pharmacy ever… EVERYONE behind the counter has a NASTY disposition even the pharmacist in charge… I am not sure WHY but the are so NASTY and very UNPROFESSIONAL it’s sickening.
