Great store and super nice staff. The dog wash station in the back always was stocked up and the staff was so patient with my dog when he went through the puppy training class. However, as of this review the location has closed and moved to Canton Crossing. The new location is much bigger.

Dog-owner here. I love this store. Two things stick out for me: (1) dog training lessons are effective and fun to attend and (2) the pet washing stations in the back are the only way that I give my dog a bath. Baths are inexpensive, and the stations are clean and have everything needed, including combs and brushes, soaps, and towels.

Very knowledgeable staff who also respect your opinion and knowledge of your pet. They talked me through the differences between a cat and dog collar for my cat (he's rather big) but didn't judge at all when I got a dog collar. I wish they would carry small animal stuff, because I also have a rabbit, but it is a small store so I understand.

Great place to pick up doggie treats or give your dog a bath. Lauren is awesome. My pup has a great time whenever we go there. They even give us treats to use during the bath to make it easier.

They offer great products and services.. outstanding Dog Training! They also have low cost Vaccination Clinics and a Self Serve dog wash that is only $10 with all supplies provided.

I love shopping here! My dog loves coming and the employees are always great with him (petting him and giving treats). Has a great natural/organic pet food selection.

Very, Very Unwelcoming Employees and Store! Took my daughter's there with our new puppy on 9/12/2015...The Most Unwelcoming Feeling I Have Ever Experienced...Just My Thoughts. But as soon as we existed the store, my young daughter's turned to me and expressed to me how they felt unwelcomed by the Employees in the store.Bottom Line....Don't Go. Maybe you'll have better luck at the larger store itself...PetCo.

Would like to give zero stars. Had a question about a product availability that could not be answered by the very nice cashier. She went to speak to the manager, but he was "too busy" to speak to customers. Lovely attitude for a small, boutique store, don't you think?

They are awesome.... Very pet & pet family friendly. I can't believe I drive past this place all the time and never knew it was there. We will be returning, I would recommend Unleashed to any petfamily.

I always get my dog food from here, the staff is always friendly the place is clean, my dog gets free treats. I also try the vet on wheels this past weekend and it was nice and affordable.

I love their self serve dog washing section. $10 for station, shampoo, brush, towel and dryer. Can’t beat it.
