The worst business to patronize. The black heavy set lady up at the front is the meanest, nastiest, unfriendly person that I have ever encountered. She did not want to do het job and ultimately I left without my package. I hope I can see someone else the next time I try to get my package.

Has everything you can think of and very efficient with getting you in and out with everything you need. They have an amazing used car dealership that will do what it takes to get you in the car you want so you don't feel like you settled. Dorothy is easy to get along with and works quickly. I've been shopping with Mark and 3 brothers for over 20 years because they just know how to do things right. Keep up the great work 3 brothers store and used cars.

Dot takes her time to answer any and all questions and she is thorough with the paperwork and goes out of the way to be of the best assistants to her customers

It’s so sad that I have to make such a horrible review on this store and I have never purchased anything from here. Let me start by saying this if you ever have a UPS package sent here DONT! The lady at the front desk who handles the packaging.( short hair, glasses,heavy set) thought on this day that she was going to have a free pair of Nike shoes! I went into retrieve my item with all my correct information and the label with MY NAME ON IT BTW was covered up by three brothers I believe specifically by that woman. This woman gave me the hardest time talking about my package didnt have a name on it WHICH IT DID! All in all don’t get no packages delivered here because they might just try and still your item! Beware

I originally gave a 5 star review because Dot was very helpful with me purchasing a car from them but .... here it is 7 months later and the car’s engine is up . I haven’t even had the car for a year and I’ve put more money into trying to keep it running more than anything else . Good customer service, totally wouldn’t recommend purchasing a car from them . This was my first car and it only lasted 7 months .

I have been going to this store for almost 4 yrs. At first the staff was friendly and helpful. In the last year however, the customer service has declined. The owner has hired rude people. One employee makes it a point to harass shoppers, others are just rude and act like they are being inconvenienced when expected to do their jobs. Also be mindful to watch the expiration dates on products. Many of the items are expired. They have lost us as customers. We will make the trek to stores further away because the service is so bad.

The Store looks great. Its basically a mini market. Everything in the store is fair priced and relatively convenient. The only thing I may add to make this store absolutely astounding is more competitive pricing on things. It can be argued that certain items in the store can be found for a cheaper price at other local stores. It would also be nice to be able to purchase more name brand items there.

And there's a lot of service that's available for you for Department of Motor Vehicle in paying your bill keys made photo Western Union Service fingerprinting car insurance a little small mini mart sell used cars frozen food section open from Monday to Thursday from 10 to 6 Friday 10 to 7 Saturday 10 to 6 money orders $0.01 very convenient for the neighborhood and the community well kept nice parking lot several of a business day that they own it's not as I enjoy going there I really do

They literally have everything you need anything they have it. Food, drinks, kitchens wear, coffee, cigarettes, snoballs, manicures and a pharmacy, they even have urns. You really get a lot when going to three brothers. And the staff is friendly and helpful. They make shopping a breeze. Mark one of the managers was extremely helpful and diligently informed me about specials, and how much items were and where to find them. Thank you. Great job. Keep it up.

Terrible place of business the lady up front heavy set black lady lies about what she is doing so that she doesn’t have to work this happened for a month straight the guys up front will make you wait over 30 minutes to get assistance and then tell you that the system is down (western union) I hate that place shut the whole store down very rude terrible customer service….

This place is horrible when it comes to customer service. Employees argue with each other in front of customers. The employees constantly act like it's a bother for them to wait on customers. This is not a one-time experience. This happens every time I go to this store. I most certainly will not conduct business there anymore. Unfortunately I had to give them one star. If there was any way possible to give this business zero Stars I would. I will continue to tell people how horrendous this business is.

Went for fingerprints. A 7 minute process. I was there for 47 minutes. Asked 2 people that work there what's going on. I found out that they didn't tell the fingerprinting person that she had someone waiting. I will not ever spend any time or money with anything three brothers. Ever.

Beyond disappointed. Had to inquire about cashing a estate check was told by the young lady to bring the check along with the documentation from the court. When I got there the manager refuse to even look at the check or my documentation saying I was the administrator. What lack of customer service. I would never recommend them for nothing.

Awful Awful!!! The manager at the store on Edmondson with Blonde hair was horrible. I came in for a Background check had a couple of questions and she was so rude and nasty. IDK if it's because I'm black because there is ZERO diversity but I refuse to be treated that way absolutely not...I went elsewhere and got the help I needed.

This place has anything you can think of! From groceries and masks to keys and funeral urns. They also have a dollar store area in the back, they accept utility bills and payment for tickets from Baltimore city. You can even tag a car!

I am 43 about to be 44 years old and can you believe that because I didn't have my Id on me at the time they wouldn't sell me the tabacco and tubes I was going to purchase! I mean I could understand if it was an employee, they would be doing there job but this was one of the owners! I know darn well I look over 21! But see those owners think they're better than everyone else cause they got a little bit of money! Hey Three Brothers Money don't make the man fellas! I guess the $15 I was about to spend was chump change to you guys! That's ok you see guys like you don't last long! Let me guess your response is going to be " It's the law!" No it's just your way of being in control cause y'all were probably bullied when y'all were kids and that's your way of getting back at the dudes you used to run and hide from when y'all were kids! I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone!

Called them and they told me to come down to cash the check- it's Clear they pick & choose who they want to do business with. Southwest Liquors is my spot, but they've been down for the week- Cash Bar cashed it NO PROBLEM-
