I had 88 sheetrock delivery and I paid to have them placed into house. The labor told me they don't go up no more than 2 steps. I told him this is Baltimore how many houses only 2 steps. Called HD upset talk to Tamika customer service. She understood and helped me. 5 Stars due to her only

Seems smaller than others. Most things listed are in stock some online vs in stock issues irritate. May occur when listed in real time, at your location, through your preferred device! Seems to need a major spacial optimization as some areas on the interior are just seemingly dusty and blocked off inefficiently.

Friendly staff. Love the app price check and item finder that tells you what bay something is in and if it is in stock.Still might not find the item (like 5 gal bucket lids. Over 80 in stock but no one could find them) but the app is helpful

The communication with this location is horrid. They bounce you around from department to department. The only good helpful employee that I encountered was Cori T. in the flooring department, she is amazing.

As good as home depot gets.Unfortunately their are a lot of people hanging out outside the store all day everyday that at times can be drunk and/or high.It does put me on edge to walk in and out.I can see how that would be a big deterrent for other people.It definitely makes it uncomfortable.I wish there was more that can be done about it than just having police around there all day.But once you get past the day-laborers, the homeless, the people who are just sitting around, and the armed security, it's a great shopping experience.

As a contractor Iāve shop around many Home Depot stores and I notice the differences between stores, I understand that not every area is the same and they canāt control things outside. But as other people mentioned the people hanging out in the parking lot make the experience a bit uncomfortable. And then to see isles behind gates and locks and having to wait for a worker to open it up and there are five people in front of you getting items itās just not fair to the customer or the worker.Home Depot this is one store you need to help out to get to better standards.

I always find everything I need. We are beginning our porch and deck projects and when I got paint Jamal was amazing. He was quick with mixing my paint and asked me questions on which one I needed. Lines move quickly.

Terrible establishment. The people whom work here are a joke. New management every other week, new employees every other week. Employees call out all the time. I wonder why? Maybe the place does not pay right, or get how to hire proper Associates. Customer service? What is that? I shop everyday at HD for the past 15 plus years. You should think I would know what I'm saying. Really sad how a place like this is so poorly operated...

Would strongly caution against anyone considering a flooring install. Many calls, many instructions that were incorrect, and conflicting. we were ready to book and pay. Told we had to go to in store in person for the materials, and then in store couldn't resolve, despite picking home depot in stock materials. They did take and charge us for the measure, and we followed the instructions of that tech for follow-up. Nobody ended up able to help, many hours wasted.

I never write reviews but I feel Home Depot and the management at this store needs to hear my experience. I am remodeling a bathroom and needed a mirror, glacier bay, 36x42. I live in Owings Mills but my close location did not have any in stock, so when I checked and say this location had 8, I ordered online and drove 30 minutes out of my way to pickup. Upon arrival, the representative at the pickup counter told me there were none left in stock and she "meant" to cancel my order and said the online stock is wrong sometimes. If it showed only 1 or 2 I would have understood, but showing 8 in stock and telling me there are none peaked my curiosity. She refunded my order and I decided to head back to the mirrors just to double check. There WERE 7 OF THE EXACT product I ORDERED THERE! I ended up getting the products I was told were out of stock and purchasing what I needed myself.Also to note, there were roughly 8 employees in and around the online order/return pickup location just talking and hanging out. From a customer perspective, it seems as though they just didn't feel like walking back to get my order and figured it'd be easier to just say it's out of stock and refund then actually doing their job. I can't imagine how many customers this happens to let alone the revenue Home Depot is losing because of employees not wanting to do their jobs.Home Depot used to be a place of incredible customer service but, has gone down hill year after year, and it's sad coming from someone who enjoys home projects. God forbid you need actual help with a problem, google and YouTube are your best bet because finding someone in the store willing or knowledgeable about the products is almost impossible. Do better Home Depot.

I went to Home Depot looking for 30" by 64" blinds! While looking, I noticed the prices have doubled! Wow!!! However, I couldn't find the blinds no matter how hard I looked! There was an associate named Johnny from Shipping and Receiving putting out equipment, stopped what he was doing and took the time to help me find the blinds! No matter how hard we looked, we couldn't find them anywhere! However, Johnny reminded me what true customer service is! He persisted and searched the whole blind section with me until he found the 30"64 cordless blinds I was looking for in, a box that was turned upside down and looked like trash left on the shelf! Kudos Johnny from Shipping and Receiving! Thank you for helping me! I even told the Manager! Keep up the Great Customer Service Johnny! Thanks!

I was very disappointed by the service I didnāt receive. I approached an associate because I couldnāt located an item. I didnāt know a specific name but described the item. The associate, without offering to help, commenced to tell me to look it up on the website and if itās not on the website they donāt have it. That associate was not helpful, so I found another associate and asked for help. Then, that associate went to the one I just left, and after speaking to her, the second associate looked at me and left me standing there. So, I left and went to Lowes.

I ordered several item for pick up. The website kept asking for an address. I couldn't place to order without giving an address. Even though I clicked pick up order. They email me to pick up item. When I get there only one item is ready to pick up. They will delivered my other item to my address. So I spent a hour telling the Asst. Manager, Manager and Customer Service Rep. That when I ordered the website for that store stated they have four at the store. If I wanted my items delivered to my address why would I come curbside which they didn't have curbside service to the store. The manager we cancel your order and your item will be delivered to the address. The items I needed to assisted my move. They will delivered the item on July 1st. I am moving and will not occupied the address June 30. Why would you try to deliver a item knowing the resident doesn't live there and you can't cancel the order. Do not expect Customer Service I wish I could give a half of a star

Rude young ladies work at self checkout. Minding my own business and needed to get a bag from another empty lane. āWe could have gotten that for youā with a nasty tone. Then āI hate customers, I canāt do customersā real loudly from Anayya to the other person working. I asked for manager and she tried to block me. I said Iāll call the store if you wonāt help me. Then she finally called manager on duty and I told him this wasnāt the way to treat a customer. He didnāt care and walked away. Serious training needed here!!!

I want to home depot to get hooks for my closet because our coats were to heavy. A nice gentleman ask me if I needed assistance. I said yes, he then proceeds to help me select the hooks and take me up to the counter to check me out. I said hey what about my military discount? He said oh I don't know anything about that. I asked him why and he told me because he didn't work there.Now why would the other employees allow a stranger that did not not work for Home Depot walk me around the store and process my credit card? This man was dressed up just like a Home Deport employee with the orange shirt and black pants.This is extremely dangerous. After the young man help me he wanted a tip. Just imagine how much he makes a day running this scam.I didn't have any cash on me so he asked if I would go to the ATM at the liquor store next door. I did and the ATM charged me $2.75 fee for $20.00. I asked the store clerk if I could get two $10.00's for a twenty and he said no. Then I asked him could I get change for a $20.00 if I bought something and then he said yes.The moral of the story is don't shop at the Home Depot in the hood. You just might get scammed, robbed or killed with the staff's blessings.

Something unbelievable happened to me at this Home Depot today. It should be 0 starts not even 1.I was kicked out from this location by the so ācalled manager and so called officerā.without even entering the Home Depot yet. My worker was waiting for me at the cashiers computer to helped him with an extra cart, while I was approaching the entrance from the exit door. The manager stopped me shouted OUT to my business partner and I. When I was trying to explain her the reason why I was entering the wrong way, she suddenly called the āso call officer) who was so disrespectful just like the manager. He tooked my cart and pushed it and hurt my leg, they thought I didnāt understand English. Itās really sad that Home Depot hires those type of managers or officers that are unethical, rude and have no ways to speak with customers.This is the WORST experience ever in Home Depot in the area of CUSTOMER SERVICE and at this location.I encourage to think twice to come here. The worst of the worst.
