They always take such great care of my babies. I have 2 red and white Irish setters and 1 red Irish setter. They do amazing work. I usually drop them off first thing in the morning and they are done by lunch. I think they have good prices too!

I had such an amazing experience here! It was my baby’s first groom, he is a 6 mo mini golden doodle and they handled him with care and love. He was excited to be there and his cut was gorgeous! They did exactly what I requested! They also groom my sisters 18 yo Pomeranian. She always looks so adorable!

Very nice staff. Always have a great experience here. My dog requires some special accommodations, because he is 15 years old, and they never have a problem with it. Make an appointment early though, as they are very popular and, usually can't get you in for 6-8 weeks.

Honestly I'm not sure who is cutting my dog there now but they need to be let go. This last visit as of today is the last time I'm going here, and it's a shame to have to say that considering I've been bringing Jax here since he was a baby. How a "trim" gets lost in translation to "shave my dog down to the skin in the start of winter" is beyond me.So many patches of hair are cut unevenly. His ears aren't cut properly, his whole coat needs another shave because almost half of him isn't shaved properly (mind you, he never should have been shaved to begin with. It's November...) his legs are a mess, his tails got patches of fur still attached... Did someone legally blind or under the influence decide to cut my dog?In the beginning it was great, but the quality has declined in recent time. I won't pay $65 again for something I could have done a better job of for free.

Today was my first time bringing my dog Fred to this location. The reviews do not lie!!! What an amazing experience. Fred is a super anxious and petrified shepherd when it comes to nail trimming. We've had other groomers and past veterinarians turn us away from clipping his nails because he is so anxious, even when medicated. This team treated him so well and quickly. THANK YOU so much! See you again!

This groomers made Gizmo look so cute 🐶🐾 I have a 6 month Shih Tzu and got him when he was 8 weeks old. Since I got him this was one of the best groomers we’ve taken him. When we brought on 8/15/23 until now he still smells good loved whatever they sprayed on him . I already booked him another groom appt but it’s not until 10/26. This place is really busy but its worth the wait.

The grooming always looks nice, however my appointment was for 10am. I called at 4:30 to get the status of my dogs, and they still weren’t cut yet.. very frustrated and annoyed that they had to sit in a crate for 6+ hours!

I’ve been bringing my dog here for 2 years now. Back when they were Robins Doggy Designs. I didn’t have any issues until they transferred to Shiney Hineys. Suddenly it was impossible to get an appointment so I was forced to book out 12-15 weeks in advance. I don’t even do that for my own haircuts lol. That wasn’t too big of an issue except for when I went in for my second scheduled appointment that I booked 15 weeks ago and they said they didn’t have us on the schedule. I had it on my calendar for a random Tuesday. I know I booked it because I wouldn’t just make up a day and stick it on my calendar. I write everything down so I am very good about knowing when my appts are. They did say they could take him when I was there but I didn’t want him to have to sit in a small cage for 4-5 hours. He’s already anxious as it is.I love the groomers and they love my Sam they just need to update their booking system. It’s all handwritten on notecards and they seem very busy as it is so an appointment could easily be misscheduled.Unfortunately, we won’t be returning but that’s because we are moving out of the area and the unreliability of their booking system. Since it’s so hard to get appointments with them as it is I really needed them to be reliable on the scheduling side.Again if you don’t mind the issues I mentioned above, definitely take your pet here. They do a wonderful job and they really love the animals.

My dog has been going here for 5 year already. They do a great job every single time and never had a problem. I appreciate the workers there and their customer service. I highly recommend them. I haven’t been anywhere else to cut my babies hair, I have a lot of trust in them!

I think the staff did an amazing job. It was my dogs first time there, as she was only getting her nails clipped she was very scared. The staff did very well with her. I appreciate them everyone I spoke to was very nice and friendly. Very professional group

This was the first time I have had my dog groomed and had her returned to me without any cuts or nicks in her skin. They got me in within two weeks and Joni was a dream! My dog was terrified to be there but Joni took such good care of her.

I took my dog here for the first time and I really like the way they trimmed her up. It's been almost a week and she still smells good, which is amazing. This is definitely not a high-tech place, so you need to understand that when you are booking your appointments. But I feel the customer service was top-notch and there was no attempts to upsell or in any other way try to make extra money off of you, which I appreciated. The price is similar to what you would pay at a Petco or PetSmart but I feel the finished product was better.

Took our 2 dogs for a “full service” yesterday. They have never smelled so clean. Our yellow lab is a whine baby and they had to put up with his barking and whining for 5 hrs. These ladies are awesome!! The bandanna’s are cute too.

I am updating my review to 4 stars:Elizabeth (receptionist) from Shiney Hiney reached out to me to see what they could do to make my experience better.I love supporting local businesses, I put my anger aside, went back the same day. Joni (owner) and I had spoke, she saw my dogs groom/cut, agreed that he should have never left the salon as is. She immediately went to work, blending his cut, fading his fur lines and trimming for a more symmetrical look. This was a teachable moment for all involvedWe parted ways with a smile and a Thank you.I will return for future groomingThe staff are very personable1st time, Never again!!!!We adopted our 14 yr old Lhaso Apso 1 month ago, I called last week, they fit me in today, thats great!I told them his lil ailments, that I believe they did great with.However, my lil man had longer hair (not matted) and his face was roundish, super cute. Told them I wanted to keep his teddy bear face, but to trim it (clean it up) and trim his neck and body and that I love his fluffy pawsWell, he's choppy looking with a semi poodle face, I see actual cut lines, Not a blended cut, I'm not sure where the miscommunication/translation got lost, but it most def did.I see uneveness all throughout his body (temple, cheeks, neck, under belly, legs, paws)I've never groomed before but feel like I could have done betterAfter I placed him in the car I did go back in, spoke to 1 of the woman there.She explained because of the way his fur lays it needed to be cut this way to get the teddy bear look, she said poodle look wrong 😡🙄Never againI can say, he's soft and smells greatI'm n9t familiar with adding photos, I wish I could to show his before and after 😡😭😭😭
