The manager, older Caucasian woman with long blonde hair, at this royal farms is combative and unwilling to hear issues. I was in last week to purchase tobacco and stood for 6 minutes while being ignored. I left and went across the street to Wawa instead. Today, the registers were cash only, but the sign on the door was small and in the spot where another sign always is. No signs on the registers themselves. When I tried to talk to her about this, and the incident last week, she told me she tried to help me, and not to come back, then proceeded to be verbally abusive as I left. My friend and I go to this royal farms almost every day, and the service has gotten terrible. Instead of being willing to hear an issue and find a way to solve it, I deal with a manager that is completely deaf to what is wrong. I used to work at a royal farms, and know for a fact that this is not how employees are trained to treat and deal with customers. This isn't even mentioning how filthy the food and drink areas are. The competition is across the street, you'd think employees would want to keep their customer base.

Been going to this store for almost a year due to moving into the area. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. But last 60 days I’ve been treated with dirty looks because I needed cigarettes. A long line formed behind me cause I was waiting for workers to come from behind the wall there. I heard them talking and I was standing at checkout for 3-4 minutes. Then I got a dirty look???? I’ve always said hello to cashiers always pleasant and this one person acting like I’m bothering them every time I went in there. I smoke so I need cigarettes. Now I go elsewhere. (Worker is older woman, blond hair with pony tail and wears baseball cap). Dirty looks for past 2 months-been going elsewhere since the line forming behind me experience.

Ordered our Christmas Day food two days prior and paid for it in-full online.I arrive Christmas Day to pick up the food and of course nothing is ready. They even had to drop our chicken in the fryer. Another 20 minute wait. I just do not understand.I’ve been working on-call since 2 am this morning and am taking this to my Mom who is on hospice in a nursing home.Just not feeling this today.You can do better.

Went in late night and ordered an Italian cold cut sub. Order had all the toppings asked for except for the meat to make it an Italian cold cut. Waste of money. Good thing the rest of the order was correct.

We had a problem at the store, but after reaching out to the company, the manager, Erica, called me back and made an effort to correct the situation. Most of our experiences here have been good. I appreciate the fact that they took my feedback seriously and were able to help me!

God forbid you need cigarettes, the cashiers are Never behind counter. You can literally hear them talking behind the wall. When you hit Assistance needed.. they still finish their convo about the weather then roll their eyes asking why did i hit the button. Well bc i need to buy something! Lazy and rude. Ill go to wawa.

Chicken and Western fries are awesome.Self service checkout is horrible! Doesn't work well. Doesn't tell you that you have to press the tiny camera icon down near the scanner to be able to use in app coupons. Receipts don't print even when you select the option to print Single clerk behind the counter was going from register to register trying to fix various issues with these devices!

Great experience! Cordery, Tamari, and Tylah provided step by step guidance to help me redeem my ROFO Rewards. They were patient, professional, and friendly. I will be back to visit this location for sure. They get two thumbs up and five stars from me!!!

Since Steve, the former store manager left, the service at this location has deteriorated badly.I was in the store on Thursday, May 19, to use the ATM. There was a long line at the check-out counter, a lone young lady didn't seem to know how the system operated. One man stepped out of line, and left, got in his car, and drove off.Today, May 21, I purchased a sandwich at the Deli, after paying at check-out, I'm very tech - knowledgeable. Picked up my sandwich, and as I left, a different young lady was standing behind the counter, eating potato chips while customers were waiting.Except for the Deli and the fact that the aisle shelves were well- stocked, this location makes a strong bid as one of the weakest stores in your chain. Very disappointing.

Chicken was Soo bad on Thursday night 4/4 the grease was Soo old. Could not eat it!!!! Soo gross. Again went back Friday night 4/5 were there was a guy with tattoos said could not get tendersonly what was in case whatever up with this? Went there Thursday night and got chicken it was such old grease he could not eat it when again tonight on Friday night and the guy with tattoos said that we can only get what was in the case and we wanted chicken tenders so what's up with thatant there again. There was one employee working tonight. I felt bad because he was clearly overworked and doing everything himself. I can't blame him for the registers not working, food being slow, trash all over the floor and the shelves being a disaster. He is doing what he can by himself. It's management which has a real issue because they can't find people willing to work for nothing.

would recommend. this location is convenient and affordable for gas. the lines are quick and the cashiers are typically friendly and easy to work with. the store has a good layout, but just what you would expect from a Royal Farms. there fresh foods are not that great, but serviceable. there selection of drinks and snacks are average.

Store leader was very rude and disrespectful. Despite this kept going and on numerous occasions the food was ancient and hard sometimes not cooked all the way through. Even shelves don't get stocked properly. I love royal farms but highly recommend going to a different one for customer service and fresh chicken.

I don’t want to seem like a karen buttttt, my bestfriend and i went to royal farms to get subs, we asked for it to be toasted which they did not do, half our toppings were not on their but if they were then they were stingy, don’t think i will be coming back.

Customer service could use alot of work. The employees here seem miserable and cant be bothered to say anything to you, even at the register. The outside looks like no one cares, trash everywhere, a wheel barrel for trash by the back door that smells disgusting. The inside floor is sticky, the deli looks gross, the case for the chicken looks dirty. I have seen it this way on several occasions and it's disappointing because I have also seen it on better days.

For starters, I've had better fried chicken at other ROFO's. It's just not consistently fried hard enough. And there is a stifling old grease smell that hits you as soon as you walk in the door! 😩 However, the staff is normally friendly and the shelves stay pretty well stocked. The grounds are kept neat & the bathrooms are typically clean.

The chicken at this location is not as good as at other Royal Farms locations. We normally enjoy RF chicken very much. We ordered 2 meals: one 3 piece tenders and one 3 piece white meat, both with fries and a roll, and also 2 drumsticks and one extra tender. It was about 6:00 on a Sunday evening, earlier today, and pretty crowded with many people ordering so it should not have been old. But the tenders were lukewarm almost and so tough it was hard to chew. Mine seemed worse than my daughter's but hers were also tough and dry. The drumsticks were so dry they had pulled apart and had almost none of that good breading on then. Just crispy bare skin mostly.The staff was reasonably pleasant, but they only had one register open for a long time until someone finally came out to help, as the line was so long it was past the posts and out into the store. It somehow ended up costing $32 too, and we just added to our meals cookies, a small chocolate milk, a small cole slaw, a small pasta salad, and 2 sodas. That is insane to feed 3 people dinner and desert at a place like this. Although to be fair, the cookies were those delicious sugar cookies and should last a while. They cost $5. And the chocolate milk was not the tiny one. It was a pint (I think) and cost about $2.50. (Go to Walmart for milk at $1 a gallon!)They were also out of those delicious edible chocolate chip cookie dough balls that this chain carries, but had loads of the all chocolate kind.It was lousy and way too expensive and I won't be buying hot food from this one anymore. I gave it 2 stars and not just 1 because the staff was very pleasant.

Frazzled by the fact I had forgotten a bunch of stuff for our cookout.Dezja (spelling?) was working behind the counter where hot food was made. She went above and beyond to help me...I was in and out quickly and she EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS... she was sweet and pleasant and totally saved my day!No one wants to work in the holidays... however you couldn’t tell with her phenomenal customer service skills

I Ordered 3 chicken tenders to put on salad I was making for dinner. Got home and there are 2 tenders and a wing with hardly any meat. Tried to call and it went to voicemail. Told to leave a message and someone would get back to me but then was told can't accept messages....guess I need to have a discussion with manager in person. Very disappointed Perry Hall Royal Farm!

Terrible service ordering chicken. Tall white guy and black lady both with horrible attitude Sunday morning. Threw incomplete order on counter and said our number. We stood there waiting for the rest of it. they wouldn't look at us when we got their attention the guy said I didn't put it together and walked away and the lady said what and acted like she didn't want to give us the rest and looked at our receipt for a while and seemed very annoyed she had to bother to give us our whole order .Both were so mad to have to be bothered. They must really hate their jobs. SMH

Will never return to this location. I am so dumbfounded that I could not purchase cigarettes here due to my drivers license having a crack. Not disrupting picture date of birth or bar code to scan. A small little crack on the corner. This was absolutely crazy I have a 9 year old son with me and i am well above 21 years of age... umbelovable I guess this way the store has a 2 star rating...

Only reason why I gave it one star is because there’s no option for zero. Every time I go in this establishment there’s a problem. Let’s review the list: 1) get a family chicken meal and it’s raw and uncooked, 2) go into this establishment and they are completely out of chicken at 4 pm in the afternoon, 3) go into this establishment and the chicken is fully stocked however the electronic ordering machines are tilted back and off and the lights are off. When asked if someone was going back there to serve chicken the response was “No they are closed for the evening”???? Closed? At 930 pm on a Saturday. So what happens to all that food? It just sits out until tomorrow. I guess I should just learn my lesson and choose a different ROFO, but it’s so close to my house.

Very slow diesel fuel pumps. Several times I noticed the pumps taking a very long time. As I speak I’ve been here 10 mins and have only gotten 6 gallons of diesel fuel. Any other gas station I would be done filling my tank by now.

Anthony and Becca are exceptional employees. They treat customers like they are family and make Royal Farms amazing. Cannot recommend them enough. I love this store because of them.
