The quickest roadside assistance I’ve ever received. The first company I called hung up on because I was taking too long to find the address of where I was. Road Dog came up as a highly recommended option with great reviews, so I gave it a try. My roadside technician, Richard was able to get to me in 20mins to take care of my tire needs and the price wasn’t bad. HIGHLY recommend using Road Dog for your emergency roadside assistance needs. If I ever run into a car problem I will DEFINITELY reach out to Richard.

Contacted my insurance company for roadside assistance and Road Dog confirmed the call for service and I received information that they were en route.A representative from an unknown number called and admittedly I missed the call because I was on the phone with my insurance company. I returned the call promptly and after confirming my address the representative advised that a technician was on his way, so I waited patiently in my car.Moments later I received a call from my insurance company advising that the service was canceled because the representative: road dog had not spoken to me. I was perplexed because I had just spoken with the road dog representative and the service had been reconfirmed. During that call, the representative should have told me that the service had been canceled so I could have promptly rescheduled with another company. I called back and of course, the representative didn't answer.This was a big waste of time, especially given that it was Christmas, I do not recommend them.

Highly recommend Road Dog Emergency Roadside- I hit a pothole - no more like a sinkhole late night & my car came has no spare- after Geico roadside & AcuraCare could offer every service but a tire replacement I found Road Dog on Google- PROMPT FULL SERVICE- in less time than I spent waiting for my paid roadside plans - an entire tire was replaced on my Car! Thank you again!

I had called a few other roadside assistance places before Road Dog, but they didn't pick up or the call went to voicemail. But with Road Dog, a receptionist picked up my call right away, and they were able to send out a technician immediately. Richard was dispatched and arrived in less than 10 minutes! And he was a true professional: he knew exactly what to do and finished the job quickly (about 5 minutes!) and effectively (my spare tire was on securely). Richard also had great communication skills and was very friendly. I realize that I was lucky that Richard happened to be in the neighborhood when I called Road Dog, but even if I have to wait a bit longer, I would definitely want Richard to work on my car again should anything happen. I highly recommend Road Dog for anyone seeking emergency roadside assistance!

Update: this time for a flat. Called my insurance company and I received a phone call that he was on his way. 15 minutes later, he arrived put my donut on, and I'm now sitting in Mr. Tire having them look at my tire. Thank you again!I called at 10:06am, I received a phone call that someone was on their way, they got to me at 10:25am. He attached something to my battery, started my car, and I was on my way. The technician was polite, professional, and super helpful. I appreciate the assistance so much especially because it's freezing outside. Outstanding! Saved our butts today, our tire had a serious blowout on the side of the highway and we didn’t have a spare, made one phone call to road dog and the gentleman was there within 25 minutes, took the flat tire, went and got a new tire put on the rim then came back and got it changed and had us squared away and back on the road within 45 minutes of calling. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. Reasonably priced and extremely professional!
