Just took our two pups here for the first time and it was great! Wonderful customer service, everything you could need to wash your dog (and the option to bring your own materials), and they offer advice to help with the wash. Great music and a cute dog to greet you at the door (peacefully, he is resting)… The best part- affordability! You can’t beat it. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Service! I’m super picky about where I take my fur baby and this place did not disappoint. They provide you with everything you need and Nate was super helpful sharing self service tips as we cleaned our pup! The facility is super clean and welcoming and they even provide doggy smell goods at the end. 10/10 Highly Recommend.

This place is fantastic. I took my dog there a few weeks ago, and had a great experience. The staff was so friendly and wanted to provide a great experience. My dog does not like nail trimming, and i’ve had to resort to taking her to a vet. This was the first place i’ve taken her, where the staff was patient and we actually got the nails done and it wasn’t painful experience. Fresh towels, a lot of shampoo, all the washing items you need for the dog. I will be going back every time I need nails trimming and baths for my dog.

I called today to do a walk in for self wash service.It went great . Nate clipped my puppies nails and cleaned his ears & gave me a free bed for my pup My pup gt a scratch on the eye frm another dog @pet smart and i mentioned having to get him a bed now and for him to give me a fresh new one melted my heart !! Janelle helped me so much while I washed my pup up and guided me through it.10/10 !! & it's a plus tht this is a black owned business I love it !! Every trip to Maryland i'll definitely be stopping by !! Thank you guys 💚🐶🎯 & baby boy loves his bed .

Yesterday I picked up my puppy in Towson and his stomach was less than agreeable. I searched for self service dog wash and choose Puppy Palace. What an amazing experience! They provided us with towels, a brush and Michael, the owner, suggested the hypoallergenic shampoo because Carmine is only 8 weeks old. Nate was very kind and washed out the dog seat and replaced the blanket with a soft towel. The girls were amazing and Carmine's nails were cut kindly and without incident🙂 The business was clean and inviting. Everyone truly went above and beyond to help. Even though we live in Valley Lee Carmine and I will definitely return! Thanks y'all!! 💙

I was pleasantly impressed with the setup of this establishment. I struggle with my Rottweiler on self wash establishments towel services, enough clip- on inside to restrain him and privacy from him being reactive. And last but not least a powerful blower with HEAT. I pray others patronage this business. The owner is professional, personable and accommodating. I’ll be back. Thank you

I was referred to Puppy Palace Dog Wash some time ago but had not yet taken my dog. After picking him up today from boarding, it was clear he needed a bath. Though hesitant about self service, my husband and I decided to wash our 160lb Cane Corso ourselves. Anxiety consumed me because in my mind all I could picture was Bentley dragging me around and getting me soaking wet…lol! Nate & Janelle were absolutely amazing! They walked us through every step and though some people may think self-washing your dog is an easy task, it’s not if your pet isn’t cooperative. Again, a big thank you to Nate and Janelle for their hospitality and assistance in making what we thought would be a feat, easy peezy! I recommend this establishment to all dog owners and we will be back!

The before and after speaks for themselves. But the staff and service were also top-notch. 10/10 recommend and we will be returning customers! Mike was our groomer. He was very kind and knowledgeable. The other groomers are also professional and well-educated in their craft! A great experience for all. We expect great things for them in the future.

I stopped by and was greeted by Greg and Nate. Super friendly staff helped me wash and fully dry my baby before returning to the car. Their customer service is exceptional. Not to mention the care and concern displayed while my dog was in their care was nothing short of amazing. So happy this business is close to my residence and affordable. This place exceeded all expectations! Nate and team are awesome - friendly, helpful, welcoming. The self-service stations are well maintained and well equipped. I've visited a lot of self-service dog wash places in my life, and I've never been anywhere that offered the full range of tools and equipment that Puppy Palace does. This includes a grooming table, two types of towels, many types of brushes (including a nail brush for their feet!), and even puppy colognes. Best of all, my pup was very comfortable and she is so dang clean now. Highly recommend, I can't wait to go back!

Very friendly staff. The DIY bathing stations are roomy and well equipped. The staff gives you plenty of towels, a brush and shampoo (choose from 3 different types of shampoo). I will be going back. Convenient for the 21215 and 21207 area.

Greg and Nate are awesome! Their service for the self-wash was terrific. They were so patient and gentle with our strong and squirmy dogs for their nail trims. Such a great deal at $8 each. The place was clean, they had a choice of shampoo (of which they supplied extremely generous amounts) and plenty of clean towels for drying. They even provided a variety of brushes and combs for brushing them our before their baths. We’ll be making the drive from Columbia again!

Absolutely the best! The atmosphere is just soothing! My dog Bentley has anxiety since he's just a puppy BUT...when he walked in he was calm and curious☺️ He likes to growl and bark when people try to pet him BUT GUESS WHAT...no barking or growling! They did absolutely AMAZING!!
