I was in the middle of a guinea pig crisis lol and the employees all jumped and chipped in. I needed to put together a difficult cage. Kelsey, Josh and Lynn were just amazing. Words can't describe how grateful I am. They all stayed well after closing to help me put the cage together. Guys, if you're reading this, the cage is secured and I put the reinforcements you recommended on it for extra security. Thank again! These guys deserve something to celebrate great customer service. True definition of going the extra mile!!

Just moved to the area and visited this location to pick up a few things. This is the cleanest pet store I have ever been in. Come to find out, it is one of the oldest stores still open (we automatically thought it was a new location!).. the manager turns out to be our neighbor and the sweetest lady ever! Wonderful experience! This is our new pet store!! Especially having 3 dogs, 2 lizards, and 30 fish tanks!!

Parking is a nightmare due to Costco customers. We actually left this location and drove up to Abingdon because of this. The selection at this store is good if you can get a parking spot.

I'd give no stars if I could. Apparently if your dog has a heart murmur they have to go through express grooming. No where does their website state that. Even though I made an appointment in advance, they were looking for an excuse to get out of work.

When I go to buy feederfish, They are 5 for $1. But when they give you 4 for $1. When I confronted them about this, I was told, That it is the tax because some people don't have the Proper money. So you only get 4 for $1. And then when you go to the register to pay for it, You are text again for what you're buying!!!??? This is totally wrong because you cannot Get Taxed For the same product twice. Whoever is in charge of running this process should go back to school and read the laws of Maryland. It seems like petty change, But when this Franchise does this thousands and thousands of times it adds up. And they think people don't notice because we're stupid.... They should not be called PETSMART, They should be called, PET Let's see what happens because we think the people are stupid.

I ordered online and went in to pick up my order. They were fast to bring it out and kind when I decided I needed to put my bags by the register so I could see all the adorable cats and small critters! I order online a lot, even when the delivery service messes up, petsmart is quick to fix the issue right away! The store is always clean and the workers are always nice and helpful!

I love petsmart but the grooming salon at this location not so much. I’ve been to the grooming salon at 2 different locations and loved it. But this one, i went to get my puppy’s nails trimmed. Not only did they leave them still very rough, to the point where they actually hurt worse then they did, but she snipped my puppies paw. And didn’t say a word about it, i didn’t find out till i got home. So just very upset about that.

I went in the grooming place in Pet Smart for the first haircut for my dog but I never thought that the first vist was going to be the first time and the last time going there . I took my dog so they can leave him with a good haircut but I never thought they they were going to go leave him worst that I ever imagined. They left his nails bad and his haircut was the worst definitely a bad service they need better professional people in grooming not people that are training. Definitely a bad service I’m really mad and I had to pay $70 for a bad service never going there ever again.

I find it a shame that they only offer military discounts on Tuesday only! I would like to know why? I will say I do enjoy the store and the friendly staff. Just not the military discount policy. I do know it seems nitt picking, I really dont think I am as I can only get the discount on Tuesday, but I served in the military 24/7. Either offer the discount or don't. I do hope that petsmart cooperates review these and make policy changes.

Don’t even know where to begin. The First Lady that helped us gave us ALL wrong information on habitat for our reptile. Over $250 purchase and sold us stuff that’s not even good for him. The crickets and mealworms are all half dead when we get home not 10 minutes later. Their prices are DOUBLE Amazons prices. The second time we went in the gentleman knew a lot more but because of the way he told us to keep the dual lamp (which wasn’t necessary either) it melted the back of the tank rim!!!!!! Could have caught fire when we were sleeping.I do believe because of the many unnecessary products, complete misinformation that endangered our pet and dead feeders including mealworms I’m going to contact the corporate office.

The store is very clean. The employees are very polite and helpful. You can actually buy toys or food for the animals they have up for adoption and they take the toys and give them to the pets right then. So you know, you can actually watch them, give the product or products you bought too the animals so you know the animals really got what you bought for them.!!!! To me personally, that's super cool. Other places will tell you they'll give them to him, but you don't know. When I watched the lady one time bought three beds for the cats that you do you have at your White Marsh store. She bought them and they took the beds straight over there and gave it to the three cats you had in there for a adoption. Right now woman could see that they actually got him. I think that's great 👍
