“And again, Elton hits it out of the park! We were trying to replace my helmet at Pete's on Belair Road, and he spent tons of time diagnosing the issue and trying to locate a better fit. He knows the inventory backward and forward. On top of how knowledgeable he is, he is also patient, totally helpful, pleasant, and just a model of what customer service should be. I always try to buy items from him at Pete's, if at all possible. The store didn't even have the product we needed, but I am still making sure everyone knows we had a great experience. ”

Tried to purchase a Kodiak 450 here in February 2024. This is my local dealer 20 mins from my home. Pete's came in $1300 more than neighboring dealers. I asked them to match the price. They said no! Which is crazy same bike same year same everything. I then asked to just come close so I don't have to travel to Laurel Maryland Hesyers. They wouldn't even come withing $500 of price after I sent written contract over to prove it was real price. I was also in market for a Grizzly 700 XT-R this month March 2024. I tried to check in with petes again but nope wouldn't give a reasonable price for the quad. Had to go all the way to laurel maryland and buy from heysers. I'll be in the market for some jet skis and more quads in future hopefully petes gets it together.

From the moment I stepped into Pete's, I knew I wanted a bike that suited my needs, and Mr. Angelo went above and beyond to make that happen. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and then patiently showed me a range of bikes that fit the bill. His knowledge of the bikes' specs was impressive, and he provided me with plenty of pointers to help me make an informed decision. What truly stood out was his genuine willingness to ensure I was completely satisfied. Over two visits spanning two weeks, Mr. Angelo patiently guided me through my options, never once rushing me into a decision.His professionalism and dedication were evident throughout our interactions. When I finally made my choice, an updated Honda Rebel, he made the purchasing process smooth and stress-free. He even took the time to help me select a riding jacket, which I recommend seeking, as if you are like me, we know less than what is important for finding proper riding gear.Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better guide in my bike-buying journey. I'm thrilled with my new Rebel and riding gear. If you're in the market for a bike and top-notch service, look no further than this shop and the fantastic Mr. Angelo!

2.5 stars really. They had the absolute best price for the brand new bike I was looking for. That and Jeff were the best part. Started with the price being over what they said it would be on the phone by about 300$. Then the little fees were annoying, but its like that everywhere, and the price was still loads cheaper. I started to argue the bogus fees(10x the cost of registration, etc), but it wasn't worth it because the bike was priced so much less than other places.I didn't ask, but was told bike was full of fuel; it was nearly empty. (3.1 or 3.2 gallon tank, put roughly 2.75 gallons in at the gas station), so that was a lie. The poor kid trying to put my temp plate on was running the drill bit in reverse. Good thing I trailered the bike home, it was 6.5PSI in the front tire and 17PSI in the rear tire. When I got home and went to turn it I could feel the front was flat. I pumped them up, they're fine now.Jeff in finance was super transparent and good to work with. He was the fastest, easiest part of the whole process. He goes over all the numbers with you, and is honest about what is the best for YOU, not the dealership.The salesman needs work, and either didn't know what he was talking about or straight up lied to me a few times(gas, bike being road-ready, price jump, etc). I don't want to shame him on the review publicly.I understand the dealership needs to eat, but those fees leave a bad taste.I'd go again, just because they were so much cheaper than others. I'm sure its partly because of the fees, partly because of how many units they sell. On an objective level of getting what you pay for it was good. On quality assurance it was horrible because I thought I was going to wash the tire out and wreck it before I got it into the garage, and on customer service, eh.

I had to say working with Pete cycles to bring home my Kawasaki ninja dream bike was so easy. I absolutely love this place. Wonderful I wish I could give them a 10 star review. Jone is the best. He made the process super easy, super fun and even gave me some advice on my new bike

Be careful who you deal with. We unfortunately experienced an incident in which our salesman promised us a bike to be ready on such date, and that it would be ready to pickup. After making arrangements to pickup the bike, we were notified upon arrival that it was not ready to be sold and that we would have to come back another time. The salesman stated that the promise was “one of those figures of speech” and denied us the opportunity to speak with a manager at the time of arriving to find out what had happened. It’s very unfortunate that this occurred as they have great products and are the closest dealership to many around. Huge shoutout to Allen, a salesman we were able to deal with later that day and made the bike ready to for pickup that evening. Moral of the story, be careful who you deal with at this location

This place is the pits. I got some service on my bike and literally it came back to me days later and no one touched it. I asked if services were performed because it did not appear to be the case. I was assured that the bike was serviced. The chain was very greasy and hadn’t been touched. So I brought it back for service for a second time. There were other problems the second time as well. When I showed back up my bike suddenly had a check engine light on. This light was not on when it was dropped off. I told them they need to address the issue and they told me they were not going to. If I wanted them to do it I had to pay them 200$. Wow. The staff is rude, incompetent and lacks the integrity and skills to properly represent the prestigious brand triumph. I recommend not going here because they take no responsibility for any of the services they perform and employees are ill equipped to handle simple day to day tasks like cleaning a chain. I’m very disappointed with this location.

My husband and I love Pete’s Cycle! They always have an incredible selection of motorcycles and are so friendly and helpful. Angelo was the sales rep who assisted me with my most recent purchase, and I can’t say enough good things. I am super picky with my motorcycles and he helped me find the exact one I had been looking for. Pete’s is zero pressure and super fast once you decide to purchase, which is absolutely refreshing. Had a great experience buying my second motorcycle from Pete's Cycle. I purchased my first, a used Honda NC700X back in 2019. Unfortunately, I was recently rear ended at a light and that bike was a total loss. I shopped around on Pete's website and decided on a new Honda NC750X. Angelo, the salesman who worked with me, was a great help getting my bike ordered and finishing up when I picked it up. Had my old bike serviced at Pete's also and found all the people there to be friendly and easy to work with. Will definitely use Pete's in the future for any of my new bike needs.

I called to ask about ramps and was told to use Google or Yahoo. I figured they work in the motorcycle industry they may have known other places to check for a ramp wide enough for the Spyder. It was recommended that I reach out to Pete's from another dealership because they're helpful, but I guess that was the wrong information.

Pete's cycle was outstanding for fixing our broken generator that wouldn't start. I thought for sure that the motor was ruined and we would have to get a new one for our family cook outs. The mechanic found the problem and quickly fixed the issue and it runs perfectly again. Thank you very much.

Yamaha 2019 XSR 700 listed on multiple sites as available, but when you call in they say its sold and ask if you're interested in buying a new one. False advertising that leads to you contacting them so that they have your info and can upsell. DELETE THE LISTING if an item is sold.

My 14 yr old son came down there again yesterday around 4pm to buy some parts and was looking at the newer bikes.The sales guy who was on the phone with what seems to be a friend, stops talking to the person and says to my son, hey you gonna buy a bike this time? Not, Hi how are you today. Or good to see you, how are you? He was like just trying to shame him for not buying a bike. My son was in a great mood till this horses a s s tried to make him feel some sort of way. But the sales guy is obviously a loser and I don't understand why Pete's Cycle would keep this guy around.Honestly people there are sooo many other great deals out there on like Facebook Marketplace. Do yourself a favor and check those out before over paying at Cycle World where you have to pay sales commissions and overhead on top of that new bike.

Just bought a side by side from these guys. Good sale price online. I was satisfied with the fairly seamless process of purchasing and picking up my new bike. Finance guy Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Only issue was that they could not provide a parts catalog for a bike I just spent a pretty penny on. 50 dollar parts catalog lol. Overall pretty good experience here.

I was searching for a Kawasaki Ninja 650, and I called more 20 dealerships in a range of 450 miles from my place. Everyone told me that they were busy and were going to call me back, but Pete's cycle was the only one that actually did it.Justin took care of me, and he was great. He answered all my questions, sent me photos and all the requested information. He found a brand new 2020 Kawasaki Ninja, and I purchased it at a great price. I traveled from Syracuse (NY) to Baltimore to pick up the bike (all the process was done online in less than one week). Once I get there, the staff was absolutely great and helped me set up the bike. I drove back to Syracuse (approximately 330 miles) on my new Ninja without any problem. The bike looks fantastic, and everything works properly.Thank you for your service! If you need a bike, this is the right place for you!P.S. Don't be upset if they do not call you back immediately or allow you to enter the showroom only by appointment: the COVID pandemic is causing all of this, and they have to respect the State rules!

I had a great experience at Pete's Cycle. Jon was my salesman and he found me a hard to find model in just a couple weeks. Price was MSRP plus fees. I forget the name of the finance guy but he was super chill and got me in and out of his office in just a few minutes, no upsell BS. The only way my experience could have been better is if they had a location closer to Frederick or Hagerstown!

I went into Pete's looking for my very first bike and was assisted by salesperson, Angelo Moraitis, who listened to my preferences and was friendly and patient with me throughout the selection process. Jeffrey Hill in finance explained everything clearly and never pushed me to buy into anything I didn't want. The shop felt very welcoming and I never once felt pressured to make a purchase. All-in-all, I recommend Pete's to anyone looking for their first motorcycle.

I recently purchased a motorcycle from Pete’s Cycle. I called about the bike I was interested in. Angelo was my sales rep. He answered all my questions and I was able to leave a $100 deposit to hold the bike until I was able to come and look at it the next day. Once I decided to buy the bike, it literally took no time to get the deal done and the bike on the road. This is my second purchase from Pete’s and each time was a good experience.
