I can't always get vet appointments within the time frame I need for vaccinations etc... so I supplement my regular vet with Pet co VET CO... they are so sweet with my girls!! Blue pit bull and white American bulldog. It's quick easy and convenient. If my girls are happy and healthy... what more could I ask for!?

I went to get cat food! The store was clean and organized and they had carts! I was pleasantly surprised because when I went there last year, they didn't have any and I bought a lot of pet supplies for my new kittens at the time! However, one of the staff took my items to the register for me so I can continue shopping! I was told at that visit, the people keep taking the carts! The people there are very nice and helpful! Thank you Petco Staff!

My first and last visit. Today I paid my first visit to this particular store location and the service was extremely underwhelming terrible in fact. Well I guess if there was service I could say that the employees kept talking amongst themselves cursing about other employee activity and I don’t know why people still don’t understand that the customer service industry if your discourteous is as good as being rude. They literally would not acknowledge me no matter what two separate employees and then they came together and talk to him them selves. But I’m sure this is the issue that will resolve itself in time only wish I could be there to see it.

The Manager with the locks in his hair (I forgot his name) and Chris the cashier both were great and super helpful. I felt really comfortable and they made my lady and I shopping experience wonderful!!! They were informative and very knowledgeable, as well as respectful and courteous. We will definitely be back. We have chosen to make the Baltimore, MarylandReisterstown Road store our home store, thanks to those team members. Please extend recognition for their great work! We also signed up with the Petco rewards program when checking out. Thanks again!!!

My visit was enjoyable, pleasant and educational. A service person asked may I help you. She gave me a lot of valuable information about how to care for a puppy, assisted me in selecting my products saving me a lot of time and guessing. I plan to go back to get all my pet products and I am glad to have a pet supply house in the neighborhood.

Worst. Ghetto. Came in the store and there was only one store employee ( the cashier) I asked of he was the only person working and he responded, there are two other people who are supposed to be working but I don't know where they are at. The other employees showed up eventually and I bought a hamster. The girl that "helped" me knew NOTHING. She could not answer not one question about the hamster. Long story short, the hamster is low key mean and bites. My son likes it though. Don't go to this petco.

Everyone was polite & helpful! The store was very clean. Maracceo (spelling?) was friendly & super helpful finding a good cat food for my cats whose ages vary. Julie is always great for a good conversation & informative as to what classes are being offered. The grooming area is awesome too! I am probably there once or twice a week regularly & everyone is always polite! Great store! Love those guys!

I’ve never written a bad review before so here goes nothing. Today I stopped in to get a cat carrier that happened to be right next to a dog training area. There was no signage or anything so I assumed it was a shelter dog up for adoption and I leaned over to pet her. I heard someone yell “don’t touch her!” And immediately looked up and saw a woman and apologized. Wasn’t sure if it was an employee or a customer. She then went into the enclosure and started talking to the dog so I asked, “were you telling me not to touch her?” She said yes. I said oh I was shocked because it came out so rude. She said she this is her personal dog, and she had told me once but I hadn’t heard her. I said yes I’m sorry, I really hadn’t heard you. Next time maybe say hey mam please don’t pet the dog it’s in training, or put a sign up so people know ? She ignored me. On the way to checkout I passed her and heard her telling her coworkers about me. When I was in line there was another couple in front of me telling the cashier that the employees in the back were rude to her. I asked if it was the dog trainer and she said no. As we are checking out the dog trainer and her friends came to the front and said, “oh look, they’re both here” to me and the other couple checking out. I wanted to say look, all I came in here for was a cat carrier, im not a dog you need to train lmao but I didn’t want it to escalate or make it worse. Anyway, I won’t go back.

Great new location!! We went in there on a Friday evening to bathe our pup at the self wash area. They provided everything and there was no time limit. Pretty good deal for $10. The shampoo is just really really diluted though, so we ended up buying some there to use. Overall, it was better than at home

Loved it. The grands always love it. They call it, "their mini zoo." Nice variety of fish, parrots, lizard... Employees are well-mannered, patient, polite and really have a heart for animals. ❤️

I've been going to this pet store lately because I have 3 new fish tanks and they are convenient. The staff is friendly. I'll go back for those two reasons, plus they have a membership program to get discounts. I haven't used them for any other pets so I can't really comment on there other services.

Halle was extremely helpful. She was able to guide me through a new diet for my dog and helped me find some cool products to keep him top notch. She really knows her stuff and is a hard worker. Hard to find customer service like that these days.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone I spoke to was able to answer my questions. The person I believe was the manager immediately asked if he could help with anything as soon as he saw me both times I saw him (I was in the store twice that day).

We were given 2 kittens they were probably 2 weeks old. The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. They gave us awesome advice and even some treats for the babies. They are doing well and getting bigger everyday. Thanks guys.

This place is under resourced. Shelves are always empty. Grooming services are non existent. Boxes are always in the middle of the aisles. Seems they put a lot of money into making sure the store smells good rather than provide good service. Seriously, find another store or order online.

Outdated food. A worker was actively stocking the shelves when it was brought to that employees attention. The expired items that were pointed out were taken by the employee. However, other expired items were left on the shelf... I'm not feeding my baby expired food. I dont mind paying a little more for totally fresh meals and having a longer shelf life.

Waited in line for 10 minutes with 5 employees being on the floor working. manager standing at the front doing nothing and made eye contact and asked for help at the front with two other employees a young white man wearing a hat and glasses and a young lady of color which short bobbed hair both acted as if the diddn’t see me and turned around. I used to work here the store was in absolute shambles and not one did anyone ask to help or was friendly in any way and me and my service dog was almost hit with a sign from an older white gentleman nearly running down the isle and didn't apologize sad to see what the store has become management must have gone downhill

On the petco website it says the store close at 8:30 pm. It’s 8pm I just tried to enter store , manager tells me all the registers are closed and locked the front door. This location is extremely ghetto they do what they want . Think I need to contact corporate at this point

The service I received from Petco Reisterstown Rd Plaza was EXCEPTIONAL... Yvonne was delightful and efficient when I spoke with her over the phone to schedule Prince's grooming appointment and she was equally outstanding in person. She did a superior job handling Prince and made me feel comfortable leaving him with her. When I returned to pick up Prince, he looked GREAT. Yvonne is truly talented and passionate about her work. I was also very impressed with Aliyah whose sunny disposition, professionalism and knowledge of the Petco products help elevate my experience. I will DEFINITELY be back. Please continue to do great work with great people because it shows....

My son and I decided to wash our dog for the first time at Petco. The cashier was amazing. He grabbed us towels, instructed us how to use the dog was center. The store is always clean and customer service has never disappointed me.

I enrolled my Pomeranian puppy named Prince into private lessons and my trainer was so professional so attentive so flexible that he made my experience wonderful. My puppy also learned the skills that are necessary for us to have a good relationship and to keep him safe. Thanks so much to the trainer at Petco for his assistance.

Even though this location has good customer service, the availability of inventory is horrible. Every time I come to purchase something it is either not on the shelf or completely out. I am beyond irritated when I leave this store because I attend this location for the great customer service but they never have the products when I need them. Can someone please take charge of the inventory and make this store better!!

I wanted curbside pick up. It was not available for the product I wanted. There was an extremely low selection of hay for my rabbit. This is not the usual so I will still shop there. In the past there was an issue that was resolved with low stress.

They had all of the things I needed for my fish, and the employee gave me tios on how to prepare and change the aquarium, what to use to make the water softer and how to feed him. I have had my fish for two years, and the emoyee told me more about the fish than I have ever known. They are friendly and prepared to help. Kit was great.

I was pleased with this petco even though there are still pet food shortages here as well. However, that's not there fault. I left my cell phone there and they kept it for me, thanks guys. The staff are very professional, kind and friendly.

This is the second time in over a year that I’ve gone and done self grooming/ self wash and it will be my last time. Each time I’ve gone the dryers hardly blow any air. The first time I went was in the fall. I was highly upset. The dryers didn’t work and my dogs left damp. This time same thing. They barely blow and hardly get warm.I use to go to pet valu which self groom was far better.Do not take your dogs here to wash them unless you want to leave out with them wet.
