Had to go to the bathroom with such urgency that it was no toilet line those in any of the three stars the toilet itself look like it needs to be cleaned excessively and never was cleaned the last time. The sink itself has so much hair and cracks they just need to renovate the whole bathroom. There were no paper towels to wipe your hands when you come out of the bathroom there a water fountains and they look so old and dirty. Did anybody ever wipe them off.

Joe was absolutely amazing in making sure we had everything we need for our first puppy. He gave us tons of useful tips, offered training and grooming services, helped us save some money and made sure we got all the necessities before we left. A new puppy is very exciting and he was genuinely just as excited for us! We will most definitely be coming back to see Joe for all our puppy’s needs in the future!

I had a bad experience in this store, only one register open. The cashier name tag name JOE has very poor customer service skills. I waited in line for a very long time, He the cashier name Joe Was having conversations on the phone and with customers in front and me. I asked him to call for help and he ignored me. I left my shopping car in there and tried to located an employee. I found one I asked him please can you call a manager to the registers, his name tag DAN ,he also ignored me.When I came back the register the cashier was still on the phone and with the SAME Customer in front of me. I asked him again can you Please call a manager please. Mr Joe ignored me again for the 3rd time. I see why many customers had move to do Shopping on Amazon or other sites online. I will be using my phone to shop on Amazon, never again will shop in Petco. Store Manager did show up after the customer in front of me was gone. In my opinion she was like I don’t care, and proceeded to take care of the customer BEHIND Me! The store Manager give me an impression of been Rude have no empathy and also poor customer service skills.. I next time will be buying my 3 dogs and cats food on line in the future, maybe Amazon and delivery to my home!!😂😂😂 👋 adiós Petco!!!

They were very nice and friendly and helpful. I had called to see if they had the dog food I needed and they had 1 bag left. I asked the person if they could hold it for me and that I was on my way and they did. They told me it was going to be at the counter and when I got there it was.

My Bailey loves her grooming experience at Petco of Golden Ring! The groomers are amazing and clearly have a love for animals! Thank you for going above and beyond to make my dog love coming in!

I am not a frequent Petco shopper simply due to location, however with my most recent visit, it's clear to see they are the ones to trust with my pets needs. Products are higher quality than the "other" pet store chain.

The store at this location is always clean and organized. I was able to walk right in, locate the product that I purchased and check out with ease. The customer service is always stellar. Marvin, the sales associate approached me and offered his assistance by taking my things to the counter while I continued to browse. I ended up purchasing more items for my beloved grandpup.

My baby dog came back with his eye very low and he’s very hurt I swear these people need to get shut down Kourtney was the person who cut my dogs hair ! He came home very sad 😞 breaks my heart to know I took my dog to this place !!! Terrible . His eye is swollen it’s so much to take in I can’t not with the place and they did they on Friday 011/2022 !

This is the only pet store we shop at and take our fur baby to all because of the excellent work of the groomer Miss Kourtney. Every single time we take our little furry bundle of joy to her, he always comes out looking fresh to death and smelling great. Her attitude and work ethic sets her apart from other groomers at different locations, she goes the extra mile every single time and I hope and pray that management sees this in order to have her receive praises and higher pay for all that she does.

Julia at Grooming in Petco is the best asset they can have! She has been taking care of my dog Coco since he was a puppy. She always goes the extra mile. She is the only person I trust taking care of my dog. I will continue to bring my dog there as long as she’s there! My dog is not a friendly dog but, he is friendly with her because he knows he’s well treated. Julia deserves the recognition for being the best! Thank you Julia! My family and I really appreciate your excellent work! Especially COCO 🐶😉

Staff was very unprofessional... Staff was not accommodating... Staff was not informative nor responsive and I was very displeased.The expressions they held on their face and with their comments were almost to suggest, "Why are you here? We don't trust you."They went as far telling us that the animals we were inquiring about had to go to a safe and loving environment. I can't make this up; as if we were going to eat the bearded dragons for dinner. 😂. Too funny.Yeah, go to PetSmart.

The cashier was uninterested in waiting on me. My presence seemed to interrupt her doing nothing. I had Hill's cat food for $22. The sign said it was on sale for $20. It rang up for the regular price. I told her the sign stated something different. She said, "Well it's in the wrong place. It's $22." I said it wasn't, went back to the aisle, took a pic of the sign and presented it to her. She examined the bag for like 2 minutes before getting a manager. The manager came out and said it's $20. The cashier says, "Yeah I told her that." I said, "That's not what you said, you said $22." My daughter was standing next to me and heard her say $22 as well. She looked at me like I did something wrong. Completely ruined my 1st experience as a customer. Doubt I'll be back

Whenever we take our dog Snickers into Petco to get groomed, she always comes out looking fabulous. We actually pass another Petco on our way to get Snickers groomed because we love the care and service that Julia provides for our dog. She is the BEST!!!

This was my first time at this store. Unfortunately, they didn't have the 2 things I went there for. The salesman that helped me was very knowledgeable and told me I should contact BARCS to better help me. I did buy a few cat toys that were too cute not to buy.

Older outoist of well-known pet store chain. Groomer on premises. Decent selection. Focus is on higher end foods. Prices are higher than competing stores. Layout is signed but still can be confusing. Some holes in shelves, but nothing too bad.

My new store! The pet smart in middle river will never receive my business! When I walked in this store (petco) I was greeted, and asked if I needed help. They recommended dog food for my new puppy and Justin the manager is so knowledgeable and kind. He really took the time out to answer ALL my questions. He gave me some great advice for my new puppy and even helped me with carrying my heavy crate to the register. He really made me feel welcome and I enjoyed his personality! Kudos to the staff at this location!

I am so upset with how this store handles its exotic fishI am no expert but as it states if 3 clownfish are paired together 2 pair up and bully the other to death right well I bought 2 goldfish and I seen 3 white and orange clown fish in a tank and 1 was being severely bulliedUnfortunately I don't have a saltwater tank set up or I would have saved the little guy but they let it get bullied so it's probably dead. You claim to be such a good store but you don't even have knowledge on how to take care of clownfish.
