Management are very friendly and helpful. They've helped me reach switches and are so quick to help if i need anything. They're well stocked with a variety of supplies, covering the needs of most pets. They're also okay with me training my dog there and not necessarily making a purchase every time.

June 2017 - 3rd new manager. And now I'm back to my same issue of them not having my dog's food in stock. It's a $45 box, you'd think they'd want my business.-----------------------------April 2017 - I still have the same issue with them never having my dogs food in stock. It's a 40/60 chance at this point. Thankfully there is another store in the neighborhood...but I hate having to make that walk.-----------------------------------------------------------------------I really do like this store. They have a huge selection of dog/cat treats, including a healthy variety for older animals. I have a 13 year old pug missing a few teeth, so her diet is very important to me. I feed her Honest Kitchen - Force, which she loves and goes through about every 16 to 20 days.My only con about this store would be their stock management. Twice, since they opened this past summer, I've gone to get my dogs food to find they were out of stock. The last time happened was Saturday, 11/12; the young lady told me new stock arrives every Friday. The manager would have been happy to place an order for me, but my dog wouldn't be able to wait, so I had to go elsewhere. I hope they don't keep a habit of letting their stock run low.I do look forward to giving the bath stations a try in the future.

I've been here about 7 or 8 times now and I have to say I highly recommend it. I come really for the dog wash, but I've ventured into some other purchases as well. It has a great boutique feel the staff are excellent and friendly. It is always clean and there is hardly ever a wait.

This is our favorite venue for washing our dog (golden retriever). The baths are always clean, well lit, and well maintained (wish I could say the same for other Pet Valu nearer to me). There is ample (if busy) parking. For $10 per wash, you can't do much better.

Very sad these places are closing. This was my go to place to pick up fun, affordable scratchers for my cats (they go thru them quickly) and flea treatment. Always meet super nice people who worked there too. And they successfully groomed my crazy temperamental long haired cat, we will miss them :(

This pet store carries some quality pet food and supplies. It is also right next door to Starbucks so in my opinion how can you go wrong. Customer service has always been great. Don't forget to stop to say hello to the cats up for adoption near the front of the store! 😊

Great place to shop for high quality pet food, toys, and more! They often have kittens available for adoption. There is a bath area where you can bathe your dog. First time is free!

The employees were so helpful. One of the associates gave me so much information that I changed my mind on getting my daughter an aquatic turtle for Christmas. Once we learned of the upkeep, we decided on an IPhone instead. Lol. The place was immaculate and the employees were so helpful and knowledgeable about the animals and products needed to care for them. They were so laid back and cool. Kinda felt like old friends. My second time there and I will be back again.

We try to use this location for the dog wash but it seems we have more problems here each time. Today we went over an hour before closing to get our 2 dogs washed. Anyone who has dogs knows what a hassle it can be packing up and drive them sometimes. We get there and were not greeted as she the associate chit chatted it up with someone. Then we kindly ask to use the dog wash and she says oh sorry she already cleaned them and she is the only one there and they close at 7pm. This would be understandable if we strolled in at 6:45 but an hour before is ridiculous. We are left with no clean dogs and no where else to go because it would take too long to get there and be able to give the dogs an acceptable wash. What a waste of time and gas.

Great selection of products! Staff super friendly, I can't give it 5 stars because I can't handle the fish in tiny jars or the kittens in the front window.. But overall a friendly place to shop beats Howl down the street hands down!!

The staff at the Rotunda are amazing and provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately do to a recent mice problems at this locations I will no longer be able to shop there. Please fix this problem and I will return for business.

Staff was too busy talking amongst themselves. As I walked in, no one greeted me and one employee stood directly in the aisle whilst on the cell phone to the point I had to walk around. They didn’t ask if I needed help and I just walked right back out! #DoBetter

The only good thing this place is good for is the dog wash. Other than that, way overpriced on most of the foods, supplements, accessories and treats. Some items are so overpriced, it’s insulting to any consumer.
