Great option for me and my fur boy who has digestive problems. Although it seemed expensive at first, when I did a spreadsheet I found that with their perks, their prices were remarkably competitive. Aisles can be tight for wheelchair users, but most of staff seem eager to help. .Supply of “healthy “ options for pet food seems impressive to me.Update: After 5-6 months of shopping here during the pandemic, I can only rave about this store.The degree to which the store manager remembers the details of the products that work best for us and makes sure they are available feels much more like a family-owned business than a chain. Examples: Set aside a bag of the preferred dry food when it was discounted; when the cat litter that I can best manage didn't come in their weekly deliveries, she searched other stores and products on my behalf and had options available.Costs remain competitive.I'm thrilled they've added delivery services. My first round of using that went well, save that a check I'd been awaiting was held up in the mail and I couldn't tip the driver. He deserved a tip; he had been careful to leave things safely + where I could get them. He was stunningly gracious about it.

They have a great selection, especially if you're looking for healthier food and treats. They always have items on sale which is nice. They have all your pets' needs from food to bedding to cat trees, and tons of other stuff. It's not as big s, say a Pets art, but they still have a huge selection (no animals are sold there, though). The employees are always very kind and helpful. The best thing about Pet Valu, in my opinion, is they have an area where you can wash and groom your pet. And when I mean you, I mean YOU. It's nice if you simply need to clean your pet but don't need a full grooming (and the price that comes with it). You can wash you dog, cat, pet pig, guinea pig - you name it.I really love this place and it has become my go to pet store.

I loved this pet store. It has such h a large variety of pet supplies. I never saw so many collars and leases. I have a large very strong breed it's so hard finding a very strong and durable high quality suppliy. And they had a variety of pet items 75% off. What's was the chance I would find both items on clearance. I was thrilled. Can't wait to return. The items I purchased wold have been at least $30 to $50 each minimum.see you there

Good place! They have a ten dollar pet bath that is great for our dog. They even gave a coupon for a free pet bath on our first visit. We even got our dog a name tag that came out wonderfully! It hasn't faded or been scratched yet which is great because she loves going into the woods near our apartment. Though I am kinda saddened by the cages for the cats. They seem small and They don't really have space to walk around. I understand that they need to keep them there so they don't run outside. I just wish they had a bigger area to go in.

Don't go here unless you know exactly what you want and where it is. The staff has changed and they are not helpful at all.If you are looking for good service (because this is a higher priced boutique) it's absolutely not here anymore.There is only one gal I've ever met here who knows the cat selection and I haven't seen her since COVID started. I hope she hasn't been let go because the staff today was useless. She is in her 50s or 60s, the two there today were in their 20s.Today, I came and looked for KMR, the standard kitten formula for kittens who are not being fed by their mother. It's sold at every pet store.I asked the first sales associate, but she didn't know the brand KMR so i explained it is kitten formula. She said that they do not sell kitten formula.So I went to have her ring up the canned kitten food that I did find. While she couldn't figure out my membership info it occurred to me to ask the second sales associate about formula since she came up to the desk. She said that they DID have it and it was in the section with ALL of the kitten formula I showed the first sales associate the can and explained what it is so she'd know (because she obviously didn't know they had a kitten section)The second sales associate became very defensive over the first, telling me she just was back from furlough (meaning that she forgot that they sell kitten formula?)They were both defensive, so i asked for a manager (hoping a manager could figure out my membership number because both of them had tried and were now blaming it on a new program). At that point the first one said there was no manager and she wouldn't do anything about it anyway!At this point, the second associate had to tel the first one to go in the back! It was like she was trying to stop a fight!Even after second associate got first one to go to the back, the second one continued to try to defend the first sales associate! i guess the customer is always WRONG even when the associate is so rude the other one has to send her to the back to keep her away from the customer!******I wish the older woman would come back, she was a perfectly lovely helpful woman who knew cat products (not just dog products). She was never rude and would help me look for something by offering to walk through the area with me in case I missed it.I hope if there are any layoffs, these two (I only got the second name, it was amber) are first up for a review. There are a lot of people who have lost jobs in this country and I am sure finding pleasant staff who are willing to help someone find something are available. This store used to be good.Please, someone at PetValu, read this and look into this store. It's convenient but the staff are useless and rude. I'll just drive further to PetCo if I want better prices and no help from staff.

I wrote a review sometime ago about a poor experience I had with an employee. The manager (I think) communicated with me which is more than I could’ve asked for! They’ve earned my respect & now my loyalty. GREAT location! I will definitely be back!

Bought a Pawscout Bluetooth pet tag there and then it became disconnected from the app. Take it into the store to be told "it only works within a certain distance." WHAT?!!? That's the whole point, it's not an electric fence! I find the store to be over priced and the service provider much to be desired. Yes, they're kind but not the brainyist! Maybe if they had some older people working it would help. They all seem to be high school kids. I appreciate them offering the kids a chance to get some experience but they should be taught about the products as well.

Good products and expensive but the real probem is that there is a guy that works here just recomended products blindly in my case more then once and one time he sold me a product that turned out to be dangures for my cat.I find it very disturbing that he has no idea what he is duing while working with pestisides and animal drugs and i hope that you take emploee training more more seriusly in the future.

Every time I go in the store I find exactly what I need, and if I can't find it, an employee can. All the products theybsell are a great quality and the employees are always welcoming and friendly.
