A very eclectic barrage of health food offerings. From dried apples, dried whole bananas to seamoss and xylitol gum. I have been passing by this store for over a decade now and while on bike ride I FINALLY got a chance to stop in. I'll be back soon to forage for goodies.

First time here & enjoyed my entire experience. The staff was beyond helpful & everything I called about was in stock. I do recommend a better system with weighting, writing, and bagging your herbs. But next time I will be better prepared due to this being my first visit. Overall my new Favorite Herb Shop!! Happy Customer ✨

This place is one of my favorite spots near MICA campus! they have a surprisingly wide variety of goods in one little store and I really appreciate their bulk herb section. the employees are always friendly and the cat Louie is very cute :)

WARNING: if you stop by, you might fall in love with this charming, funky shop! If you asked me what a perfect hole-in-the-wall store would look like for an adventure, I would say "OK Natural."Always so fun to step inside to look at their products and sales. The front shop window is eclectic and inviting, but don't be fooled by the size. This seemingly small store has T O N S of products! Great store for any of your specialty supplements/herbs/foods. Staff is very chill and helpful.

Very cool story with interesting and niche products that you won't find at other stores. They have tons of vegan and locally made products, which makes supporting local businesses super easy. The staff is always really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices are also surprisingly good.

I love this little grocery store! Even though my wife and I have lived in the area for a while we had not been in this store until recently. Our normal grocery store is Moms in Hampden but since we live in Bolton Hill getting there is a hike.OK Natural Foods is a great stop for odds and ends that come up during the week. This part of town has a dearth of good grocery stores so OK Natural Foods is a bright spot. I much prefer to go here over Eddies or Safeway if I can help it.The staff is always very friendly and they make the experience very nice. The only downsides are that it is quite small so the selections are limited and also I don't believe they sell meat (we're not vegetarians). To their credit though, despite the small size, it is surprising how many quality goods they can fit.Their sign says they have been in business for 40 years! I hope they stay around as they provide a great service to the community. I just hope someday they might be able to expand!

It's filled with all sorts of amazing vegan (and lots of non-vegan) organic products at very reasonable prices. They're also doing such a great job with social distancing, which I really appreciate. I can't wait to try more of their snacks! So many interesting flavors of organic chips, omg.Also their shop cat 🐈 is so cute!Update: the vegan ice cream is the best I've ever had. Didn't even know it was possible to make vegan ice cream that good!!!

I live in Howard County but drive to Baltimore just for this store. Try them, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a very typical small health food store. They definitely don't have everything. Their fresh produce is very limited, for example. Prices are a bit high, but the products are very good quality and there are a lot of items on sale every time I've been here. Besides that, this store is great! Where else within walking distance can you pick up bulk spices, unpasteurized sauerkraut, and hemp hearts? The vibe here is also very good and the whole store has that delightful, straight from the 70s, crunchy health food store smell.

Great bulk herb selection. A homey feel. Like a flash from the past. Friendly, helpful staff. Great tunes to browse by. I have been shopping there since the 1970’s. Many hidden gems are to be found in the many nooks and crannies of this fine establishment.

I love OK Natural. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I buy personal care products and dry goods here. It is true that the store is small and that there are several stairs involved. I'm also pretty confident that if this was an issue for you that you could call them and they'd still be able to help you out.

I discovered this store quite by accident and am totally glad I did. There is a great selection of health and wellness items as well as natural juices (which I love) to choose from. This is the only store that I have found in the area that has great tasting seamoss and sorrel. Plus there other items are always fresh. Just wished they opened a bit earlier!

The friendliest staff and a very nice selection of snacks and shelf stable foods for different dietary needs (especially plant-based).Also, I have found my preferred deodorant here for a much better price than the big name health food stores.

It's so great having this place nearby- especially because of their wall of spices in the back room. So much cheaper than the grocery store- and they have free jars etc to put them in! Great spot to pick up lunch, very cheap (especially considering quality) compared to nearby chain restaurants. Such a gem, love this place.

Cool small store for the organic/all natural/superfood niche. A bit cramped to make space for all the shelves.Lots of good sales, especially with the usual higher cut prices, small assortment of foods and drinks perfect for anything you’d want for a cheaper cost healthy snack/vegan lunch during your lunch break.Good small assortment of bulk natural superfoods like grains, tea, juice, or even new age stuff like healing stones and traditional medicines depending on their stock.The store cat is old but friendly, will still greet you and let you pet him.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! This is my go to for ALL my health food and herbal needs. I even get my wash cloth and tooth paste (fluoride free) here! Not to mention they stock Indigenous 360 health products which as made with natural ingredients!! Free herbs for days! The soursop bitter is working wonders okay!! Stop in and check them out!!

Funky and charming. I bought one of my favorite vegan natural candy bars and a new local Baltimore kombucha drink today with a friend.. The drink was soo yummy. Tangerine and mango juice with Yerba mate tea, with cane sugar and raw cane sugar.

This place has everything I was looking for. All natural and organic products. I was ordering from Amazon but didn’t want to wait for shipping. I went to this place and they had everything I was looking for plus more. Staff was knowledgeable. I ended up buying sea moss gel with elderberry, apple cider vinegar gummies, black seed oil, and hemp milk. I will be back

I give it 3 stars because it is completely inaccessible! What about our differently-able peeps who want organic, holistic things & want to patronize local businesses? How are they supposed to get in?! Super steep stairs to enter; only one person at a time can be on them. It’s small and packed to the gills, but enough space to maneuver.

Great bulk foods, like nooch and lentils!Some of the other items are a little pricier than your usual upscale grocery, but that is the price of shopping local. Some top deals: Dr. Bronner's soaps, Hansen's Sodas, and bulk granola! Staff are helpful, and know the stock well.Also, make sure to pet the shop cat! He is very friendly.

Impressive, they have so many speciality products, I was expecting to pay more, but actually their prices are excellent! I saved $4.50 today on Allulose! Super thrilled! My first time visiting, I was in a hurry, I could have spent more time there, so much to look at, they have wall to wall health food and household products!

The prices was right for what I got and the distance from the subway was good for me to walk there. My Bro Kaki took me there during the 1980's and I became a Vegan back then .
