Kealea helped me today choosing the right food for me cat, she was so knowledgeable and lovely and genuinely cared about what I needed. She’s such an asset to Howl and I will absolutely be coming back!! (Also the food she helped me choose—just gave a serving to me cat and she INHALED it! She’s been finicky lately so I’m glad to have talked to Kealea about it!)

Ever since the store opened customer service is incredible!! but I must say Kealea who has an incredible energy is just amazing 👏. Kealea took the time to remember my name and listened to my concerns or suggestions about the cat food, she heard me so well that she took the time to order a special wet can food for my 🐈 cat. I had asked her if bigger cans will be available soon and surprisingly when I returned later during the month of February Kealea had bigger cans with my name on a sticky note as a special order, it made my day on how respectfully and well she handled my question. This is an impeccable 👌 worker / person , she is so kind, helpful, very charismatic. I am truly grateful for her beautiful personality. She deserves 👏 nothing but kudos 👏 💐 🎊. I will never stop going to this pet store. Thank you Kealea 😊

Customer Service is AWFUL ! Very rude African American female manger closed the door in my face after she knew I was On my way to pick up food for my do! called her 15 min before they closing to let her know I was omw, got to the store 5 min before they closed. She1st refused to let me in, after allowing me in she refused to ring me up just RUDE !!! I reported the incident to the the owner at the Hampden store. She said she would follow up never heard back . It's awful that people thinks it's ok to treat customers that support your small business this way.

Stopped by this store for the first time this evening. Absolutely amazing customer service by Kealea. She answered all the questions, provided suggestions, and was extremely nice. My young kids even noticed and said "that is what you should do to get more business". Thank you and good luck at this new location.

I took my dog for grooming. They cut my dog to where he was bleeding. They also tried to over charge me.
