Vicki did a great job grooming our senior dog Noelle for many years and also did an amazing job with our little puppy Coco today! She is super patient and takes the time to make sure your dog is happy and comfortable throughout the entire process :) Our dog has a lot of hair and it’s a lot to manage but we trust Vicki to always keep her looking her best!

I love Howl! I go to McHenry Row to see Vicki for grooming. She is amazing with my sassy, kinda hard-to-groom dog. Vicki is patient and professional and my dog looked amazing. She’s experienced with all types of dogs and I trust her completely with mine. Booking an appointment was easy. I’ve definitely found my forever-groomer!

Vicki is great! My little guy has had two grooming appointments so far and he looked great after both. I appreciate her patience with him because he can get a little snappy when trimming his nails but she gets it done and he looks happy and comfortable afterwards. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Howl in McHenry Row is wonderful! They have an amazing selection of dog treats & food. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. They introduced me to Saint Rocco’s Dog Treats, which are now my pup’s favorite!

When Howl opened up so close to my home, it was a blessing!! Rem and I are frequent flyers here; the staff is so pleasant, the store has a wide selection with all natural products, and Burton does an excellent job grooming my pup. We appreciate the unmatched customer service and the staff members always going the extra mile to make sure we are well taken care of.

Great stop for all your pets needs. Was able to bring my dog in for a self-wash on the dance day and they were able to get his nails trimmed as a walk-in. We will definitely be regulars here!

We use Howl for their dog washing station and dog bones. Never disappoints! Many options for tubs and towels, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Well worth the price!! We will be back!

Pink hair, white female employee mistreating small, frightened dog.I pulled into the parking deck behind the groomer's building. Their back door was ajar. I witnessed an employee (caucasian female with pink hair) banging on the metal cage while yelling at the dog in the cage to stop barking. The dog was a small breed, shades of brown, and appeared distressed.This occurred on 04/11/2024 at approx. 4PM.

Took my golden there today to bathe him myself! My dog absolutely hates the groomer and he’s been known to not cooperate and literally jump out of the bath, so I prefer to bathe him myself. Well he couldn’t do jump out of the tub here because its on the floor! And the blow dryer dried him SO QUICKLY I was shocked. They have towels and shampoo and conditioner and smocks, but if you bring your own towels it’s only $12.50! Worth it in my opinion for a less stressed out dog.
