Terrible experience with this place.They didn't know how to handle my puppy.And instead of saying so they tore up his nails. One paw at a time..He came out a bloody mess!!I would not subject any dog to this torture!STAY AWAYO and the bonus! They charged me $10 more then they quoted me on the phone. My dog still won't look me after I put him through their torture.I wish there was negative stars..bc they place deserves that!

We have been going to the GROOMERY for years and have usually been happy. I saw that they had some issues recently with someone giving the dog to the wrong person. When I arrived today I mentioned that and they said the person was new. Well today, after we had been notified that our dog was ready to be picked up, I arrived 30 minutes later only to find out he had been washed again and wasn’t ready. Then, when he came out his nails weren’t clipped. And I had to debate with the front desk that they took his collar and I needed it back. When I got it back it was wet and dirty. Pretty disappointed and might be looking for a new place to go moving forward.

I LOVE this place! They are so kind and loving to animals and owners alike, and know how to groom each breed of dog the way they are supposed to be groomed, or..... just a cool cut in the summer if that's what I think is called for! The BEST!

I chose this place because my dog's regular groomer was away. They did a great job on everything and Sophie received many compliments! I will definitely use them again.The women there were friendly, kind and the price was right!!

When we would try to groom our dog, he didn't like and would snap at us. The ladies at the Groomery though said he was well behaved and they really liked him. He would always come back at the end of the day looking and smelling beautiful. They did a great job with a spaniel cut and everyone would comment how beautiful he was after he had been there. They also trim the nails and express the anal glands. Their signature is that the dogs always leave wearing a bandanna.
