Pretty well maintained. Odd placement of frozen goods makes it a little engulfing. However, overall decent selection! I see kosher aisle but no Halal oasis products! Bakery is well maintained with fresh products! The mini Italian style sub rolls are a favorite. Lookout for the bakery and special marked discount items corner, as it has some good deals later in the week!

It was fairly easy to find everything I was looking for including fresh produce. This Giant's has as many organic options as other stores. Parking is somewhat tight and there are always a lot of cars at the main entrance, but guest service is friendly and the lines move quickly.

There was a lightskin female employee here was giving me attitude for just asking her a simple question which was how much a bag was. She preceeded to show bad behavior and was being negative for no reason.

There need to be a zero rating bcuz this establishment would fit the bill! This Giant and it’s corporate office need to visit any chick-fil-A ‘s restroom and take notes and photos. Giant’s ladies restroom is horrible and disgusting!!!! No exaggeration!!!! Any food establishment need to give special attention to the upkeep of restrooms not just for customers but also their employees!

More often than not I have a good experience here. I can usually get some cheap meats and I'm typically in and out. But I usually go later in the evening. Not every day is perfect, but overall it's cool.

If you're looking for your Thanksgiving turkey n you want to pay a low price for it, well let me tell you Giant's have turkeys for 37¢ a lb. you're not going to pay over $5.00 for their turkey's, they're 11lbs-15lbs, i got a 13.50lb. turkey for $4.50, now you can't beat that price, so hurry before they're all gone, er1 have a fun filled Thanksgiving Day n stay Safe.

I get tired of always walking through the front door smelling like smoke. Because, there always people out front smoking. Plus, the carts are gone most of the time. I had to wait for someone to bring a cart back for me to use.

This place was a mess! The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet paper holder was completely broken off the wall and sitting on top of the baby changing station. Paper towels everywhere! Trash overflowing. Pallets with boxes toppling over onto the floor left in the middle aisle, just waiting for someone to trip over them. And it wasnt even crowded at 6pm on a Saturday night, so there is no excuse for the mess.

This is my neighborhood store, which is my favorite place to shop. Ms. Pam in the deli has a smile whenever I see herAll the deli staff go that extra mile to get the customers what they want. That's MY Giant!

Once a week on various days, I shop at this Giant Supermarket there are never ever enough shopping carts available. Ridiculous!! Customers have to wait for a shopping cart. If the problem is that people in the neighborhood are stealing the carts, then provide carts with the wheel censors to lock, block and stop the carts. I am also sending this complaint to MR. IRA PRESS, GIANT PRESIDENT IN LANDOVER, MD.

The one great thing about Giant is the hours. If you have a late night craving, go to giant most of them are open till 12.This store has self checkout,Prices are like other stores not cheaper nor more expensive

People are very niceBut could be better.If the meat packages are puffy the meat is bad they have a lot of puffy packages of meat I'm talking from experience so I stopped buying there meats.

Sadly not much has changed in terms of their customer service. It's never what they say it's how they say it and the attitude they give you behind it and this has been in different occasions with both the cashier's and some of the pharmacy staff. Of course it's not all the employees but one bad apple sometimes spoils the bunch or experience in this case. Some of them could really benefit from some type of customer service training, and I'm very understanding that everyday isn't going to be a great day for everyone but no one deserves to be talked to any kind of way especially when your spending your hard earned money. The bathroom is always disgusting even after so called being cleaned. However I will say that the store stays well stocked, has a good selection of foods and they offer a large variety of kosher products as well as an international aisle.

This place was SO under-stocked. I did go on a Sunday night so I guess things could've been picked over. But I went for a customer for InstaCart & more than 50% of her order had to be refunded which takes $ out of my pocket, which made that whole trip practically pointless.

Loved the parking space and everything is fresh and up to date but giant prices are much more expensive than the other supermarkets. If you want quality go to the Giant supermarket. The lines were short and Giant had great customer service. If the price is wrong you will get a reimbursement on your product
