Store stinks as if they don't clean itCashier gotten smart, gotten smart back with her and they only had 1 entrance open. They act all high and mighty but they store smells as if they don't clean the restrooms and they neglect they fruits and vegetables. Flies all over the place. They need to shut this store down and it's also claustrophobic inside of it.Somebody need 2 fire dat old a$$ cashier. she gonna have customers stop goin there overall. I hope they shut down the store immediately. Should be ashamed of herself.

Horrible, I stood in line for 15 min at customer service to get a $1,200 money order and a pack of cigarettes for the women working behind the counter to tell me she's closed for 30 min that I can wait if I'd like smh come to find out it was the store manager telling me this... So I try not to be bothered and I got in line waited 10 more minutes until I got up to the cashier ask could I get a money order and a pack of cigarettes that the woman working behind the counter and told me she was closed and it would be 30 minutes if I'd like to wait crazy thing is there was only me and another gentleman in line she could have took care of us both and still be able to close for her 30 minutes

I called looking for a product Ms. Pam personally took the time to seek out the product and told me how many were in stock. When I arrived she was at the customer service desk and directed me to the product. The product was in a locked cabinet, and there was a cashier their to assist me with access and the purchase. Great on phone and in-store Experience.

0!!! That is the rating! I have been in the pharmacy line since 5:30pm. It is now 6:00 pm. The pharmacists and the customer service agent have NO URGENCY!!! And there are 4 more people behind me!!! This is just subpar service. The absolute worst Giant market and pharmacy on the east coast. Avoid Parkside Giant at ALL COSTS!!!

I notice lately when I visit the giants store at the parkside location, the refrigerator up front by the register never has Pepsi ZERO 20oz bottle in them. They have every kind of soda but Pepsi ZERO. I asked the person was the delivery guy from the pepsi Co., why there's never any pepsi ZERO 20oz bottles available in the refrigerator and he said something stupid like, they must don't have any in the back but he's the one that delivers the pepsi products. He was an african American young man about in his mid 20's. Please put some more pepsi ZERO 20 oz bottles in the refrigerator and please tell the pepsi delivery man stop lying. As a Matter of fact, most of your stores have the same problem. Why? Now Today is December 2023 and 2 month later, Pepsi ZERO 20oz. Bottle is still barely available at the Front of the store in the refrigerator. I see more Reg Pepsi than Pepsi ZERO in a 20oz bottle. Please put more Pepsi ZERO in the the refrigerator

My little brother was fired for having his air pod in his ear after telling his employer that he suffers from anxiety and that having his air pod in helps him focus while he is working. She and Roy disregarded what he had to say and told him he was relieved of his duties. This is unacceptable people with mental health conditions should be protected.

Prices were a little higher. They have brand new cart but the last couple times I visited the cart I had was broken. I told a young man that they need to retire the broken ones. Other than that. Cashier was very knowledgeable and friendly

8:30 am I was accused of budding a older gentleman in line after standing outside of the walkway. I told the gentleman the line started behind me he did not hear so I proceeded to checkout she redirects me I tell her I was in line she tells me I was not literally argued with me 8:30 in the morning about what she saw then tells me it don’t matter. I reported her to management but being young black and female I was overlooked and ignored they were racially bias and insulted my character extremely disappointed and angered by the way I was treated just a day after Mother’s Day buying breakfast for my mother and son. Shame on them.

This place has an amazing selection of doors, including the option to customize them with different textures, sizes, and materials. The store owner was very helpful and even gave me a great deal on all the doors for my house.

I've been living in this community for 4 years and this Giant location is frequently out of baskets for customers convenience. Right now I'm at the seafood bar and there is a HUGE sign that says on break be back at 7. This is unacceptable. I've been waiting for 20 mins. Why isn't there atleast two people working in this area? For customers to be serviced immediately? If this were a white community this store would be fully stocked, very clean and well scheduled between shifts. Again I'm highly dissatisfied and thinking about not coming back!!

AngelaThe evening manager is very rude...unprofessional and lazy. The store was crowded and the lines were long..1 register open and self checkout...I asked if she could open a line and she said yes...she went to the back and never came back to open a line. Customer was complaining. I also heard and seen her micro manage her other employees as well I will never come back!!!

If you know you prices watch the sales and of course use your Bonus card you can get good deals. But on average it is more expensive than most grocery store chains. The quality of the food is always excellent and I have grown to really love the delivery through them and truly appreciate the fact that they accept EBT as a form of payment with delivery orders. Just a small tip when using the delivery try to order a day early then you can save on the $3.95 delivery fee. Just like those pesky ATM surcharges these little fees add up quite quickly

This store seems to be busy no.matter what time you visit. Its clean, stocked well and the hot foods/deli section is one of the best in Bmore. The bakery is nice too. I got in & out pretty quickly as the checkout stations were properly staffed. The price point is a bit high...but heck, it is Giant. Overall, nice store tucked into an urban shopping center. I'll be back soon.

Jasmine and James have EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. They handled my problem with ease and a smile on their faces, I've never in my entire life felt so taken care of so quickly with such kindness. I hope Giant knows how lucky they are to have such amazing people in there employ.
