I had a garden fence installed in 2023. They installed the 2 gates so low to the ground that they barely opened and installed swinging in where the ground was higher slightly. Never asked which way they should swing although I didn’t think about this until later. After a year of struggle I finally had enough and broke down and emailed the company about the gates never fully opening. Well, for $500 more they could come out and take a look. The overall quality of materials used was great, but the lack of gate mobility is a huge downer. I probably should have reached out sooner, but I had a lot of personal struggles the past year and avoided gardening last year due to those struggles. I think about it now bc the weeds are starting grow and need mowing, but getting in that area to mow is so difficult and stressful and was reminded how stressful this past week it was when attempting to tame the growth. I reached out in hope of having some sort of resolution. A previous fence company I used in 2017 to install the main 6 foot fence and large great came back and adjusted the gate for free bc they guaranteed gate adjustments for 5 years. I guess that’s not freedom fence policy. They don’t guarantee their work, but it is sturdy. So if you choose to go with them make sure you are clear with what you need at install and check the gates before ok’ing their work. My fault I should have checked it out and been more stern, but I don’t stand up for myself.I got nice wide gates to fit mower in, but you will see in photos doesn’t work out so well. I really wish I was given option which way gates swung.

We had a great experience with Freedom Fence. We opted for the pins and plat survey after discussing it with our sales representative, Brian. Brian was great and detailing all of our options and giving his suggestions where asked. We had an issue to no fault of Freedom Fence, but they still worked with us to come up with a great resolution and we got our dream fence in one day. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to add a fence!

Freedom did a full demo of my old deck and a build of a new one as well as replacing my fence. Both were huge projects that they finished beautifully in just a few days. Everyone from the sales rep to the front office to the crew was a pleasure to work with — knowledgeable, friendly, detail oriented, and committed to getting it done right. Freedom Fence is a good company. Interactive and responsive throughout. Doug listened to our requirements and promptly measured off the area to be fenced, coming back promptly with an estimate - and the estimate proved to be the price. Three weeks later we had our install. Camilo showed up right on time with a crew of five and got right to work. Carlos joined mid-morning to inspect the work, to communicate with us, and to pitch in. The men worked hard - nine straight hours with only a few breaks, and no slacking. They even dug the post holes by hand. Our large fence went up in a day. The fence looks great, all yard debris was cleaned up, and every interaction was polite and professional.

I love this company! I got a beautiful vinyl fence in 2020 and the guys were on time and very professional. I had a small adjustment done to my fence today in 2023 by Steve and he was very accommodating and got the job done! Deck crew scheduled the work as soon as they received the permit. They did excellent work for completing the project. Once it was paid, they started my project immediately and completed both deck AND fence within a week. Freedom Fence & Deck did a fantastic job replacing our 35-year-old wood fence with a beautiful white vinyl fence. Jim (the salesman) was very easy to work with and accommodated all of our design choices. We found particular latches and handles that we wanted to use, and they agreed to install them for us. The contract process was quick and straightforward.After about six weeks, they were ready to install the fence. They sent out two crews at the same time, plus the owner Steve, who worked alongside them. With seven people working, they managed to finish the entire job in just one day! Our old wood fence was completely removed in about 15 minutes, and then they meticulously installed the new fence, setting all the posts into wet concrete and making sure all the sections were straight.At the end of the long day, when one of the locking gate latches wasn’t working right, Steve patiently worked on it until eventually we realized the part was defective, so he replaced it with a working one. A certain kind of handle had to be ordered, and as soon as it came in, he came back to install it.The fence materials are extremely high quality—the vinyl feels very thick and sturdy, unlike the kind sold at the home improvement stores. And the new fence has completely transformed the look of our property—we’ve already had several compliments from neighbors. Even in this crazy market with inflation and supply chain issues, Freedom Fence got our fence built at a good price with the absolute highest quality. We needed over 300 ft of fence as ours had started to fall. The crew is super and they work! It is hard to believe they can build such a high quality replacement fence in such a short time.

We used Freedom Fence to install a 6 foot shadow box privacy fence along the back of our alley so that we have some privacy when sitting out in the yard, as well to keep our young grandson's in the yard when visiting. I saw that Freedom Fence had the best reviews out of all the companies that I researched. Our daughter also used them to install a privacy fence about 4 years ago and the quality is apparent. They had the best price all round, plus they could do the job in a week if I wanted. I had to hold off almost a month because I was waiting for a shed to be delivered and needed access from the alley. They showed up on time and completed the job exactly when they said. The next day I notice a few nails they forgot to put in, so I called them, and their response was phenomenal because they came out the next day and took care of that for us. I read some horrible reviews about other fence installers in the area where it was hard to get them to return when there was an issue of any kind. Excellent experience all around. Freedom installed ~1100 feet of 5ft wooden fence and we couldn't be happier with the process and results. Out of 6 quotes they weren't the cheapest and weren't the most expensive but they were engaged, followed up, informed us of details to make important decisions and, most importantly, delivered exactly what they said they would on time. Just wanted to say how impressed I am with everyone at Freedom Fence and Home, Inc. From the initial estimate scheduling to completion of the project the service and workmanship has been top notch. They were respectful of our home and time.A few months after the fence was completed, some of the wood settled weird causing a bow in a couple of spots. They quickly got someone out to assess and scheduled the repairs within a week or two. I had my fence installed in my front yard about 6 years ago and it looked so great and everyone was really nice. Our front yard gets SO much Sun and it warped some of the fence boards after a few years. I called freedom fence to see if they had a warranty of any kind and they told me that they didn’t, but they would stop by and replace the warped pieces anyway. That really blew me away!!! I was so shocked that a company would take time out of their day to help me when they didn’t even have to. What other company would do that??? Out of all the quotes I received from other fencing companies, I knew right away that I wanted to go with Freedom Fence. Brian (estimator) provided me with multiple quotes when I was trying to figure out exactly what I wanted, and the communication was quick and simple even with my busy schedule. Before we got the fence installed we had to remove our garage. I contacted them the day it was being removed and Brent (scheduler) contacted me and put me on the schedule for the next day! They got to the house around 9-9:30ish and were there until around 5:30-6pm. The workers did a wonderful job installing my fence and Steve (the owner) came by multiple times to check on progress. He also came by in the end to inspect everything and provide his final touches. I will be reaching out to them again soon to help with fencing in my front yard. After reviewing estimates, warranty programs and quality of materials offered by three companies, I decided to go with Freedom Fence and Home to install a vinyl privacy fence on my concrete patio eight months ago. Their whole team, from the estimator Brent, to the office manager Candy, and the construction team headed by Steve; was attentive, knowledgeable, thorough and polite. At every step, from working with the city to obtain a permit, to contract changes, and erecting the fence itself, they were responsive, trustworthy and efficient.I had to go to work on the day Steve and his team came out to install the fence. Steve kept me informed throughout; he even called just to let me know they had arrived and that he was letting his team in to the back area. He called again when they were done to let me know they were leaving. These were simple gestures, but very thoughtful and reassuring since no one was home. When I came home from work later that day, the area was not only well-secured but spotless. They cleaned the area up real nice.Recently, I contacted them with a maintenance question and I received a thorough response within the same day. It's obvious they take pride in the work that they do. They are a very professional and hardworking team, with amazing workmanship. I will not hesitate to work with them again.

What a great experience from start to finish. We had a screened porch built. From the beginning Brian came out to give us an estimate, we were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism as well as his friendly outgoing personality that we signed a contract that day. The offic then took over to schedule the service, they were friendly and wonderful to deal with and answered all of our questions. Then the crew that came out to build were professional and friendly and paid attention to every little detail and went above and beyond to make our porch amazing. I had called a few companies to review a fence project in my backyard. Brian, with Freedom, was the only person that asked what my goal for the project was, and what material I was thinking of using. Cost effective containment was my goal, and I actually liked my current fence.Brian said he'd be happy to aid me with any new product, and that he could basically guarantee a top notch install, using the nicest products, and a pleasant experience throughout. With his help, we ended up coming up with an incredibly simple, free solution to my problem. Freedom Fence worked with us to enclose our backyard with farm style fence. The representative who worked with us was easily the most knowledgeable and thorough of the 5 fence reps we talked with. After settling on a style and materials, they were able to work with us on price. Lastly, I made poor judgement on the limits of our fence, and after looking at the post placement, I reached out to Freedom to change the location. They were not only able to change the design, but finished without any additional delay.
