If I could give no stars I would. Soon as you walk in with your child they are cussing up a storm!! Now if y'all by yourself and y'all didn't open yet okay, but you see children in here and I don't cuss around my son but they will! They're stocked but also while they're stocking they're on the phone with unnecessary conversations. Loud, lines always long, one register open, so loud in the backroom you can hear them upfront! Unorganized with stocked carts with products all in the aisle. This place needs management fast or I'm done.

I took an unopened box of lights that I purchased at another Family Dollar to this location. The manager, (Dalli /not sure of correct spelling of his name) advised me that HE does NOT allow returns after 2 weeks. The manager on duty refused to honor the return policy stated on Family Dollar corporate website. I’m amazed that our community keeps this place in business yet their quality of service is less than satisfactory! WHY DO WE PATRONIZE THESE CORPORATIONS AND GET POOR QUALITY SERVICE AND PRODUCTS! Unorganized stores, long wait times in long lines, managers making up policies. I called the corporate office and I am still waiting on a call or response to my complaint.

This is a Family Dollar that I've been to quite a bit over the years. If you have a backpack or other large bag, which I usually do, you have to leave it at the front of the store. But I've never had a problem with anything happening to it. But it's pretty much a standard FD. And honestly, you could do almost all your shopping there. The staff is pretty friendly and professional. I'll be going back if I ever need to.

Nice big parking lot. It's in a area that is in need of stores that carry a variety of stuff . This is not a true dollar store , some things are more than a dollar... but still you can find a little bit of every thing in a pinch not bad at all. The people who work there are usually pretty nice keep up the good work and thanks for being there when needed !

Employee was rude & dismissive towards us. Bought a DVD player that would not work at all, every disc just said Error. Our mistake was apparently not trying to exchange it within 30 days. All he said was "return policy is 30 days" and we explained we didn't want to return it, we wanted to exchange it. He barely even looked in our direction & when we asked to speak to a manager, he called him on a cell phone & spoke to him himself!!! I don't even know if I believe he was actually speaking to someone! If an item is straight up BROKEN, it shouldn't matter if it's been 32 days or 1! If u must go to a Family Dollar, I definitely recommend a different location.

Customer service is amazing makes you always want to return for product's. Management runs this store in a very high standard. Story it was a young lady that came into work and her hair and uniform was out of order. Management I'm assuming told her to return home get herself in order and return. As I was leaving the store she was returning and all was intact with her uniform. This is great management and this manager not only took pride in this younglady he took pride in the store and how it should be represented.Impressed Consumer and Valued.

Unfortunately I would not give this location a five-star because of the parking lot having a lot of trash and then upon entering the store the front entrance only had one door to enter and exit and it also was filled with XS merchandise as well as there was only two Associate's available. The store was also a bit cluttered, however, there was plenty of merchandise for the coming season. The cashier was pleasant.

A worker was kind enough to get another one (a guy) to get 10 cases of water, have them scanned and then took them out to the car and helped with my bags too! Great service! Hartford Rd. Family Dollar

I don’t know why these stores are always ghetto ! I use to work for the one on Harford / Coldspring.Not safe to only schedule two ladies to work on the entire store .Some of the roughest customers come in there , stealing and getting out of hand with you .But the district manager is ghetto so there you have it !

The Store generally is stocked , but there have been times t's low on inventory. When you walk everywhere you go , this can be problematic when your expecting the store 2 have it in & it's not & you either have 2 wait or go somewhere else & spend more money !! We all know that stink's !! So hopefully the Manager's can get this under control. Thank you !!

It was alright the cashier was very pleasant but it seems as tho lately they don't have in stock what i've came to get n it's been more than 4x's that i've been in there, i don't know what's going on but the mgr. needs to get on their job n check up on their stocks n supplies n the store wasn't that clean

I had a terrible experience at this store. I wanted to check for a deodorant which I have previously purchased but could not remember the name. The security guard would not allow me to look. He insisted that I had to go through the check out before looking. What a stupid rule!!

Staff are not attentive enough at this store ,didn't feel welcome here ,no hello or good morning when I entered establishment all I recieved was a funky attitude. Will never come back here again.

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service about 30 minutes before the store closed they don't let you buy cigarettes talking about they have to count them 90% of the female cashiers seem to have an attitude ESPECIALLY the female manager I've experienced just before closing time she seems like she doesn't want to be there and they lie about what they don't have in stock after they put you on hold with no intent on ever picking back up so after u call them 30 times and they finally answer they lie and say they don't have the item but it's too late you're already at the store and check to see they do have it they need to stop hiring female managers that have bad attitudes I'd rather deal with older people

They have a lot of stuff that you would not think was there check them out from house supply to food baby item's gifts for Christmas an staff willing to help you
