I was waiting at the register to make my purchase and the cashier was more into her phone call with her daughter... I had to wait at least 2 minutes to ring me up she still wasn't finish when I was leaving she had the customer behind me waiting as well.... This was around 2.20 PM ON 3-10-24 so I go back around 830 pm to see the doors locked 2 children running around the store..... They close when they want and do what they want at this location The customer service can be a little better

I went to get cat litter from here and the guy that worked here come to the door as I was coming in and said what am I getting I said cat litter why and he is then going to proceed to try and accuse me of helping some other white people has he put steal from their and I was talking with them I have no idea what he was talking about and I told him I don't steal and he must of confused me for someone else very and he kept going on about it and basically threatened me saying iam going to get myself in big trouble when I didn't do anything wrong iam a regular costume but not no more never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly the guy needs to be fired in my opinion and people need to know their facts before making accusations like that

Store is clean and well-stocked. Not a very professional group of employees, however. Treat customers as if they're a burden. This is especially a shame since they just opened. Additionally, they always seem to close early.

Love the pricees of the meds,normally I always buy the name brand but, when I saw the picture of the meds identical to the one that is name brand ,I literally mean same color ,size ,and shape I said let me try this one. It was ,also $3.00 cheaper than the name brand ,and it works the exact same. When you go to cvs, Walgreens,etc... it only says compare to name brand . Thanks to family dollar that is built different I see they show you the actual meds not just the name well done Fam .

I don't understand why Everytime I go into this store they have a sign hanging on the door reading "Exact Change or Credit/Debit Cards Only"( No Cash Back)Is it me or has someone dishonest used up the till money that's supposed to be left in each register drawer because no other Family Dollar displays the same sign. It would appear that Family Dollar needs to investigate this discrepancy a little further because I really dont think this is the way a company like Family Dollar intended to run any of their businesses.**Extremely Unprofessional** 👎👎🤑🧐🙄🤔😲🤥

The grand opening was a grand set up for a extreme let down. Customer service was amazing and everyone was so helpful when they started. Now you can hardly get someone to great you let alone them be open the times that they say they are open until. I went there at 845pm only to see closed gates and a dark store when it clearly says that they are open until 10pm. So disappointed in this location and will gladly drive the extra few miles just to go to a better one from now on.

I really hate visiting this location, I only go for convenience because I'm always in the area. The cashiers never speak, and they appear to always want to be somewhere else other than the job they applied for, the lines are ridiculous sometimes and it's very rare that both lanes will be open, somedays you can get cash back from your transaction and other days you can't. They always close before the time advertised

I hate to even give this store 1 star this is one of the worst family dollar store that I’ve been to it’s not 1 employee that is professional everything is not priced as marked when you get to the register every time I go there every employee is on their phone coming to work with bedroom slippers on scarves on their head they don’t greet you they don’t ask you if you need help and then when you do ask them something they act like you’re bothering them and they never know anything it’s always I don’t know .2 days ago one cashier actually walked away after she rang my merchandise up in the middle of the transaction of me giving her the money to go put something away so I was standing there for a few minutes for her to come collect my money out my hand to pay for my merchandise and then she told me to take my receipt I thought the cashier supposed to hand the customer their receipt ..

Honestly they need to throw the store away and make a new one. Everytime I come in this store no one speaks. I'm better off with getting assistance with mannequins. I just shopped at this location this week and as me and my significant other were grabbing our bags at the register, we said "thank you" in a total 4 times and the female said nothing to us. She just kept looking away from us with a mean mug. The store has a foul smell like dirty trash and playdough at times, most aisles don't be straightened correctly but the employees are more concerned to talk bad about customers, baby daddies, and food stamps... I hate the fact that there eyes have to always follow eveyever including me as if I'm stealing when I'm only shopping for tampons... 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE!

Something very sad happened here two days ago. A fight that started in the store, ended with one of the people being pepper sprayed. (Not by authorities, by each other)I feel the fight could have been avoided if the cashier would have opened up another line because I believe the cashier was being passive aggressive and trying to get a rise out of this particular customer.This store is so nicely set up , yet the customer service is beyond sad, it's like nothing I have ever seen. I've lived in bad neighborhoods where people respect each others personal space but this is the 2nd time I've been in this Family Dollar and you get the feeling that the cashier's and managers DO NOT respect the customers. There is a very weird vibe in this store, you will see.It's a new Family Dollar but it needs NEW management or it needs to be shut down. I see nothing good coming out of this store.

The customer service sucks... they barely talk to u..they are on their phones with the ear piece in talking while at the register.. the cashier dosen't hand you your receipt. This particular store the associates always have an attitude.

Staff was not very friendly or attentive. The casher was too busy on her phone to even bother to make eye contact. No greeting upon entering or "have a nice day" or thank you after checking out.

My trip there was in n out cause they didn't have what i went in there to get for my grandbabies n when i ask'd a couple of the workers wether they had what i was looking for n they had no idea of what i were talking about, i was looking for a few bag's of the candy fun Dip, it's something like the straw candy but it's in a pack with a white hard candy stix n sugary candy that u put the stix into the sugary substance n eat it n it's good n fun for the kidz some turns ur tongue colors n the grand's love it but the other Family Dollar store's carry them tho

There are so many different items to choose from. Almost anything you can think of is that the Family Dollar. I go up there a lot to pick up things. I recommend Family Dollar to anybody and everybody is looking to save money on just about anything.

One of lady’s at the cashier had a bad attitude I asked her I didn’t have enough money for something and was mad and when she was putting my things in the bags she threw them in it 😤 I never going back to that store again
