My favorite store. Always has everything I need. They have great staff. The manager, I'm sorry I can't remember his name, he wears glasses, he is the best . Always polite, always willing to help without hesitation. Thank you all so much for your excellence.!!!!

Great prices, superb selections, and incredible inventory. I love this store. I always find so much more than I came in to buy. I was do impressed with the selection of the NFL Raven items. I brought gifts for my family, and they love them. Check out this store and enjoy shopping.

I was there today at 1057am and brought 80$ worth of items to go out of town and just got to my destination and all my snacks that I purchased was somehow left at the counter and the bags were all large bags, left behind was tasty cakes sticky buns , honey buns, and two bags of chips. We left out the store with a total of 6 bags get 150 miles away and realize only snack bags were left at store, yes I still have receipt. I called 11 times at 7 35 pm and no answer. I hope wen I get back to Baltimore I will be reimbursed or my items will be waiting for me. Plus we seat in parking for. About 10 mins to get gps together and nobody came to say you left bags smh

Outstanding job from all of the staff..I believe it should be more worker. One of your employees I don't know her name but I will never forget her raspy voice. He's always there working as hard as she can throughout the store stop. They should at least have employee of the month or survey cards to fill out. The manager rice a good

They don't have what I want every time I go there is at least 1 item that they don't have on the shelf. On one occasion I went for 3 items, none were on the shelf. Ask an associate and sure enough he went in the back, came out low and behold he had all 3 items in his hands. There is always merchandise on carts in the isle everything I go in. They need some more help in that store.

Family dollar is still holding on to affordable prices for the same plastic stuff that other stores is sell for a lot more money. Ain't no shame to my game lolThank you Family Dollar 😉

I checked my bag in and my belongings were given to someone else and I haven't been called or had anyone try to correct this. I was there on May 15th, 2017 and I returned after being promised that they would call. I talked to the store manager also and he said he would call me. This was the day after Memorial Day. Never got a call.

They need more employees. The prices are great. Store is not completely clean but I have been a long time customer and I will always be.They need more employees because service (especially check out) can be very slow sometimes.

Cashier was focused on talking basketball with her coworkers. We had to wait until she was finished to be called to the register. She had the nerve to ask "Are you ready?" She did the same thing to the next customer. Other than that I saved close to $20. Yay!

I went into this store to get a drink. On the way to the counter I saw so many things I usually buy at the supermarket. Most of it cheaper, some not. The checkout people were quick and polite and even seemed happy.

The staff is friendly. The store is a mess Alot of times I go in there boxes everywhere, clothes on the floor. It can definitely use some stock clerk's.

Family Dollars are pretty decent as far as pricing is concerned. However they could use more merchandise. They can also use more professional employees. They look like they they are just to receive the check

The store is under staffed, store is dirty, shelves are empty, boxes of undistributed product is everywhere except on the shelves. This store needs help bad. Used to br a good store now its trashed
