This store is awful. Nothing is priced as actually on signs. Meaning. If something is marked 3.00 When they ring it up its 5.00 . You get an excuse & the attitude buy it or leave it your choice. The manager is not helpful friendly professional. He never honor prices. It's sad. You go I'm the counties. Where the WHITE PEOPLE ARE. The stores are stocked & prices are correct. And if not they honor what's posted. No negativity, like it's your fault you want to be treated respectable. They give people this MANAGER POSITIONS , NOT BECAUSE THEY ARE QUALIFIED. But they are willing to work. DO BETTER. TO HUMAN BEINGS THE CLIENTS THAT KEEP THE BUSINESS OPEN. BRING BACK HUMILITY 😫 😩 😢

I hate this family dollar the cashiers that work there is so GHETTO and have nasty attitude mad at everybody early in the morning they always have one register open and will not call for help until the line is very long you can’t never get help on the floor when looking for something because other workers are outside taking a smoke break talking on the phone why do you need a smoke break when you just opened at 8am if I could go elsewhere I would this store is always cluttered with boxes every where when they’re stocking the shelves but the shelves be empty yall need to do better I’m considering taking my money else where

My daughter goes around there every other day and spends plenty of money she shouldn't be watched the whole entire time she's in the store she's a good costumer they should restock up on items that are very popular especially in the snacks or bread ETC.put everything on the clearance rack and shelf if you people come in with body odor they shouldn't act unprofessional about it spraying air freshener and lighting scented candles this is the only family dollar that's close in our neighborhood

I love Family Dollar I always shop there especially for all my cleaning AIDS and laundry detergent sometimes may find different other things that I like to buy there but I like it better and any other Dollar Store other than Dollar Tree I love them

It needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Better lighting and better staff. There were multiple people working but 1 on the register and it was a long line waited about 20 minutes.

I had a cashier cheated me today of my money she was new, I gave her a twenty dollar bill, for a $8.86 purchase she didn't give me all my change e back, when I took my items I brought back up there the manager showed .me on camera she gave me change and two receipts I only got the receipt with the five cent bag I got not the receipt with my food on it I plan on taking I to better business bureau and consumer protection and she if she gave me a receipt for my food and the right change back by didn't I have it the manager was a crook too he took up for her I,n suing him too that are thieves don't waste your money there they are liars and thieves.

I had to come back and change my review. Things are get just a little better, still needs more work. Stuff and boxes are STILL all over the place, school kid's STILL steal, dults try to walk out with boxes of cleaning products. Certain employees carry a bad attitude and can be very rude. Again, still needs MORE work.

I think they are respectfully helpful in finding what your looking for...they are courtesy on bagging your bags... The Dollar Store itself is very CLEAN & FRESH looking & smelling... Their products & prices are definitely reasonable....especially frozen items... Simply professional within the workers inside the store on all shifts i havent had no problems at all there since relocating in this area.... Thank Y'all for y'all services forsure......🙏🏽🙌🏾☝🏽

I thought i left a review for this one already but if not here goes..this particular family dlr is very very tight and cluttered. The staff are very nice and very helpful but things are in really close quarters. It is not dirty or even disorganized. Its just a very small store with a lot of items. I like it though its ok. Its good for all my household needs and its not too far from where i live.

The cashier's and lead cashier's are the most nasty and unprofessional people. I do my best to support my community; however service and attitudes like these folks causes me to shop elsewhere.Work on doing better...

I have about 5 Family dollar stores in my area. This by far is the worst one. If you plan on shopping for more then you can carry DO NOT GO HERE!! No carts or hand crates. Also the aisles are always crowded with items that need to be put away. This is a very cluttered store and they never have the correct sales tags. I suggest you keep driving a few more blocks in either direction to the next family dollar store. I think corporate needs to exam this particular store.I like writing reviews but posting a bad review is not a good feeling. ESPECIALLY WHEN THESE ISSUES CAN BE FIXED.

Went into this store for the first time ever today and tonight looked at my bank account and noticed my card has been used on Amazon to purchase school supplies you work at a store if you have to steal steal from your store don't hack my card and order off Amazon believe me I will get this to your home office

They have a variety of different items in the store it's called Family Dollar but I can't see to much to save there prices are getting high to match other stores prices not to much different in the price

The managers of this store display great customer service...unfortunately, Family Dollar doesn't care about the safety of their employees. This store is constantly being robbed, no security. If you go to this location be careful.

I have been shopping @ this family dollar for a few years the employees act very unprofessional they watch you and act like you're stealing when you're shopping in the iles before you're coming up 2 the cash register 2 pay 4 the products you want 2 buy i have been living in this neighborhood since i was a child one employee said the other day that darkskinned women steal i have coming there 4 the past couple of days buying things 4 my grandma the cashier was spraying febreeze right in front of a heater knowing that the air freshener is flammable she didnt care one cashier was watching with his shades on before i came up 2 the cash register 2 pay 4 my stuff the worst customer service i have ever seen the stock person was watching me the whole entire time i came into the store it's really sad 2 me
