Came in to pick up a few items and take advantage of the $5 off coupon and sale. Bad decision. Only one cashier at noon. My app was malfunctioning so I held up the line a bit but was told I couldn't hold up the line. The cashier was annoyed and so I chose to just move on.She was in a hurry at that point and began to ring up the next customer and pushing bags down and one of my bags was left on the counter. I noticed once I got home and attempted to call but the number on the website AND on the receipt are bogus. They go nowhere. I went to retrieve them and decided to ask the manager if I could still receive the discount. Another bad decision. She was patronizing and discourteous with a smile on her face. I mentioned that I tried to call and she interrupted me to say that "she wasn't sitting by the phone". The number literally goes nowhere I explained. Her response. "Well, that's the number on the receipt." She said she doesn't look on the website for other numbers but invited me to do so.Customer service was clearly not her niche. Do better!! Will go to another location in the future. SMH.

Was charged for twice for one item. Didn't notice it until I got home. Tried to call the store and the phone number was incorrect. To far to travel back to the store.

I had the worse experience just going to get two items. Cashier was rude because she wanted me to place all the money in her hand when I hand her the bills and big change in her hand. I left the small change with was 17cents on the counter while fixing my wallet so I won't leave nothing. She said rudely can you pick it up and place it in my hand. Like I was her child. Let me remind you this is 2023 and I didn't even want to put the cash in her hand because she didn't have gloves and her mask was down off her face. But you gives me attitude like I am being rude. What! Then she refused to give me a receipt and said I not checking you out unless you put it in my hand. The dime, nickel and two pen was left on the counter. I was trying not to hold up the line and move quick and not have to break a $100 bill on $2.17 items. I told the manager my issue and this Spanish decent lady said what's it's apart of your religion or something to not put the money in her hand. Actually I put all the money in her hand but the small cents. Check the camera!!!! No one should be mistreated in a store that continue to have empty shelves. You should be happy for the business. This store should be closed down. Next time I will pay with my $100 bill instead of being nice and give you the exact amount. Thank you!

My brother and I walked into the store today and met the rudest young lady/cashier ever. If I could give a negative score I would based on customer service. We didn’t even shop we were so disgusted with the greeting we received. We left and went a mile into the city and stopped at that one and the customer service was phenomenal. Just Shop a mile into the city! This particular Family Dollar has piss poor customer service.

We had a great time. It was clean and tons of life guards. I wish I hadn't waited to late in the summer to go. We definitely will try to come back a few more times before school starts.

Will never shop at this family dollar again NEVER. The cashiers are rude and play around with some of the customers (more than likely they know them) still the morale should always be courteous and pleasant. I go to pay for my things and the cashier tells me to go to checkout 3 not because she wanted to close out but because she got a friend she wants to talk to. Really Miss u tried to send me away so you could run your mouth not today you won’t ring up my stuff NOW.

The store was well stocked with products, they even had an overflow of "essential items". The staff was very helpful when I asked a question. The store is very clean. The cashier was friendly and they all had on their mask😷KUDOS

The lady JoAnne was very rude awful customer service. Yelled and snatched clothing & Items. Iv watched her be rude to a pregnant female who dropped an item on the floor last week and didn’t realize it. Really doesn’t want to answer questions. If she does answer one it appears it’s ruineing her day. Unprofessional!!

Love their prices! Long lines, but staff always handles them professionally and quickly, it's the customers that hold up the process. If your not ready dont get in line, but either way I'm willing to wait for the prices you can't beat anywhere else.

I don't know why I don't shop here more often. I am always surprised at the variety of items and the low prices. They had plenty of rubbing alcohol, toilet paper and paper towels.

I wasn't to Happy with the Custo]mer service I ask for Batteries , and they was locked up , and the lady with the Key walked away and , I asked two other Store clerks , They totally ignored me then I asked again And the guy walked to get the key that was my 1st experience I'd never been there before and I don't believe I will return at that location again😐😏

This is by far, hands down, the absolute WORST RUN Family Dollar that I have ever been to.Rude treatment of customers from the manager and other staff.Boxes of merchandise in the aisles to the point it's hard to navigate through the store.Please do yourself a favor and avoid this store like the plague.

Poor customer service and you'll have to wait in line ten to fifteen minutes just to check out. They will work the death out of one cashier and then look at you crazy if you ask for someone to help check people out of the store. 💔😢

It's hard to understand how there coupons work. I looked at the shelves and it's one price I get to the register and it's another price and I couldn't use my coupon app why?

Never are there enough employees to serve the amount of customers present T any given time. There is always, always a long line! And some things can be out of stock, but again that's due in most part to the former issue written above!
