A family member just moved to the area. Thought I would stop in to make a purchase. First I must admit the gentleman on the register just as you walk in was very friendly. The store reminded me of someone’s junky, unkempt basement. It was not a Thursday nor Friday. I could not focus because it felt like I was walking through a maze. Merchandise scattered around floor and the aisle.Management!! Please hire someone just to keep the aisles orderly.UPDATE: Please pay close attention to the prices on the shelves and the checkout prizes at the register. Prices at the register are marked up!! A practice that’s intentional! Count your coins when you shop here!

I frequent this family dollar store because it is local to where I live but today the experience was terrible. I went to do a return of 2 items I purchased from another family dollar store 2 days ago, with my receipt in hand. They refused to return my items because they stated they don't return items purchased at other family dollar stores. No where is that posted or written in the company policy. I went online to confirm and the return policy states "Merchandise purchased in stores or online can be returned to ANY family dollar store within 30 days of purchase."I even asked for the manager and he appeared to not know the policy and asked another Associate to confirm. WHat has happened to the level of customer service???? I'm truly annoyed, I will not continue to patronize that store.

Family dollar store the cashier was very very nice and helpfull. I really should have gotten her name. The store is always clean. Everybody is placent. I love the prices. You can't beat family dollar. Amen

Cashier on duty was very friendly however the store had been totally re-arrange since my last time being and I spent more time looking for what I wanted than normal. Everything is changing now days. Still the store & fairly well organized.

My husband and I were in this store today. The store was junky had a lot of opened products. Trash on the floor and only one employee in the store who by the way was very plesant considering that he is by himself having to ring up customers and etc. He informed us that it was busy all day and he hadn’t had a bathroom break. Not right or fair at all.

Unprofessional they had no bags for customers . You literally had to carry your items in hand out of store. Couldn't even get in contact with staff to talk to management about inconvenience. I just walked out because I refuse to pay for items and can't even get a bag . They need to be more professional and make sure there inventory is up to par.

Insanely long line with only one cashier. The other employees just "hover" around the store not even trying to help the one cashier. The owner of this store should realize that customer service is key and by having such incompetent workers he is losing business like myself.

Even the one star is too much, when you enter the store cashier rudely asked us to leave our packages on the floor next to the door. We went with kids and they also put school backpack on the dirty floor. They are treated and profiled us like thiefs. This is outrageous!!! Also the store is very messed up - goods are laying on the floor, unpacked boxes everywhere! Never go again! Shame on you nonfriendly-family dollar-worth-reputation store. We have never been treated like this at any retail place before!!!

They have a decent selection and, while not everything is high quality, there is a lot that is. Dozen large eggs are $1.65 (versus >$2.00 at the grocery stores) and they sell a car of coconut oil for $3. They often have great clearance sales and I love that they have weekly circulars so I can plan my asking last in advance. I'll continue to shop here and save money on random items.

Prices are never updated correctly or just not labeled to begin with so it's always a surprise what you'll be paying. Also lots of stuff never gets restocked.

This location when it first opened was really good with decent customer service but here lately the service has gotten worse... The cashiers clearly don't like their jobs and are very unprofessional and the store is always a hot mess with cluttered isles and inventory still in boxes all over the place... This use to be my go to spot but it's looking like I'm going to have to find another hidden gem😞!

This is a ghetto store. The woman in the picture is the manager on the phone and the line was wrapped around. Sh stayed on her phone, mind you at aldi had music loud playing from it. Also at yelled while talking to someone else that works there (neither one working with a line long) YELLED to other workers to restock deoterant when there are no customers. It was so many ppl in there, the customers were all wondering what was said thinking sh was going to ring up since 2 were at register, but nope they came over to just play on phone and talk. Terrible customer service! That was my first and last time. That family dollar obviously doesn't care about customer service or the cleanliness if store. Things were everywhere and employees talking instead of working.
