If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The young lady at the register acted like she didn't even want to touch my items to ring them up. She stared at me as I walked up so I said, "Hello", and she (very begrudgingly) said, "Hi". It's just disheartening that I work so hard and receive this type of treatment from a complete stranger with a white tongue.

First things first, the prices on more than half the items are wrong. And it's been that way for months. The manager and or supervisor needs customer service training. They act like we're bothering them when we tell them the lable says one price or the sticker on the shelf says one price. The register rings a more expensive price. And they say well they went up. It would be understandable if it just happens. But it's going on a full year. Example Frito lay products have $0.59 or 2/$1 ALL OVER THE ENTIRE RACK MANY TIMES. You buy 2 it's $1.18 before taxes are added. Some candy says $1 when you get to the register it's $1.25.This particular day I told the lady that the chips have been like this for months and she said. Well I gave you them for the price with the nastiest attitude. The poor cashier was clearly new. And he looked afraid. I can't wait until 9am so that I can contact a GM or something. They need better employees and more than that a GM that check up on it often. And the way they leave perishables on the U boat for hours until it's almost warm. It's a bit disgusting in there.... Go in for yourself.... The next time I will take pics.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. This store is always a mess, short staffed and the ones working always seem to have an attitude. Today, the cashier and I assume the manager decided to have meeting while customers were in the store shopping. After ringing the bell not once but twice and the line was stretching down the health and beauty isle, the cashier responded by saying she was coming. The cashier proceeded to go back n forth with the customers about her disappearance act and told us that we could just leave. I hope the meting was about customer service training and staffing. I have never been spoken to like this in a retail store. Good thing I wasn’t a shopper, this store would have graded very low.

I would truly advise to avoid shopping at this store and go elsewhere in the neighborhood. It is just outrageous how this store is almost never stock with what should be everyday items like trash bags, cleaning supplies, and household items. It's's been that way since before the pandemic started in April 2020. Also it's always a wait in line to purchase your goods. Which is ridiculous 🤣 when they clearly have enough staff to operate two cashier's check out lines. Me personally 😉 I'm stopping going too this store now as I get very agitated waiting in line for over 5 to 10 minutes. When I came in to get basic essential goods. I would consider utilizing the Dollar Tree next door or Amazon. Also as of posted this it looks like all of the staffed that worked during the pandemic had resigned or quit some way and honestly they were the nicest and fastest team ever at this store. The current staff is young and inexperienced and very slow working like they barely care about working there. Also the never greet me either when I came in which too me is very rude and unprofessional. I honestly hope that this store closes and is replaced with a store that has a pharmacy. As their is none on The Alameda literally.

I've been to a few stores looking for loose leaf paper and found a good supply at Family Dollar, as well as pizza rolls which I couldn't find at another food store. I found that there shelves were well stocked even the refrigerated area. Thanks Family Dollar for your service to our community.

The prices on the shelf never match at the register... It seems like illegal practices.... all family dollars does the same thing the items sometimes have a dollar difference..... It's sad you can't shop and not hold up the line because you need a price check for every item you purchase

This Family Dollar is ALWAYS slow & short staffed. No air-conditioning. It be hot enough for someone to pass out. I'm happy they opened a Dollar Tree in the shopping center because it's just a mess...

Bought cigs here, good prices and they take e-coupons. Prices here are not a dollar but less than upper chain stores. Even dollar store should be called $1.25 Store.Still buying cigs here now they are $11.59 tax included (as of 11/15/22).Dont do much shopping here dollar tree is two doors down, with prices of $1.25

They NEVER have enough cashier'sEven tho I have breathing problems every person I there literally ganged up on me n I was told I couldn't shop there unless I wore it.A local police officer said I was right but they also had the right to refuse to serve me.She offered to go in the store n get my things for me I so so insenced.Thanks for your time.

I have purchased so much expired food from this place it sickens me . It really bothers me that for such a convenient location the overall store , food and service quality is complete garbage . There’s a deeper issue I think needs to be tackled within this place but it’s like who really cares to fix it . I’ve done surveys , I’ve attempted to call cooperate with no avail . It almost seems like a waste of space to just have people with NO mannerisms what so ever working here . Even though I kind of have to , I HATE coming to this place

By far the worst Family Dollar in Baltimore. The cashier was very rude, she was irate because she did not understand what i was asking for behind the counter. Then as i was talking to her she was looking at her phone ignoring me. She was also rude to the customer behind me telling the customer behind me to remove her items off the counter in a very rude tone. Saying she's confused but the reason she was confused because she was on her phone i felt very disrespected and i will be contacting corporate. This is not the first time an employee at this particular Family dollar was rude.

At this particular store customers always have to wait in long. Usually there is only one check out line open. Other employees act as if they are stocking shelves and meanwhile the line continues to get longer.

So I just called not to long ago to get a estimated price on water hoses....as soon as I asked the lady hung up on me and nobody answered for the 10 min I was calling, my nephew wanted to get in the pool and that's the only store walking distance that might have it, they just lost a loyal customer

I was recently at this location about a half an hour ago and the young man named Mike was on his cellphone and when my husband said something about him being on the phone and not doing his job because there was a line forming he wanted to argue! I decided to leave and I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! They women were just as bad and unprofessional!

Thank goodness they were open !! Found every thing i needed and was cheaper than the super market !! Awesome! The line maybe long but everyone has only one or two items.
