there’s black mold in the coolers at the front where sodas go, black MOLD. im planning to report this store to some authorities, this can genuinely hurt a lot of people. do not go here if you care about your health.

It's a smaller location so they don't have as much as the bigger stores. I do not like the fact that they are beginning to sell items that are over $5.00 especially when they know that they are getting those items due to other stores needing to get rid of these items. Pretty soon it will be in the same league as Family Dollar and Dollar General so the option to travel for those deep discounts won't be worth it.

Customer Services sucks! Older lady at the register don’t even say “ Hello”I found expired food and snacks throughout the store😩 and they’re always low stock. Don’t recommend Be Careful!!!

Horrible experience, the costumer service is bad as hell like they don’t even respect their job, if you go to this dollar is like a kindergarten class so immature, mg question is how they can paid for be at work been disrespectful, rude and laughing about everything, bothering costumers, I love the branch of dollar three but costumer service need to be fixed. Fire all this people who don’t want to work because they just bothering costumers and make a horrible experience.

I live a 5 minute walk from the store and go there 4 to 5 times a week cause it's very convenient. The employees are very nice and friendly. My only complaint is that the lines get extremely long and you stand in line twice the amount of time it takes you to shop. There have been lines half way down the aisle and there is only 1 registered open. There will be other employees there stocking shelves and they just look at the line and continue to stock shelves when in my opinion another register should be open to help with the check out. I have waited in line up to 15 minutes multiple times and have been in working with the public and find it completely unacceptable as a costumer. If it wasn't for the convenience aspect of the store, I wouldn't go.

I went into the store to purchase needed items. At the checkout register the white female cashier was very nasty. I spoke to her twice and she didn't respond....My money is the same color everyone else has...If she doesn't like her job she should quit. Everybody deserves respect.

The store itself is nice, always stocked, not a mess . My only reason why I gave 2 stars is because they 1st said they don't blow up THOSES types of balloons then change it to ohh the distributors didn't give them a part to fill the balloons...so what is it you don't or you don't have a Part?. Next time START with " we don't have the part at the moment " . The website says they do blow up BOTH types of balloons that's FROM their store. And I called customer service ( to make sure n to let them know if the site is outdated b4 I made this post) but I'm big with customer service and theses employees need more help on that part.

This place makes up their own store hours opening and closing at different times. They're listed to close at 10pm but the last time I was there at 8 50 the cashier told me through a locked door she was tired so they closed at 8 45. They've went downhill ever since covid. Never happened a couple years back

Every time we have gone there the shelves are empty and the fridge area is empty.All we hear is they are about to remodel this store. Why???? They never even keep the shelves stocked at all. I will go elsewhere from here on out.

This is my nearest dollar tree. They seem to have a nice variety of items. My only complaint is that I have yet to see a cashier that even greeted kindly, it is as if everyone just wants to rush you out of there. This has been my experience thus far, I am not one to cause too much noise about that, but it's just good customer service.

The Carroll Island Dollar tree had to be one of the dirtiest stores I've ever been in. The carpet on the floor looks like it never been vacuumed. Boxes of stuff on the isle. Apparently a lot of people go in there. That store needs to be revamped and lose the carpet. They got a one star only because it said it had to give a rating.

Andrew stole a Pepsi did not scan try to rush me out the door with my items , manager sherry stole a Pepsi and was real nasty walked from counter while I was standing there she said she don’t make enough money to be five minutes over time screened at me and my nieces it was a mess I don’t understand where the attitude came from God help them cause it took me to be the bigger person and pay for my stuff and leave

Terrible . The air conditioning in this store has been out of service for at least 3 weeks . The heat in this store is unbearable. You have to get in and out asap . I feel sorry for the people that have to work in these conditions . There is no reason for it to take this long for repairs .

I know I'm not the only one to see this. But this used to be the nicest dollar tree I've been to. Now it's absolutely destroyed and disgusting. Visible dirt and trash left on the floor and product in disarray. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, will not be returning and encourage others to stay away until this changes.

Supposed to be open until 10 but are very unreliable. I can not even tell you how many times i have came during the day, like 3 or 4 o'clock and the store is closed. Total waste of my time and gas.

It's official... no more Dollar Tree Dollar or less items.... I am calculating if other store's items might be less... example..loperamide 12 COUNT Dollar tree= $1.25.Walmart generic loperamide 12 COUNT = $1.08. save money for same other medication

Great staff assistant manager Ida went out of her way to find me a item not on shelves went above what was required of her her and most of the regular employees are always helpful and greet you when you walk in the door, only complaint is they need a daily dedicated stocker to keep shelves stocked and AC for summer months gets above 80 inside on nice days hot days pity those stuck in that heat.
