Horribly disappointed. Came in to grab a few things and per usual this location was in complete disarray (I try to only come to this location as a last resort). However on top of being dirty, the manager was rude to a woman shamelessly in front of other customers. The manager was asked to assist with getting something off a top shelf to which the manager rudely said “She can’t reach? Oh, well then I guess she can’t buy it” Her tone and body language was annoyed and unfriendly. After the incident was over and the manager and customer left, an associate let me know the managers name was Kim and apparently she says/does things like this often. You’re better off traveling to rt. 40 location.

Came to grab a few things and was greeted with a we are closed sign which claimed they were closed to reset the store, looked a little closer and the county closed them due to a pest infestation. This location isn’t the best stocked but you can find a few good things here and there. I would just be cautious if you’re still going to buy food from here.

The items are disheveled on the shelves. The staff is more concerned with customers parking out front. The lines move quickly. The store is big and I would come here sparingly

Mother's Day 5/14/23 10:00 amI am currently here, have been waiting for over 15 minutes, and the store is not open. There are at least 10 customers sitting in the parking lot waiting. This is not the first, second, or third time this has happened, where the store is supposed to be open, or is closed early.Updating my review. The cleanliness and organization lasted only a short while. Shelves are unorganized and store is messy.This store has done a fast and great turnaround. The shelves are organized and stocked. More products are out and easier to find.

Went to get some balloons, the first question I asked the cashier was if they have helium. He said yes so I waited in line( the line was long n it only 1 cashier) when it was my turn now there don't have any helium... waste of time

An employee working at this store on 3-14-23 at 3:30 was combative and had the manager not come I believe he would have hit me. He was angry and hostile and when I walked by him and said excuse me he went off. The worst part is the manager diffused the situation and I assumed it was his last minute there as an employee. Especially since the manager , assistant manager and district manager were all aware of what transpired. But then 2 hours later he’s at the cash register ringing people up. How can an employee (a 20ish year old male) threaten to fight a 50 year old woman with no consequences? I wish I could file a police report for a person yelling, cursing and attempting to attack you. The saddest part is, this dollar tree is my neighborhood store. The only one in my neighborhood and I don’t feel safe going back there.Update : I called dollar tree yesterday to file a complaint and was on hold for hours. I left a voicemail with no response. I followed up today. On hold once again for hours, and then at 5:00 the system hung up on me.

I would have rated this place with more stars but the cashier who was Caucasian didn't even greet me or say your welcome or say have a nice day. I'm Hispanic and the customer in front of me was black. Why was she rude to me and my family?Never never coming back to this store.

Not crowded and well stocked at the time of my visit. I gave them four stars only because a couple of the aisles were overflowing with merchandise such that some of it was on the floor.

The Store Manager Steven does a great job with maintaining the store. I'm not sure how he does it. I know the load of inventory that comes in and it's alot to do when your staff hours and head count is cut. Good workers tend to get hours cut, overworked and then quit due to trying to survive. SOME Customers tend to add to it by disorganizing the store. I watch how SOME customers just dont care. I pray he gets the employees he need to keep up with the high demands from corporate. STEVEN is always helpful, smiling, and has a great spirit everytime I come in and those type of people should be Honored and Rewarded not looked over! Thanks STEVEN for making my experience shopping a Dollar Tree a Great One. He is one my reasons I Go in there and spend my money!

This Dollar Tree usually had what I needed whenever I would go. However, about a month ago I was in the party decor aisle when a rodent (rhymes with cat) ran out and in between the shelves. I ran so fast. I am extremely TERRIFIED OF RODENTS. I told one of the employees and she asked me what a rodent was. I informed her and her response was very nonchalant which led me to believe that they were already aware. They put themselves and their customers at risk. When I discovered that they were shut down I wasn’t shocked. It was extremely cluttered and the lines were always ridiculously long.

I visited this dollar tree today they had an entire display of Christmas candy half off. I got to the register the cashier stated it was ringing full price. She called the manager twice finally a woman by the name of Vanessa arrived. She stated that it wasn’t suppose to be there yet it was and she wouldn’t honor it. She stated people are always placing things in the wrong place. However it was a full display of these items meaning it was done by an employee. Instead of honoring the items I had in my possession she told a young lady to remove the items from the shelves. She had no people skills to be a manager very nonchalant and passive attitude. Lastly there was only one cashier with Atleast 14 people in line the cashier never called for help. Even the alleged manager Vanessa came up to address my concerns never once did she get on a register or call for help. This location needs better customer service for sure.

Horrible Horrible Horrible.... never go on your lunch break between the hour of 12 and 1pm you will be waiting and waiting. They need to accommodate the customers. They only have 1 line which is always down the alse. They really need a good qualified manager to come in and get the store together. Not to mention there was a cashier just standing there looking at her phone and they asked her go help and she said she's on lunch until 1:30 mind you it was 1:27. If she's not going to help she should have went in the back instead of frustrating the customers even more.There should always be a back up cashier... I will be informing corporate. And yes it is that serious.......

Short staff (as someone mentioned 1 cashier) at the time I went. This location had a little bit of everything, from seasonal items to your frozen goods. The floors are clean and the air was surprising fresh. Definitely will return for future purchases.

The only reason I have the second star was because everything is a dollar, and you can get a lot for you buck. Also if you’re in pinch with your money, dollar tree is you best bet for dry and canned foods. However the workers there are terrible and have disgusting attitudes. You can clearly tell they hate their job and don’t want to be there. I would say there are only 2 workers that I have encountered while shopping there that was actually nice and showed decent human respect.Not only do they not teach their new employees how to work the cash register, but when they call and ask for help the other employees or the manager that knows how to work the register, they don’t come. They are highly understaffed. More times than not there is only one register is open, due to thier low employee count, which cause there to be long lines for customers to pay for thier items. Sometimes the lines leads down the aisle of products which is quite far from the check out register.All in all, I frequently go to this dollar tree and I would say I have only had one handful of pleasant expiereces while spending my money thier. It shouldn’t matter if the items are one dollar or $100, the employees should always treat their customers with respect. Especially to the ones that are kind and respectful to them.

Was 1:00 in the afternoon. 1 cashier. A line of 20 people. Cashier called for help 3 times. Manager (horrible person) never came until he said he had an overring. Admitted she ignored his calls for help. I threw $10 worth of items on next register and walked out! Not to mention wasted my lunch hour! Stay away. Go to family dollar instead

Customer service at this particular location was awful.The one lady who was handling money in the back saw that there a plethora of customers waiting to be checked out. But did she call for help when she went into the cash office? Absolutely not. It took a customer to go knock on the door, in order for this louse to call someone up front...several minutes later.Work on customer service first

I mean, everything's a dollar. That's a plus. Dollars add up though. I like their dishes and kitchenware. There's always something cute and useful in that section.When I got my puppy Dollar Tree saved my butt. Leash, collar, toys, etc. They have stuff for when you're in a bind.The store itself is like a discounted Family Dollar.

The girls there was ok to nice but the store don't have everything. This location should have remind a Mars Super Market. Buts its worth mentioning that one young lady went above and beyond to help me get my son's b'day ballons.

Nice big store where everything is $1. They even sell ice in a bag for $1 you can buy glass dishes kitchen utensils household products soap and toilet paper they have alcohol now as well as peroxide and bleach.

I understand that people want to get off work and go home closer to the end of their shift, but as a customer I was extremely upset when I'm just getting off of work as well and I have to run to the most convient store for what I needed and I arrive 5 mins before they close and the door is locked.. the guy was checking someone out and gave me the finger to wait a second... I stood outside for approximately 3 minutes in the cold finally when he finished ringing he unlocks the door I walk in for one simple thing after the other customer walks pass me and the cashier tells me they are closed the system is closed and he's not able to take anymore customers and he says Ms you have to leave you can't go in... (he basically put me out of the store the time is now 9:58pm)One he just checked someone out so the system should still be up and running, two it's still not 9pm exactly which is closing time... I mentioned the time he repeated he's closed and the manager told him to close obviously before actual closing time and to reject any customers that may come before that actual time.... I had to run to 3 different stores to find one thing that I knew for sure the dollar tree had.. I was highly upset and extremely disappointed as a customer who's willing to spend their money patronizing a company that treats paying customers that way. I hope this issue is addressed I would hate for another mother to run out after work and be rejected to shop because the employees want to go home.

The lines were back to the freezer and 4 employees were in the store. The man on the register was very good with getting people out. No one came to help him. I wont shop here anymore.
