My experience in this dollar tree today was awful. The lady that was on a cash register was upset because I asked of a price for something that was in the store while interrupting her conversation about something outside of work with another coworker and she had the nerve to ball her face up with me in the expression of discussed like I did something wrong, I was only asking her a question that I did not know the answer to, and her as a staff member, I thought that she could provide me with the information without a look of discuss expression on her face.

It is 8:10, the store is supposed to open at 8. I have some other things to do this morning. They should hire staff that actually want to work to be able open on time, daily.

They raised the prices and downsized some of the products. The store nearest me is more cluttered than ever and some staff members have no idea where anything is and the moral is iffy. I'm sticking to Dollar General for most of my dollar priced needs.

Dollar tree not as great as it use to be. It was great place to find bargains. I went to two different stores and I could not find any bleach,and they are raising the price on every thing and for half the product you use to sale. Your sales people are not very friendly or courteous.

store in process of waiting for more inventory. Selection of items was thin. Not a lot of packed shelves as it should be. Cold boxes were real thin also. They need more help to keep up the shelves. Overall great store cashier today was very friendly.

Having this great brand of dressing on the shelf along with Annie's Vinegar & Oil also for just $1.25, saved me from eating dry tuna with substituting mayo for this Goddess.

I highly recommend! This dollar tree has changed so much in a good way! I had to ask who was the manager here because I was so impressed! Her name is Danielle! This store use to be empty, nothing on the shelves and stuff all over the floors. Not no more!!! I can appreciate all the new items and how stocked they are. Not only that while I was there a gentleman tried to enter the store without a face mask. Danielle asked him do he want to purchase one the man said he only have enough money for what he came to buy. The Manager Danielle then asked him what was he trying to purchase he told her as he stood outside she retrieved his money and went and scan his items bag them and brought them back to him. In my eyes this is excellent customer service she not only met the needs of one customer she protected the other customers in the store!!! I love it!! Thank you Danielle for your Outstanding customer service!!! Normally people in this store has an attitude meanwhile the store is a mess but not now she was so upbeat and pleasant. I just had to write a review about the store and her!!!!

Never again it was a fight involving a cashier and customer, the fight got very physical to the point they both were on the ground. The customer threw the first punch he hit the cashier up side his head. The manager did throw the guy out, who happened to be her cousin. The guy leaving let the cashier know "your boss is my cousin". The manager stayed at the door to make sure he didn't come back in but I never seen her call the police on her cousin. The cashier had to finish ringing up customers after he was assaulted. I have part of the fight on video this was on 2- 20-23 in the early afternoon

I have been doing a lot of dollar tree life hacks lately that I've seen on YouTube. I had several products I needed to evenly exchange with a receipt.First the store was out of a lot of the things I was looking for. NO PEGBOARD ITEMS. then I proceeded to checkout with quite possibly the most miserable human being on this planet. I try to give seniors a little bit of slack, usually, when their demeanour is a bit crotchety. They have been on this planet for long enough and have seen and dealt with things that could make anyone of our moods bad. But, this man was really extra. He first told me I didn't put my items on the belt correctly. Then he was tossing and rearranging them. I didn't know there was a right or wrong way. It's not like he was bagging anything . Then he scanned something 2 too many times and I tried to ask him to take it off which resulted in a debate and he wouldn't look so I let it go I'm not gonna argue over 2.50Then when it was time to take my return items off here kept staring at my receipt saying he couldn't find them. I pointed them out on the receipt you wanted to send that tell me that because they're from another store he can't do it. It ended up being a whole or deal with me me leaving just as miserable as he was and I was in a really good mood before that. This man should not be in customer service at all

Very nice associates. Empty shelves!!!! Not enough employees working long lines!!!! Update!!!!!! Two Saturdays in a row one cashier long long line. At least last Saturday the cashier called for assistance. This time you just wait. I don't understand how on a Saturday one cashier!!!!! Fix it!!!!

Store is well managed, above average clean and organized, well stocked. A few supply areas were under stocked, specifically the household cleaning solutions.Although the store is well managed,the only employees visible, were the manager/asst. Mgr/supervisor and one cashier. The line became a bit long, and the manager came off the floor to assist, which was appreciated. Yet, when the line trimmed down to 2-3 customer's, it was time for the cashier's scheduled break and it's a small store, but can get very busy frequently throughout the day, whereas it's in a very busy shopping location. Store location is on Belair Rd in Overlea, MDI give the two employees much respect for working as efficiently and courteously, while being overwhelmed with all they're tasked to do!

I know this store is one of the newer ones to have opened but I am wondering when they will actually start putting items on the shelves instead of leaving it on the floor. To be honest, if I was an investor in this store I would be firing someone, it is worse then what my kids ever left their room. Something tells me that some of the must just come in for a paycheck and do as little as possible to earn it.

A cashier whose a white guy with blue eyes by the name of Brian rudely addressed me by saying "you guys are killing me with this bathroom thing" after I asked him where the restroom was and he had an attitude.

Awesome store, semi large selections and everything is really a dollar plus tax. Most of the items I get from here are durable enough to last over 3-4 months of daily usage. If anything needs to be replaced it's manageable and they have a stock of almost anything you can need on the fly or Nick nacks around the house.

This is the best dollar tree its always clean and fully stocked and the cashier tammy always greets you when u walk in i couldnt reach something she walked back to the freezer in climbed all the way up inside of it to get what i needed i saw her carry a womens bags out becuz she was carrying a baby she always goes above and beyond the job and if your having a bad day go in her line cause she makes jokes and gets everyone laughing shes a fast cashier helpful and always makes you feel welcome i shop here 4 to 5x a week and tammy always makes my day better hands down best dollar tree and the store manager little short woman i think her name is michelle she is awesome tammy and michelle are the best and they make your dollar tree experience the best everytime i drive past 2 other dollar trees thanx to these exceptional women

Today I went to get bread sticks, a quick in and out item. At 7:52 a African American guy said we are closed. I pulled out my phone and said I still have 8 minutes. He said no we are closed again. I said it will only take me one minute to grab 1 item. He shrugged his shoulders. I said I can post a review online he gave me the thumbs up. There are multiple Dollar Trees to this location. Avoid this location as they could care less about about your business!My wife said this happened to her about a month ago, same location when they still had TEN minutes until the posted hours said they closed. SMH

The store was very unorganized. There were pallets of boxes prohibiting my efforts to get down the isles. I did not get everything I wanted because the stock was still in the boxes on pallets. Once at the register, the cashier was not pleasant. This is my second time at that location and the same happen on my first visit. I don't recommend shopping at this location.

Always have nice items. Keep a very clean and safe store. Dollar Tree has mostly everything you need including groceries. And all stuff is a dollar and some stuff even less. There is even stuff for all types of phone even iPhone 5-6s plus. Ex. Screen protector, microfiber clothe, and chargers , etc.

On March 7th 2021 2:37pm at cash register #1. I was about to check out while I was on my phone taking to a friend, l used my debit card to on the device while device approved my payment. l taught cashier will hand over the receipt to me not realizing the device have an option to push for receipt or not. This cashier was frowning at me with a poor expression like, pust for receipt or not? I was so embarrassed in front of other customers. I think this cashier need more training skills dealing with customers. Cause of this i will rate this store one star, cause it's on call for, not getting good service spending your hard earn money leaving out store with unpleasant mood and behavior.

Constantly looks like an earthquake knocked everything off the shelves. Boxes of product blocking aisles of half empty shelves. Always severely understaffed, usually only one cashier. On the positive side, very pleasant employees who seem to want to help

Always nice little finds @ One Buck store!!I always find the little things it seems you can even find at Wally Mart!!They still don't have any sanitizer spray! But, they do have some bleach cleaners! Found some bandana's to make face coverings! And some hair bands! Also, a drain pan for oil change, or trans fluid change! Almost the same as Walmart, but only a buck!Shelves were pretty stocked! Actually looked pretty good considering some of the Dollar Stores get ran through!!Yes, I do recommend a stop by! You will always find something you think you need!! 😊

Store was great. The shoppers however were rude, too loud, cussing loudly on phones. Kids were shooting dice for money in aisle. While the mom did nothing except yell, "You're embarrassing me"

People always tell me about this place but whenever I go its on "drugfront" status...meaning the shelves are nearly empty. Maybe I'm going at the wrong times. Other than that they have a ton of cheap off brand items and old school snacks like Crunch & Munch. My kids love to buy the junk in the toy section like the glow sticks they always have on hand. Overall, its normally a waste of my time.

They didn't have any paper towels. They were the first of 3 places that I went to find them. Other than that, the store was stocked, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I'd return again.

The store looks like it was vandalized. More product on the floor than on the shelves. Apparently, no one seems to care. Took me all but a minute to "about face" and walk back out. Come on Dollar Tree, you haven't been there that long, take some pride and clean your nasty store.

I love Bel-air Road Dollar Tree location. They are always well stocked and they carry a lot of name brand stuff. The customer service is really good there.👍
