Worst customer service I have ever seen in any store. I had to wait for the manager to remove something from my receipt and I offer the cashier to take someone else and she said "you don't tell me what to do" I worked in customer service and never in my life would I have answered that way.

If I could give this place no stars i would. I went to store on Frankford Ave to purchase a lawn chair. When I reached the store the hours of operation states 8am to 8pm. At 7:33pm the associates had told me the store was closed. I asked her how she told me they changed the hours. She then let's me in the store with the most horrible attitude ever. Her and the other both were very rude and unpleasant and very unprofessional. The one cashier called another customer a b***h. You guys need to do some training or have mangers in the store. After yesterday I will never step foot in another one of your establishments.

The lady told me the Easter aislrt was 90 percent of and I took three things to the register and she tri s to charge me full rice and she was really and Rude said everything with Easter on it so ignorant it's disgusting

Usually find all kinds of cool things in this store. I love shopping here however I have bad legs and a back right now and its always has long line. There's never more than one register open that I've seen. I go here at least once a week. If they fix the line n open the other register this store would be perfect!!

I love Dollar Generals prices and selection of products. Very affordable. I would have given then 5 stars if it wasn't for the long lines. They NEVER have more than one person on a register. Whenever I'm in there I count how many people are in line and its always 10 or more people, usually 11 to 13 people. That is a ridiculous amount of people to have in line for one register. The manager hangs out in the back office until closing time then she comes out to help but only because she wants to get people out of the store so she can go home.

Lazy, Incompetent, RUDE Workers. Workers act as if their doing you a favor by waiting on you. And don't dare ask for help or where something is or should be. Slow lines. Poorly stocked with products. Poorly stocked shelves with all items strewn around the store. Only one line open no matter how many people are waiting. Usually at least 5 or more Customers. DOLLAR GENERAL NEEDS TO DO BETTER!! THEY NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE & GET ALL NEW EMPLOYEES THAT WANT TO WORK!! NONE THAT ARE THERE SHOULD REMAIN. THEY WILLFULLY & PURPOSELY MAKE SHOPPING THERE A WOEFUL EXPERIENCE!! WHILE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PAY. AND HOW THEY DON'T GET PAID ENOUGH. ALTHOUGH THEY KNEW FULL WELL WHAT THEY WOULD BE PAID BEFORE BE HIRED!!

Only place I could find a penmanship notebook for my k student...solid blue line....dotted red. Not a dollar tree . .but great option. Always check the clearance section for gems. Also the marked down clothes. Have found great cheap tees.

The store and the staff are fine but it's been almost two months and they haven't re stocked their ice cream. Makes me so sad that they're the only store that sells this specific kind of ice cream and now they never have it. They've had about five boxes of another kind of ice cream just sitting there looking a mess for two months now. Come on now either re stock the damn ice cream or fill that freezer with something else!

Prices are so so. Always hard to find stuff. And always really long lines. They have 2 cash register stations but only keep 1 open. To long of a wait.

Store was extra messy and there was only one cashier who had a very nasty disposition (and creepy eyelashes,lol) the line was long and the cashier didn't seem to have much experience.

Plenty of parking for this part of Belair Rd. Usually have the stuff $General is expected to keep stocked
