Look at just how BEAUTIFUL of a job Diamond Dogs created!!! Very friendly staff and very calm and gentle staff. I love the energy and atmosphere in this place. Price was very reasonable and pups were happy.we will definitely be returning! ❤️❤️❤️

We LOVE diamond dogs!!! Ozzie our black and white boy is very anxious and shy but they take such good care of him. Trotwood always looks so handsome with his fresh cuts they give him. We don’t go anywhere else!

I only have a one star for the location… Waited 3 to 4 weeks for my dog to get groomed… They had a coupon underneath when you looked them up… Saying first time customers get 10%off … I asked the lady that help me I guess she was the owner about the coupon, she gave me 2 different stories about the coupon … So I didn’t think she was being honest… When making the appt I told her the size of my dog and he didn’t have any matting or anything… She gave me a price … 60 dollars for my shihpoo. Why do people want to get over and charge people different prices … They look at you and want to get over or maybe it was the color of my skin… So I left my dog because I didn’t care about the 10% off … I just wanted him to get groomed… I went back in to ask questions about the shampoo being used … She told me to take my dog … And I had waited 3 to 4 weeks to get my dog groomed and to fit her available… She didn’t care she gave me my dog … And said she wasn’t giving me service… So I left without my dog being given service… So make sure you get the right price before going there…

Diamond Dogs is fantastic! I have a dog that gets pretty anxious at the groomers but they were able to give him a great haircut. Other groomers have been unable to complete his haircuts because he wiggles & whines. Diamond Dogs was able to give him the best haircut he has ever had, no complaints, and within 2hrs. He was also super happy and energetic after the haircut. Usually he is shaking & sad the rest of the day. If you have a "problem" dog for the groomers I recommend Diamond Dogs.

My pup Lorraine has been coming here since she was 12 weeks. They do a great job with her and she’s now 17 months. The price has gone up with her size but I still feel it’s very worth it.

It was my puppies first time going to the groomer. They made him feel safe. He smells amazing, & his fur feels like Silk. We had a great experience. Also very reasonably priced.

Thank you ladies. Took my extremely anxious dachshund mix in today, and he came out so much calmer than when he went in there. Prices are better than the chain stores, and it doesn’t feel like a factory operation. Will definitely be back.

I took my rescue to Diamond Dogs for the first time and I am AMAZED at how wonderful he looks! I can't keep snuggling him, he smells so good, his coat is so shiny and they did an incredible job trimming up his straggly coat. HIGHLY recommend!

I scheduled an appointment here. Unfortunately, I had to cancel, so I never got to experience this location in person. However, they were able to schedule in the same week I called. Able to at least attempt to groom my dog. And had very great phone etiquette. I am looking forward to trying to book with them in the near future.

I initially used this groomer because I fostered through a local rescue. And they offered services for fostered dogs. The owner and staff were so nice and did such an amazing job with the dogs (some of which not so well behaved) that when I adopted my own scruffy puppers I chose to continue services with them. I’ve never had an issue. My dog always looks fantastic! Highly recommend

Ive taken my dog to them for almost 2 years now. They are very responsive and easy to work with, considering that I do have a biting dog. Im not a big fan of their location but their service is impeccable for the very low price they charge. There were a few times that they finished my dogs full grooming service in less than an hour, which did make me wonder if everything was done. However, his appearance did appear fine. Overall, they’re a decent grooming company, especially considering all the other sketchy groomers I have read about. I am sad that I need to find another groomer due to moving, and will miss taking my dog there. The owner even offered advice to give to my new dog groomers, including a phone call if they ever need to be in touch. I appreciate how honest they were with me ALWAYS. If I don’t find a decent dog groomer , I may even consider traveling more than an hour to them to keep them around. Definitely recommended.

We had the best experience today! We have a hard time finding a groomer because my little guy has issues with being crated. Diamond Dogs was super understanding and was happy to work with us and our dog's needs. I highly recommend!

Alexis is an artist in her trade, her work and skill are amazing! She is super gentle and kind, a true animal lover. I wouldn't trust my dogs with any other groomer. Her shop is also very unique and convieniently located with easy parking. Love this groomer!

Jack, our Mini Goldendoodle, has been getting groomed regularly by Alexis since he was 3 months old. Alexis is super down to earth and is very attentive to detail. She takes her time to give each pet one on one attention with a calming touch. I love the non pretentious vibe there and being able to explore Hamilton while he gets his hair done.It’s always a pleasant experience!

I took my one year old Westie for a grooming. I had not been happy with another place — and had him “groomed” for summer. I picked him up, and he looked a little like a hairless cat! So, I was hesitant to try another place but diamond dogs got such good reviews I decided to get him there and give it a try. By this time he looked somewhat like a woolly mammoth! Lexi could not have been better. kind, efficient, professional... he looks beautiful. Snow White, perfect Westie cut. I’m thrilled. Highly recommend!

My large shepherd mix does not like going to the groomer and tends to be anxious. We have been to Diamond Dogs several times now and they have done a great job! He seems much less stressed there than at previous groomers and he always looks great afterwards :)

Took my very high energy pit bull in for grooming. She came out clean, and happy! Diamond Dogs was very responsive via text message and easy payment through cash app. I usually take my dog to PetSmart but will continue to use Diamond Dogs.

She has been tireless in rescuing and finding homes for animals and has the kind of spirit that can engender trust from feral creatures. Pets under her purview are in great hands. Best groomers I’ve ever experienced, I usually go to petco which is way more expensive by 20$or 30$ for my dog kiwi who is a small breed and they usually take longer but diamond dogs did a amazing job in a timely manner … easy payment method and good communication 10/10 !!! Very good pricing will be visiting again!!!
