The all women staff at this pharmacy are disgustingly rude. What’s worse is that the head pharmacist at this location does nothing to remedy the situation with his staff. I just witnessed a staff member tell a customer “ girl bye” after she inquired about their hours. Unacceptable. They are consistently rude to customers throughout the day. Either this location needs all new staff or they need to close for a deep dive into customer service and expectations!

This has to be the worse CVS Pharmacy ever. First I went in to drop my daughter's prescription off and was totally ignored by the staff. I was the only customer in line and there were 4 -5 employees behind the counter and no one acknowledged my presence. I stood there for almost 5 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me. I stood there only to find out that they didn't even have what I needed. Next, as I am typing this I have been on hold for 45 minutes and again no acknowledgement whatsoever. What ever happened to customer service. Very sad.

Terrible customer service. Ordered ahead and it took 20 min for the cashier to find the bag in the shelf behind her. Also, they were out of stock of so much!!
