The last thing a sick person need when asking about a medication is rudeness. Very unprofessional, voice tone was not welcoming and definitely wasn't willing to help me to see rather or not another CVS had the prescription I was looking for like others had done.

I am so torn on how to review this CVS. I will start with the positive: the staff. Everyone who works here is awesome! They are so helpful. They have gone above and beyond to assist me.The negative: the location. I was terrified to go there. The pushers and addicts are EVERYWHERE. They are relentless asking if you either want to buy drugs or if you have any money. There is no drive through at this location so you have to walk through the gauntlet to get inside and back out. I am not from Baltimore and have NEVER seen anything like this. I ended up changing pharmacies because it made me so uncomfortable.

I took the pic at 9:48am… they open at 9am .This is like the 5th time I dealt with this … line of people outside also ….CVS ,plan on fixing this ongoing issue orrrr..!?!?!

I waited an hour for a prescription that the pharmacist told me to come to pick up. Arrived in 5 minutes later and was shuffled from register to register the to the drop off window . Poor customer service. The head pharmacist or scientist with no personal skills was so rude, half responsive. I will never go back . The worst experience I ever had. Close them

I spoke with someone in the pharmacy department who was the absolute rudest! I hung up immediately. I will not trust someone with my medication who has an attitude like that.

Place is trash. I ONLY go here because sadly it’s the closest to me. The pharmacy is super ghetto. Always overcrowded because not enough staff. They’re lazy. They’ll have you waiting and if you call you’ll be on hold for a hour. But the pharmacist doesnt care. Even when I’m physically in the store and someone calls no one answers when it’s like 4 pharmacy techs just standing around smh. They’re always out of stock on certain medications. Prices in the store are too high. somebody needs to burn this place down AGAIN.

I have been attempting to contact the pharmacy in order to check on a prescription. I went through the prompt and was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. I then went through the prompt to see if maybe it was because the pharmacy was closed. I spoke with a young man and inquired if the pharmacy was actually open. He stated it was and then transferred me before I could explain to him what was going on. I sat on hold another 5 mins then hung up. I went through the prompt for a third time to speak to someone in the front again and was told when the pharmacy is busy they will not pick up the phone and all they could do was transfer the call and I could sit on hold until someone picks up. Definitely changing pharmacies after my prescription is picked up.

If you need a prescription please consider another pharmacy I have been on the phone on hold for 27mins at which time they put me to voicemail and I am attempting calling them again ....... still waiting. If as a doctor trying to discuss a patient's prescription I am unable to get hold of the pharmacy, I can only image how difficult it will be for a patient. It reveals either a basic lack of care to their customers or a need for more staff. Either way make sure you take your prescription elsewhere.

I went to this CVs to get my prescription medication. The only reason I needed to to to cvs was for my prescription. When I got to the pharmacy there was a sign that said" the system was down". I call bull. This same thing has happened months prior . This is the only cvs I have been to and I have been to many over the years . Considering my age that is a lot of pharmacies. On top of that they are having issues on A Sunday when people like me are off work. This is unacceptable and a waste of my time, $5.00 gas and resources.

I'm here to file a complaint about repeated text and phone calls to my phone number.which is need to stop I tried contacting you just now to have the contacting to deceased and it keeps continuing last phone number digit is 6464 so please take this number off your phone list a phone contacts. I never went to this branch to get anything not even candy. So please whoever in charge need to know to stop thank you.

Very poor customer service. I called this store two times in reference to a prescription being filled that my doctor sent to them January 12, 2021, the first time I was told the prescription was expired and they had to contact my doctor, but they never did. Today I was told that I already picked this prescription up at another pharmacy, so I really don’t know what happened and no one in the pharmacy seems to know either. If you don’t know say you don’t know instead of giving false information. I am well aware that things can go wrong, but know how to deal with problems professionally in order to resolve them in a timely manner, in my opinion the only way you get answers in a store like this is to call their corporate office, and file a complaint, which I did. it’s sad but true. Now I’m without my medication, please do not go here, you will regret it especially if you need behavior health medication, they honestly don’t care whether you get your medication or not.

Have to call here often and every time without fail they take 10+ minutes to answer the phone and most of the time they hang up and then you have to start all over again. This location needs to work on there customer service skills.

The cashier stole my mother money off her card when she ask for cash back she ask for 40.00 but took 240.00 off and only give her 40.00 back. On 10/2/2020. Lucky it was close when my mother called me once the investigation is done I will be reposting with more information.

The pharmacist and this particular pharmacy are extremely rude and very condescending over the phone. I’ve been a customer of CVS pharmacy for years, and I have never been spoken to the way I have since I have transferred my prescriptions to this location. They talk to their customers in such a way that I wonder why they even have any business! If I had never been a consumer at another location, and this was my initial experience with CVS, I would never ever have anything to do with them.

Prices are too high on most items & I think it's because of theft. The cashiers are usually friendly, but the security guards could do a better preventing shoplifting; a guy came into the store & tried to steal a can of ice tea. A cashier noticed him & stopped the theft while security just stood there!! Heard rumors that the Pennsylvania Ave. store would be closing due to high shoplifting ; would be a shame because it would inconvenience the neighborhood that depends on it!

Worst pharmacy ever , wait time is extremely long each time , I even left to get a text that it was ready just to get to the front and it was STILL not ready ! Today the line was to the front of the store the guy never gave me a wait time at drop off he just said they will call me when it’s ready , I waited 30 mins and went back to him to ask how we’re they going to call me is there and intercom and he told me he doesn’t know and to ask drop off mind you the line was yay long !!! Instead of just giving me a straight answer he didn’t even look at me while I was speaking to me and his only answer to everyone of my questions was I don’t know ! I hate it heeeerrreee ! Worst cvs I have ever been to and I plan to switch pharmacy’s

This is my local pharmacy and I normally have a great experience in there dealing with the cashiers upfront as well as the ladies working in the pharmacy however The Pharmacist Steve gave me a hard time with filling a prescription for Vitamins and this isn't the first time I've had issues in the pharmacy department with there system .
