Do not send your prescriptions here, you will regret it. I just tried to pick up my medications for the third time this week and for the third time this week the pharmacy was closed when it was supposed to be open. The poor cashiers in the main store have no idea of how to know when the pharmacy will be open. I’m now cold turkey off my meds which is literally dangerous and experiencing side effects due to going cold turkey. I may have to go to the ER.

There are some nice people who work here and the store isn’t all bad. However, for the 2nd time in the past month I’ve stopped here on the way to work and the doors are locked during operating hours. Today (2/5/24) it is 9:32am, they’re suppose to open at 9am, and the front doors are locked.

I placed order online but pharmacy cancelled my order. I visited them to ask about my order, they said we don’t have this medicine in stock. Thus I started searching for other alternate options, during my search I found that medicine that I placed order online and pharmacy canceled it with a reason of “out of stock”.

Scheduled two COVID PCR tests at this location for the drive thru. The drive thru window was closed AND encouraged people to come inside for help. The pharmacy phone was unanswered for over an hour and a half. After finally speaking to someone at the front who was the manager. They couldn’t suggest a timeline when the driv-thru window would open or how we can coordinate receiving our test kits. Let’s do better not to invite symptomatic patrons into a PHARMACY.

Absolutely infuriated. I just left there and my visit was less than pleasant. I called to ask about their photo center they left me on hold so I came up there in a Lyft just to find out that the camera wasn’t working. I asked if I could use the backdrop because I needed to get a picture for work. They watched me struggle to take a picture then I decided to grab a few items and my hands were full and when I got to the register I dropped an item and the guard walked right past it smh

I’ve never been to a pharmacy with a wait time of over 24 hrs for medicine they have in stock. The pharmacy staff is very rude as well. I’ve been trying to get my prescription transferred to Safeway for 2 days but CVS won’t answer the phone

This has to be the worst CVS pharmacy that I have ever had my prescriptions sent to you have to call over and over again to talk to someone and then they lie to you to get you off the phone. I show up in person to get my RX. They tell me they never received it. So I call my doctor office to check and make .sure they sent it to them they in fact did send it. So I called the next nearby CVS pharmacy and they can see that it has been sent to Erdman Ave CVS their just not filling it so I confront them with this information. Well Guess what now they have it I can pickup tomorrow. Y lie to customers you only have one job to do If it's up to them you'll be dead. Go elsewhere if you can. Jan24 2023

I agree with the other negative reviews. Though my experience was not as bad with horrible wait times, etc., I went for a drive thru PCR test and was met with a lot of rudeness and lack of instruction from the woman “helping” me. She grew frustrated after one question and was incredibly short for absolutely no reason. They gave literally no verbal/paper instruction or information at all for the test I was taking (which I was not familiar with, hence the question). The woman I was working with should not be in a position where customer service is of importance.

Don't waste your time getting COVID tested here in the drive thru. I did so, and received a letter saying there was an "error" by the lab and it couldnt be processed. I'm thinking the "error" , was likely due to the fact that the collection bin where I was asked to place my sample was damn near overflowing and this was on one of those +90° weather days (it was almost 5pm so the other samples were likely there longer than they should've been). I'm no doctor but that doesn't seem like best practices to preserve for a sample of any kind. Luckily I knew to go get tested elsewhere after I left this location because I figured it would be a problem with the result. Unfortunately I was right.

This is ridiculous I used to work here and I understand how chaotic and busy it can be HOWEVER to have me on hold for 1 HOUR!? Yes ONE HOUR, is completely outrageous. Again I understand how busy it is but when I was there we wouldn’t DARE have someone on hold for 1 hour. I just had a root canal my mouth is damn near the size of a baseball I don’t have time to deal with stuff like this. Do better! Store 2522 can be great YALL need to get a handle on whatever seems to be the issue ASAP!

I called the pharmacy to get a update on a very important medication that I need that I put in a refill for 2 days ago they never answered the phone and after an hour I hung up but every time I call this CVS it take them forever to answer the phones. I read some other reviews regarding the same issue I wish CVS would take the initiative to correct this problem for their value customers.

My score of a 3 is coming based on the pharmacy is horrible. Prescription never ready in a timely manner and pharmacy staff is very nonchalant. As for the store, I have a great repor with most of the workers; however sale signs are hardly ever up, the turn around rate is horrible and it takes days to unload products after the truck comes in. Hardly ever stocked

Unfortunately this store could never have your medication ready if it's more than one or two, today is my last day going in this store for anything, they send a text 2 days ago saying the medication is ready for pickup, now it's 2 Days later and they're scrambling around back in the pharmacy like squirrels looking for nuts, I just walked out, can't take it anymore.I go up front for a simple question about headphones and a guy just points all over the front of the store like I supposed to know where he's pointing!Eventually I did see them, so I grabbed it, $19.99 the shelf tag says, but when I get to the register they were $29.99!!!Again, I will not shop at this location ever again.

The pharmacy here at Belair Rd and Edison is TERRIBLE. The customer service at the pharmacy is horrible on the phone and in person!!!! They need Customer Service Training!!! The head manager at the Pharmacy need it too if he or she is seeing and hearing that RUDNESS!!!! Patient First gave me two prescriptions but they gave me one of them. The young lady didn't want to hear it so I left.. I called this morning told the person on the phone at the Pharmacy I was supposed to have two prescriptions so she looked it up and didn'tapologize. Said we will call And hung up.

I scheduled an appt for PCR Covid-19 testing through the website. Once I got there, employee says there's no covid testing and that we should cancel and go to a patient first. I scheduled it the day before, during the day and no one could call or text stating so. Gas is expensive and drove around 30 minutes for nothing. Horrible!

If I can give a zero I would. The worst pharmacy ever. Waited over an hour and half in drive thru for covid test. Then waited 20 min at the window watching three people just talk on the inside and then they got upset when I kept ringing the call bell. Do not go her if not necessary.

I go to this place out of convenience..I hate having to deal with certain folks at that pharmacy counter and I could've sworn that calling peoples prescriptions out loud was a big no no...today its raining cats and dogs and I went there to get my son's medicine and the pharmacy wasn't open because the pharmacist wasnt there, their supposed to be open at 9 I got there about 9:30 .. so I went to the market to get that out the way and now I'm going to have to walk back to that store before my son gets home and 2 of his prescriptions aren't even filled smh

I stood at this CVS PHARMACY (bel air/erdman) location with Brian who took 40 min or so to tell me that the prescription will need to be ordered. He told me when to come back. I thanked him … I came back an extra day later only to find that the prescription never came and that they do not notify the customer. This CVS is full of excuses stating that they are short staffed and the text message system does not work properly. I wish Walgreens took the insurance- at least they can communicate better and pick up the phone!

So, I made a small purchase, paid in coins. $3.06 : 10 quarters, five dimes, two nickels. First, the cashier tried to let a guy walking in the door cut in line in front of me, then implied that I couldn’t pay in change, then she cursed at me because I didn’t put every coin in her hand at once. Said she wasn’t gonna wait on me again because it’s rude not to put the coins in her hand. I think she either couldn’t count them, or didn’t want to… and I think she was the manager. This place is walking distance from my girlfriend’s house, but she won’t use it because she says it’s always being held up. I guess I won’t use it anymore either. Jesus.

This Cvs is in my moms neighborhood. Where i grew up at. So i am a frequent visitor to this store. My doctor has been sending my prescriptions to this store due to covid. My precription was sent here on a wed. So the clerk says we orderd your medicine in for friday! I called around 1pm Friday. The clerk says we haven't unloaded the truck so call by 4. I call back 3:30 and she says you were the one i told to call by rpm and i told her I rather not incase i have to call my doctor before he leave his office incase he needs to send my prescriptions elsewhere because its a friday and i rather not wait til Tuesday the day he return to office. So far i been on a 30min hold and a 40 min hold. They stopped answering the phone. Not understanding that i rather get everything done while im in the area of the pharmacy. I had to put my schedule around waiting on my prescription

Awful! I will never dart there doors ever again. The head pharmacist Bartee was unprofessional n the 2 pharmacy techs were as well. The one female was very unhelpful with one patient n rudely turned him away when he only had a copy of his insurance card n not original. Next person sh pretty much told the patient to do her job n didn't offer assistance, and by time sh got to me 15 minutes later I guess my look of disgust was too much for her bc sh switched spots with the male tech. He took forever n was unhelpful as well. As he was looking up my info I asked how long the wait would be and he told me if I wait a half hour if I don't several hours. I told him I'd wait, afterwards he demanded me to waiting area but I asked him for my card back n he said he hasn't scanned it yet. I asked him why not scan it and hand it right back to me, as this is th first time someone requested to keep it til whenever. I explained to him I didn't want it list or forgotten. I also told him I didn't want to wait in the little area I would wait in my car n he had a problem with that as well. I told him give me back my scripts n card and I we t to Giants, which by the way I was in n out no problems in 30 minutes. N didn't have to wait 15 minutes to stop off my script. Cvs bel air road I will never go to again, n as a matter if fact doubt I'd ever go to another CVS at all, they were worse than rite aid!

Waited 40 minutes to get to window for covid test. At window they made me wait another 10 before acknowledging me. Finally asked me what I was there for only to say that the person who does their covid testing had called out. No sign at all, or text/email update. At that point it became clear that each person was having the same experience of getting to window, waiting a while, and then finally having the news broken. Pretty annoying.

The pharmacy staff sucks. They are RUDE. They ignored the fact that i was standing there waiting for service for 15 minutes while no one else was being served. On a previous visit the counter girl cursed at me. The pharmacists change ppl prescription without consulting with dr's The African pharmacist ESPECIALLY totally ignore any men that come to the counter. Only one person provides quality service and thats the tall african American pharmacist. He's very professional and attentive to the customers. The entire rest of the pharmacy staff should be fired. Again they are rude and nasty fir NO REASON. I NOT ONLY WOULDN'T REFER THIS STORE TO ANYONE. BUT AS SOON AS I CAN I'M TAKING ALL OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS OUT OF THIS STORE AND SENDING THEM EITHER ACROSS THE STREET OR TO THE RITE AID ON FRANKFORD AVE WHICH IS OUT OF MY WAY BUT AT LEAST THEY PROVIDE QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE

As a visitor, I stopped here for a phone charger and some directions. The young lady working early this morning is awesome! She helped me with my charger issue and gave me directions. I appreciate her willingness to help and her friendliness.
