I and my mum came to pick up our prescription. My mum has been picking up her prescription at this pharmacy for over 8 years.We arrive at the pharmacy at about 2:05pm. My mum wanted to make inquiry about her medication. The lady at the pickup register, whom I was later informed was Mo by name was very rude & verbally aggressive. Her picture is attached below for reference. It appeared she was irritated by our presence. We were subsequently referred to the drop off section to resolve a hold restriction on my mum's medication.We bought other items in the store & the rest of the staffs were pleasant which is why I am not rating the store a one star.I won't let the attitude of one staff ruin the reputation of the others and the reputation of the store, so I will keep coming back here for our refill.It will nice if the Management is able to address this issue & the staff learns to treat her customers better.

Since I switched my mom's pharmacy from Walgreen to this CVS on Rolling rd, I have had a very horrible experience from the first day I step foot in that pharmacy, all because of one attendant at the register. This lady is the rudest person I have ever come in contact with and I don't know why the pharmacy will have her in front to deal with customers. I have been in this pharmacy three times, everytime, is thesame bad customer service. She cuts you off when you are talking and popping gum so loud that she can't hear your questions being asked. She yelled at me with eyes wide open when I tried to ask questions, walked off while I was still trying to get information from her...this happened on my third encounter with her. I didn't want to deal with her anymore, I asked to let me have someone else with some manners attend to me. And she went off ranting. This lady needs to be addressed. I just saw another review about her rotten attitude to another customer about two weeks ago. Her pic was also posted for reference. Her behavior towards customers is uncalled for. I will have to switch to another pharmacy because it appears the customers complaints are not taken into consideration.

Worst place ever the cashier at the pharmacy here today pissed me off like what if you don’t like your job please don’t do it your not doing no one a favor please I won’t be sending my prescription here anymore it’s a disgrace to have people who are here but act like you doing someone a favor. How are you miserable doing your job.its really dangerous to have someone like her mixing people prescription smh last time switching my pharmacy

Absolutely horrible!!! Stay far away! Do not waste your time. The staff is horrible, very unprofessional & rude. 1 man that works in there was polite. The women are extremely unprofessional and have personal unimportant conversations about how they hate the job and school is more important than it. They are also very nasty when speaking to you. They'll even mix your medications up and they'll be wrong & won't have them ready on time. Just complete & utter trash of a staff.stay away!

This pharmacy has changed it hours where they still take a 30 minute lunch break every day but they haven’t updated their new pharmacy hours they close at 7:00 PM on weekdays not 10:00 PM as they have it posted here on Google or any other internet search engine. If you come in at 7:00 PM and 10 seconds they will rudely or kindly depending on who is telling you, but they will turn you away you will not get your life saving prescription.and I’m not exaggerating you will be told that the person in front of you is the last customer. While there at least five or six workers in the pharmacy along with the pharmacist. If they can’t find your prescription you will be told anything they feel is a way of sending you home empty handed.

I agree with all of the comments concerning Kenny the pharmist and his tech team. I am a Cancer patient with the need of my pain meds on time with notification only. The only way I can get a notification is they ALWAYS put me on automatic refill. I live 45 minutes away and have tried to go to other pharmacies but Unfortunately they will not receive a returning patient with an Oxycodin prescription over 30 pills. I have received my Oxycodin prescription with missing pills and the pharmist insisted he filled it himself. What he didn't know is I spoke to the tech while filling the script and asked for a count in front of me for the narcotic it is written on one bottle but has not been provided for me. We can all stick together and approach the board and regional manager with medical consumers protection for results if we can get a least 100 ppl to sign the petition. Look me up. Thank you

I had a good experience. I was able to find what I was looking for and use my coupons ! The lighting is so much brighter than in the past. Since there has been good changes made concerning the product location, I’m still learning some of the isles. This wasn’t a hindrance to me.

Horrible ethical practices!An employee at this location has continuously stolen my 70-year-old parent's extra care rewards. The employees will save customers' telephone numbers and use your rewards without your knowledge. When you try to file a complaint you will be told there is nothing they can do but change the phone number on file. Even with a transition receipt from your account, CVS Extra Care customer service will not return your stolen rewards. Management and customer service will do nothing to assist you and they will continue to insist that it's not an employee, when clearly it is. Multiple transitions at the same time, every other day with the same items. Okay, CVS!!My question is, why don't they have a second layer of security for this? Why not have it set up where you can't use the rewards without entering a four-digit security code at checkout? Rite Aid has used this technique for years and it works. It just makes me wonder how safe our credit card information is when making online purchases.

DONT USE THIS LOCATION whenever my medicine is sent here i don’t get it until MAYBE a week later. When i call other CVS locations and i tell them that i want to transfer it from this location they instantly laugh because they know it’s a joke getting through to this location. I always have to get my doctor to cancel it and send it somewhere else. I only chose this because it’s closest to my house but at this point I’ll drive 20 minutes further because dealing with them you won’t get any help at all. Don’t ever bother calling you’ll be on the phone for hours waiting on them to answer.

The pharmacy department are rude and disrespectful. It's seems nothing is being done about about the disrespect towards the customers. I will not be coming back to the the cvs on Liberty Rd. No change!!!!! You don't deserve any stars.

The dark skin girl with the crusty lace front who works in the pharmacy, is rude and ghetto. She tries to intimidate the customers through verbal abuse at the end of the night. Hopefully you do something about this offensive character…….

This pharmacy refused to serve you when you came in 15 min before closing. Prescription sent over days before and not ready by the promised date and time. Since Walgreens closed, I have to choose new pharmcy and this place is one of the worst.

They need to layoff the female with the facial tattoos, she's rube, volatile, dangerous and not safe to be around. She has access to our information and that's not even safe due to the individual she is. She says whatever however whenever she wants. And she doesn't derverse to work for CVS. Manager ray was onboard when this is happened. She was ready to fight in the storebecause I asked her about my meds I was only suppose to wait 15-20 mins. That turned into a hour and half, and this young lady was upset I asked her what's going on with my daughter medicine. Not safe to be around or work underneath.

Slowest pharmacy ever. How you have 4 employees back there and still get nothing done quickly? Even the doctor takes her sweet time. If you don't like your job find another one. Corporate needs to come down on this location. Lazy employee's.Since I called corporate earlier this week they have been answering my phone calls quickly. Call corporate and report the location for the things they are doing wrong. I know my call will keep them acting right for a couple days but they need multiple for change to stay permanent. Just call Google the phone number and make a report. It's quick and easy. Thank me later. 😁

THEY. DO. NOT. ANSWER. THE. PHONE!!!!!!!!!!! I have been holding now for 25 (and counting) and NO ONE has picked up to say anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a procedure done yesterday and need my pain medicine and antibiotics. It said that it was going to be ready at 5:37pm yesterday and nothing! It still says “in process”. SMH

Total mess. I made an appointment for a vaccine, went to the store at the appointed time, and checked in online. Then I sat there for half an hour and no one called me. When I got up to ask what was going on, they told me they had run out of vaccine. No one could be bothered to tell me this or even acknowledge my existence. Literally go anywhere else for your vaccinations.

Normally i write positive reviews but I hate hate hate hate! This pharmacy. 0 stars if I could. They lie all the time. Barely answer the phone and if they do be prepared to just hang up because they ade not coming back on to answer you. My entire family medication is never put in correctly. That means me, my 2 kids, my brother, my mother and grandmother. They always say "we are working on it". One of my medications it somehow always need doctor's approval the doctor is the one who says the order in I have never refilled it on my own. So the medicine gets out of my system for 3 weeks I get back on it for 30 days and then because of this Pharmacy it's out of my system again for three weeks so I can never actually get used to the medicine. And every tech blames the other Tech that I spoke to previously no one takes accountability. I have spent entire lunch breaks and time after work coming here. I truly wish there was somewhere else I could get my medication.

Today I waited for 45+ minutes to get through to the pharmacy and never did because I hung up. I tried again and waited for an additional 15+ minutes. That's a total of over an hour. I have never had to wait this long. I am now calling corporate to make them aware of this issue and I encourage everyone else who experiences this with this location to do the same. I guess they feel like they don't have to answer calls 🤷🏽♀️

I cannot even get anyone on the phone, it keeps looping me back in a never ending loop of talking to the automated system. It keeps asking me to download the CVS app (I have it) - in the app it says to call the pharmacy. ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE AND I WILL.

The absolute worst! Slow I'd an understatement no matter what day orb what time. You WILL wait. The employees aren't motivated at all and it shows. The pharmacist is changed every 30 days and they aren't always pleasant. I heard delivery was just as bad. Looking for a new pharmacy

Most of the time I have been put on hold for 30 minutes or longer when I call on the phone and then disconnected without anyone saying anything! This is very poor customer service and has been going on for years. It is also a safety issue for many people who need to talk to someone in the pharmacy concerning their prescriptions and if they are ready or changes have been made to the order etc. before coming there and waiting in line for a very long time just to be told you should have called first because your prescription is not ready! Sadly, if your prescription is ready, you still have to wait in line for a very long time to get it. Something needs to be done to fix these problems because other pharmacies such as Walgreens, Giants etc. give much better customer service. I have been using this CVS Pharmacy for well over 20 years because it is close to where I live and I am a loyal but this very poor customer service needs to greatly improve or they will lose customers including myself because people should be treated better, much better.

The pharmacy staff will not answer the phone. I have waited on hold for an extended period of time before someone picks up and then will not answer. I have heard entire conversations between the pharmacist and other customers that were in the store. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I could give 0 stars because this is the service that they provide ZERO when it comes to picking up the phone.

Needed a prescription filled for eye surgery. First went to the CVS at Target on 1737 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD . The front desk staff there was polite, but the actual pharmacist was rude and unprofessional. Told me to go to a different pharmacy. Didn't even bother to check the system to see which other location had meds. Left there and came to CVS on Rolling Rd and Liberty Road. Both the Pharmacist and the Tech were very pleasant and helpful. Located the meds and filled the ordered within minutes. Recommend this location!

If you call this CVS, your wait time is always over 30 minutes and they are not effective. It's discouraging every time that you call them. Their automated system needs to be upgraded so you can get questions answered without going through a live person

I went to the pharmacy on 12/28/20 around 4pm. The line was long but I could tell the pharmacy was working as hard as they could. They could have had me wait longer than I did but the pharmacists Issha( I think that was her name) took care of my transfer right away and filled the prescription in what I think was lightning speed for how busy they were. People were complaining but the line was moving fast in my opinion. I don’t go there often but I was impressed with the pharmacists and the three others women working with her. Keep up the good work and thank you!!!

Needed to get some photos asap and I was recommended to download Photo Prints Now app from the app store and I was able to upload my photos and submit.Next I saw an email that my photos were printed, I was surprised because it was a little faster than I expected 😅 Thank you CVS. Highly Recommend if you need to print pictures of some of your wonderful moments or just photos 😊

I have been waiting to speak to someone in the pharmacy for 35 minutes and counting. Apparently they had my refill from my doctor but was out of the prescription. Funny thing is I knew my doctor had authorized my refill. As I am on hold trying to get the status of my prescription they call me from their automated system to tell me they're out of it. Coincidence...I think not. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions. Why would I pay someone to mistreat me and disrespect my time.
