Store #4438, is the worst. This CVS went from excellent to the worst within a matter of two years. The pharmacy never opens on time, and there is not a permanent pharmacist on staff, therefore, orders are left for the next pharmacist to filled. Medications are not filled as promised. I am leaving this pharmacy after 13 years. It is the owners responsibility to ensure a reliable pharmacist is on staff.

An absolute joke of a pharmacy!I've used CVS in a variety of locations over the years as I have moved often.This one takes the cake.Here's an example. My doctor called in an Rx on Wednesday and I got the text that it is being filled. Three days went by and here it is Monday and it is still "in process". So what do I do? I call them when they open right at 10 am. And I wait on hold for over 20 minutes. No response. Good thing I've got enough of a prescription to overlap the time that I hope to get it.And to add to it when you pick it up they act like it's theirs with their bad attitude.At this point I'm done with them. They are going to mess around, not have someone's Rx and something catastrophic will happen and they will get sued terribly. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this CVS if not all of them!

CVS Belair Road = Ghetto!!! Staff is horrible and incompetent, rude and SLOW! NO customer service skills whatsoever! 😒 Staff pretends to be managers when you have an inquiry. No intelligent adults to handle customer service complaints, only minimally trained simians! Never anyone in the store or at the front registers to help you; you literally have to look for someone to ring you up. Trash! 🙄

Working in a pharmacy (from what I’ve seen read and heard) is a difficult job. Still, the staff should be professional. I went to pick up meds at 5:30 was told to wait, they would be ready by 6. I waited till closer to 6 to jump back in line and was told they were closed come back in the morning. I showed up at opening time 9 and the pharmacist was there but the first tech didn’t show up till 9:15.

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!!!! I have auto refills. One of my prescriptions canceled without my knowledge after I spoke with a young lady as to why I am still waiting and on the app it’s showing still process for 4 days. This CVS needs new management. So tires of dealing with incompetent people. Just do your damn job

The pharmacy is horrible! I was on hold for almost 45 minutes to find out why my prescription wasn't ready. They have had it for 4 days! You can never get through, and a prior visit to pick up a prescription was unsuccessful because the pharmacist, who was supposed to be there at 10 am did not show until after 11 am!

I regret switching my meds to CVS! Walmart was bad, but here is so much worse! You get the message that your medicines are ready for pick up and go to pick them up, and they tell you it will be 30 minutes. You go back in after the 30 minutes, and they tell you it's still 10 minutes. The pharmacist staff doesn't know anything about your meds will be ready. They confessed that they rarely answered their phone calls. They have also said that now they are ONLY REFILLING IMPORTANT MEDICINES WHEN THEY COME IN! AND YOU HAVE TO GO IN AND TELL THEM AT THE DESK! All medicines are important, obviously! They are just horrible! I have already started moving my meds back to Wal-Mart! They are bad, but CVS is the worst!

Absolute WORST pharmacy staff.Had a prescription called in so many times and these people saying they didn’t get it that my insurance company refused to pay for it another time. Went in staff said they never received the order from my doc so called had the doc resend it TWICE!!Then when I called the pharmacy to verify they had received the order they said yes but couldn’t give it to me because my insurance said our member is was invalid. Called insurance and they said they need prior authorization from doctor which the pharmacy is supposed to call the doctor anytime this happens (they did not any of the three times this happened!!!)After multiple calls to the doctor, the pharmacy and insurance company I found out the prescription had already been paid for by my insurance company and was being refused this time because it had already been paid for.So annoying!! Had these people done their jobs in the first place I wouldn’t have been waiting 16 days for my prescription!

I don't even want to give 1 star! I have been on hold for over half an hour and this is my 4th call. I was supposed to have my prescriptions delivered and it never came. Now i got an email saying it was canceled and to call them but they won't answer the phone!!

I called this pharmacy three times and was on hold each time before hanging up. The fourth time which was over the weekend, I finally was able to get someone on the phone who told me after three weeks that my prescription was out of stock and that they had to order it. I only knew this because I reached out to the pharmacy. When I went to pick my prescription up days later when I walked in to the pharmacy area it was three people behind the counter and no one greeted me. I waited for five minutes before I asked if anyone was going to help me at this time two other people had walked up. The pharmacist finally said we’ll be with you in a minute. The lady that finally assisted me acted as if she didn’t want to be there. The customer service is horrible, this will be my first and last time using this location.

Such a horrible place. It's filthy and the pharmacist, plus his staff are rude and extremely arrogant. Get your medication filled with another branch of CVS or another pharmacy. They steal your medication and your money. PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!!! That's why this place looks like it's about to shut down. They deserve zero stars.

Incredibly rude pharmacy staff. If you call and actually get someone, they will cut you off when trying to explain what you need. Even when called out on this rude behavior, they never acknowledge or apologize. You typically have to call in the same order at least 3 times to get it filled. I am surprised that CVS lets this go on; but maybe corporate doesn’t know about how badly their pharmacy is being run.

Been to many cvs pharmacies, this one is the worst. This current pharmacist (01-08-2023) seems to really enjoy not helping customers at all. I’m hoping they switch him out very soon. Expect to either wait for a ridiculous amount of time for a called-in refill that is supposed to be filled before pickup or to have to come back a different day because they’re closed for 30 min during lunchtime which for some reason then delays any work for the rest of the day. Literally the worst pharmacy managers. They only manage to not work and to delay every patient that walks in. Worst CVS pharmacy. The last pharmacist was at least helpful! This one is a complete jerk.

Customer service has really gone down the drain. When you come to pick up your medicine it is never ready. When you return the next day to attempt to retrieve your medicine again youbstill get empty promises. All of the customers are frustrated because no one seems to get what they need.

Worst Customer Service I've ever experienced. Every month I'm going having to go a week without my meds over their mistakes. DO NOT waste your time here if you are dependent on serious medications like anti seizure medications they happen to always be out of stop. Would rate -10/10 if I could.

I have tried to call this pharmacy on AT LEAST 3 different occasions, on 3 different days over the past several months. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, and the customer service is terrible. They act like they're being bothered by you for being a customer. My insurance told me I HAD to use CVS, or they wouldn't cover my prescriptions, but I'll be going to a different CVS today, as they're also unable to fill it by phone using their automated system! TERRIBLE personal and automated SERVICE!

They never pick up their phone. I had COVID and new insurance and kept trying to call to give them the new insurance while under quarantine and get my paxlovid delivered, and they did not answer. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes 5 times while under quarantine. I am changing my pharmacy as I am a high risk individual and this was urgent, and no one could be bothered to pick up the phone no matter the time of day. I am highly disappointed and angry at this pharmacy and their out-right neglect. They're lucky I didn't need to be hospitalized without my paxlovid.

I would give this place -5 stars if I could. The pharmacy staff are incredibly rude, lazy, unhelpful, and even belligerent sometimes. They have no actual interest in assisting patients. They are always out of the medications I need, and getting them in always takes forever, where other pharmacies will be able to get your meds in a day or two if they’re out. I never leave reviews of places, much less someplace like a convenience store, but I have had such a consistently abysmal experience at this place, where I have literally left in tears sometimes because I was treated so poorly, that it only seemed right to warn people.

I have been a customer at CVS for many years, and I have loved my experience with the pharmacy staff and also the customer service representatives in the store. But today I would like to take the time to thank a young lady that made my experience exceptional her name is Mo… she is definitely an asset to the CVS family! Her customer service skills are impeccable,she not only helped me with looking for a certain item because she had the time she also mentioned the new CVS app where my coupons will go from now on! DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH they are understaffed and dangerous about it.They take 3 to 5 days to fill a prescription even if it’s a recurring prescription and often run out of stock and take weeks to get it back in. I have waited over 2 hours on the phone to speak to a person to get some thing filled only to find out after I’ve had to call back and wait another hour and a half that there was an issue filling the prescription. For the most part I like working with most of the staff. But why can't the people in the pharmacy dept were their masks properly if at all? Why can't they every answer the phone? Why do they say a prescription has been ordered and when it will be in, but day upon days go by and it never comes in. Why do they blame everything that goes wrong on the electronic system; i.e. notifications that notifications that prescriptions are ready, they are not, etc. Why do they offer family members accounts to be connected if it never is when you are checking on prescriptions? Why do they charge for a bag to place several prescriptions when the policy stated that pharmacies would be one of the places who would not be charging for bags, especially since their labels are bigger than the little bags they bags they initially place the prescriptions in for sorting. Those are just a few little highlights...

This CVS was by far the worst experience I have ever had. My doctor called a few times to get a prescription for me with no answer. I called a few times still no answer. I showed up a few hours later to ask about my prescription and the pharmacist said that they just received the voicemail and that itll take 2 more hours to fill...why should it take almost 6 hrs to receive my antibiotics? I told them I am in so much pain and have been waiting for this medicine. They said "lunch is about to start for us, so you can get it afterwards." That is the most unprofessional answer I have ever heard. Never going here for a prescription. Super unprofessional and unorganized. I even heard the phone ring and not 1 pharmacy employee answered, I am just confused because is that not part of your job?

I would give them zero stars but to write my review I have to give at least one. So I have had many problems with pharmacy department. One time they gave me the wrong amount of medication . Thankfully I notice, I called and waited on hold for an hour for them to fix it. I on was this medication for while where I only had 7 days to pick it up my perception once my doctor sent it over and .so I called ahead to have it put on hold for me . And they day before the deadline they said oh we gave it to some one else . Turns out they missed placed it . Also they never answer the phone ! They also seem like they are so inconvenienced anytime you ask a question. Every time I have to pick up a perception. They will say oh it will be ready by whatever time and every time it keeps getting pushed. I don’t end up getting my perception for almost 2 weeks after I call them in . They are also very short staffed and are not trained very well. They also go through pharmacists every week. I got a perception for Claritin that was “supposedly over the counter “ so they told me my Insurance would not cover it . Even though I asked my doctor checked with the approved medication list for my insurance before prescribing it. That was a couple months ago I still don’t have it . Don’t get me wrong there is like 2 or 3 pharmacists that know what they are doing and work really hard . But they will probably end up quitting because of how much of the work they do compared to the others . Those are the ones who answer the phone and will happily answer my questions and instead of saying my perception will be ready later they say I will personally make sure it’s ready by the end of the day.

The pharmacy is terrible.They hardly ever answer the phone.The pharmacy staff is irate& short with the customers.I have regular Rx filled here and most of the time it takes days to get a Rx filled.This is a regular thing at this location.

Have to agree with the Pharmacy woes. Slowest, worst, most disorganized. EVER. Never answer. Never have but 1 person at the checkout, and they don't even have a drive thru! I've seen 3x faster with a drive thru and 2x the customers with 2 less staff at my CVS. Terrible. They're nice at least. Only reason for 2 stars. It took me 1 hour to get a flu shot. I almost took a flight to the CDC myself

I have given this CVS 2 chances in the last week and a half and they still say to me we got no call or order from my doctor when my doctor is telling me at the same time he did. I'm done with CVS altogether because this is the second store that has done this. Do not use CVS at all they are just a waste of time every time and also make it seem like you and your doctor are a liar. An thanks to them both I am sick because I don't have my meds.

I wish I could give it negative stars. This is the worst CVS in the area. The shelves are always half empty, and the pharmacy is chronically understaffed and never even answers their phone. I pity the few people who do work there. Avoid if at all possible!!
