I loved this store, very conveniently placed... but it is unfortunately closed for good. The only reason I'm giving a bad review is to draw attention to the fact that the store is closed. Allegedly you can order online, but there's a previous review that had issues with online orders so do with that information what you will.Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the products were great. This store had a 5 star review experience when it was open.

It wasn't until this week that I heard this business had closed. Unfortunately I still have to give it a 1 star review. I had ordered a product LAST YEAR and the seller who called me said it was backordered. I contacted them a couple months later via phone and email requesting a refund but I never got anything back.I'm sure the business was legit since the representative who contacted me was initially very friendly and communicative. Unfortunately there was zero transparency after that and I'm out approximately $50. Avoid ordering anything online to spread awareness!

Love the products! I've been purchasing from CBD Supply Maryland for two years. And now that I have an issue, I can't get anyone on the phone or to respond to my emails, and I call almost daily . I have NOT received my past 2 orders and it's been over a month!!! The only reason I'm not giving it a 1 is because the products are great and this has been my first issue. Horrid customer service for such great products!! Order #s 25163 and 25169.

Kerry answered all my questions and was very personable. I felt comfortable knowing I was informed on my purchase. There is also a provider that does injections and other offers many other services. Only place I will go even though it's further than at least 10 other stores.

Awesome customer service. Emailed them after ordering to swap something out and they took care of it, no problem. I ordered 2/18, and literally got my package the next day, 2/19. I do live in Maryland, but awesome shipping/fulfillment times. Thanks, will order again!

Every associate I've met at this location is knowledgeable and friendly. I do in ask a few questions and let them do the talking. Everything I've got here seemed to me to be high quality, never suspected any counterfeit vape or anything. On top of that they literally have more of a variety in products then I'll need, but look forward to trying. It's also kept extremely clean so bonus points. There's even a lovely park behind them if you feel like a wee little jaunt in the woods.

Awesome staff and experience. Products are truly A1, I've been back several times since my first visit, and will continue to do so! Online ordering is my favorite thing to do during our current times, and LOVE the fact this is an option. Gives me time to research the products and read reviews. I would suggest the BOPIS process have some more clarity surrounding order pick-up, maybe an estimated timeframe of when to pick up your order? My last two orders I had to inform person at the counter what I ordered so they could find my order and then they had to grab the items to bag them up. Still, no big deal at all... friendly service, POV product suggestions, and these folks can always answer all of your questions!

If you have been to other CBD stores, or have never tried hemp products, this store is a great place to be. The guys at CBD Supply Maryland in Nottingham were warm and welcoming. They asked me questions that made me feel like I had known them all my life, and were more interested in me rather than trying to sell me the most expensive product. When it came time to purchase a product to provide pain relief, they did not try to up-sell me. They made sure that I was getting the best possible product for my budget. Then they made sure I knew how to take the product and what dose would be best for me. I can truly say that the CBD products they offer really work well.
