Don't get into the reptile game if you aren't knowledgeable of it. you are THE ONLY place that will not exchange feeders. Snakes are finicky eaters, you acted like this was something new. The very first visit in store I asked if this would be an issue and was assured, "of course, no problem" then when I unfortunately have to, you won't. My business will be elsewhere from here on out and I will no longer support this small business or recommend this place.

The employee was very very nice she took the time to go over things with me even some of the other customers didn't rush me to get things accomplished and paid for it was a very nice experience I would go back.

On 9/12/21 visit the pet store where I purchased a sling for my fur gbaby. She didn’t stay in it after I walked away. So I came back to pay the difference for a stroller she didn’t have any, so I was willing to take a loss in the price difference to purchase the backpack. I was very unsatisfied.

This store has everything I need for all of my pets. I have a dog, cat, two turtles and a fish. The only downside, which is not the store problem, is they sometimes do not have crickets which my turtles love. Their supplier sometimes can’t make it so I end up having to go somewhere else. But anything I can think of for my pet they have. And things I didn’t know I needed.

Small pet focused store in in Patapsco Flea Market. Limited selection but decent quality. They have been in business for quite sometime. Mostly dog and cat supplies, treats, and crates. A good selection of dog harnesses and collars. They also had a couple hamsters and guinea pigs and the cutest dwarf hamster.. The shopkeeper was welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable.

every pet i seem to get from here ends up dying within a week or 2 not sure why bc i take good care of them but I had more then 2 Pets from here & they all died . 1 star cause they do have manors , I juss don’t understand how every time I get something from here it passes away .

I love this place I travel all the way from lutherville to get my dog food. They are friendly and knowledgeable. By far the best pet store I've been to.

Went in to browse at reptiles and 1/2 of snakes (we could see ) in a tank was dead we let who I assume is the owner/worker know and watched her take the snake out the other snake didnt seem to be moving either , 2/3 of the leopard geckos also appeared dead they had no reaction to movement outside the tank and the other gecko crawling on top of them( this might be normal behavior but it didnt look right ) . The snake was confirmed dead I do not know about the other animals . The enclosures also didn't look suitable for the reptiles one tank housed 3 geckos but the tank was not big enough for 3 geckos its recommended you keep more then one gecko in atleast a 15 gallon there was also on one hide available.I get housing a lot of reptiles you cant but lots of huge tanks and fancy enclosure but to not realize your snake is dead is kinda crazy to me .
