I'm a tad bit dissappointed in them as my son was stranded in Catonsville with no cell phone service in the freezing cold. By the grace of God, an officer called me at 2 in the morning to ask me to come get him but its a shame folx will let some one freeze to death before helping them in a time of dire need. Be better humans.

I was given moldy bread I called and let them know about the bread was B was moldy I asked him can I come back the next day and pick up a new little bite he said the hotdog is fine I’ll give you a new bread and then hung up the phone on me tried to call back he heard it was me on the phone again and hung back up

I've been using this store for 1 year. The staff is friendly but the store isn't as clean as it used to be. The coffee bar is very messy. There seems to be a group of homeless people that congregate in front opening the door for customers. Also the front of the store could use a good cleaning. Today is the first time I decided to go to another 7-11.

Since the new management, the store is very clean at all times. Staff is very pleasant with customers also. I am inside this store about 4+ times a day bc i live so close & its definitely gotten better, the hot food is actually fresh now all the time!!! 😎😝😍

Overcharge customers by having higher prices in their register system than advertised on their shelves. I pointed out the problem to the staff, and they acknowledged it and apologized. However, they refused to correct the advertised price to the register price and refused to charge me the advertised price. Two weeks later I visited the store, and the advertised price was still wrong.I'd be curious to see an audit of their inventories' advertised prices and register prices. Assuming they can overcharge customers $2/hour, then it'd net them about $1400 extra in profit per month.

The 7-11 on Wilkens Ave had a clerk coughing and combing his matted hair while waiting on me. He then made sure to make solid hand to hand contact while giving back my change. Where do you get these people from? He needs to learn basic hygiene. Pan handlers at the door. Trash everywhere outside this building. This place was dirty inside as well. Pathetic to say the least. A report to the health department will be filed.

Drug addicts standing outside the store begging, harassing you from your car into the store. Store manager unbothered by the fact that customers can’t even shop without being followed around the store. Store manager here was completely rude, had me waiting in line for a long time for just one cup of coffee while he had a conversation with another customer. I won’t be back!

Everyday there is this lady that buys lotto tickets around the time I get off work. We end up in this same 7/11 everyday around the same time. This lady takes so long getting her lotto tickets that I swear my wife could bring a baby to term in the time it takes this lady to buy a power ball. Coffee is ok.

This morning I went to this store to purchase a Cheeseburger Big Bite. The cashier who is also the morning manager/supervisor rang my order up on the register wearing blue food service gloves. When he completed ringing me up, another customer asked for assistance finding a product in the store. So he walked from behind the counter still wearing these blue food service gloves and found the item for the customer. Not a problem. On his way back he noticed a yellow wet floor sign standing in the middle of the floor, so he bent down picked it up and moved it. He then walked back around the corner with those same blue food service gloved hands and, took food out of the toaster oven. That's awful right?! It got worse! He then opened and went into a bag of hot dog buns to make my Cheeseburger Big Bite. I told him to stop, refund my money, and I explained to him why I wanted a refund. The only thing he said was sorry. Sorry you saw that.What!? Sorry I saw that!? You lead from the front. This guy needs to be retrained asap. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS 7/11's grill area.

The employees are not professional at all, they must be under table employees. We are going to complaint this to the right authorities. The shop smell weed all the time too.

This Wilkins 711 Branch was very rude, disrespectful and discriminatory against my husband Ernesto, his Carrcasian friend Justin and Devon. And lied that the price on the advertisement that the management have posted was wrong and considered them ignorant. Which the management is very bigoted indeed. Unjustly!!!
