Sign says 24 hours. Staff inside with the door look making personal purchases but claiming they are closed. It’s the lady with the red hair. As nurses we are working nights to survive our patients and people making it difficult puts a strain on health care workers.

I come here all the time during the day, great food. Watch out for the angry Indian man who works the night shift. He kicked me out of his store and called the police after he claimed I was stealing snack foods. I promised to pay him back for the snacks later but he wouldn't listen...

Terrible service ..Cashier Toni needs to be fired and Manager Luma needs to training on 7 rewards .....they wouldn't allow me to use my 7 rewards..They lied and told me because there a franchise and it dont apply to them...and they don't participate in 7 rewards promotions....wrong info ..they lied ...I call 7 eleven headquarters...I was told all All 7 eleven stores participate in 7 rewards.promotion regardless if franchise.The Cashier Toni *female was clueless on the 7 rewards ..that she called her manager who than told me I couldn't use my my points for my free stuff or my free drink along with my purchases..I had more than enough points and still do because they say they dont have to participate in 7rewards...They need better training on 7 rewards along with better attitude ...I got in my car and immediately called *Corrporate *7 eleven headquarters. 7 rewards claim department was very knowledgeable on 7rewards and the customer service .. was very helpful...assisting me. As for the store dont just tell.customer anything..

Simply asked the same question I ask other 711 since u don't have chocolate chip cookies how long to make. (I even explained other 711s will tell me 20 min to bake 15-20 min to cool.) She pressed to tell me I'm lying as it takes 2hours and chuckles. Over and over telling me there's no way. Lady I'm over it u are lazy and don't wanna make the cookies. The time it took to write this, u could have started my 🍪..... always the next 711.

Do yourself a favor and only go to this location unless you have to or if the owners are working.Was just in this location trying redeem a coupon for American Spirit cigerettes and as usual the coupons do not scan like normal coupons and usualy the employee is able to work around it. Not this time she just kept telling me its not valid. She wasnt rude, but I have never had an issue from anyone else who works at this location being able to work around this issue. I have the recept and will come back when the owner is there to get the $3. I even tried to explain to the employee that there is always a problem with the normal way the coupons are scaned in. I work in customer service as well so I know she is just following S.A.P. I went in a day later. Had the same issue. Had to go to Royal Farms again. Plus Royal farms coffee is cheaper and taste better. Also Royal Farms has the same issues with these coupons. But, they know how to work around this issue.Went for free slurpee day the machine was off. They never have food ready during peak times like lunch when you would expect them to have it. They will not make you a whole pizza still. I have gone to other locations with no issues. It takes 90 seconds to cook one. Another issue is that the majority 7of the time when I come to get coffee they are out of everything but the regular and the regular doesnt taste right. And this is at 10am. Really the only reason I will go because its a block away from my house. The only ones that are helpful are the owners.

They've made me whole pizzas lots of times. The staff is friendly without overdoing it. The store has had a history of being victimized. The owner has taken over working night shifts rather than put his employees at risk. He locks the door at night to be able to control entry, but will open it for any customer.

Me and my friend was outside of 7/11 eating out purchases when the cops where called on us. the police stated that the cashier through we where trying to rob them. if was white it would have been different but because we are black we are suspicious.

At times the hired help is rude and disrespectful. They have lottery machines but rarely uses them. They will lie and tell you that the machine is down. And rarely cash winning tickets. So don't expect much. To be honest it's only one employee with such a character flaw and she no longer works there so I would expect a whole different experience in management.

This Sherwood Rd location NEVER takes part in the $0.79 cents Big Gulp promotion, nor the $0.99 cents promotion either. Their Big Gulps are ALWAYS $1.59!!! They skimp on the lunch meat for the prepared $3.50 sandwiches. The other 7-11's don't have ONE slice of meat to ONE slice of cheese. Will NEVER buy a sandwich from them again. Their prices are higher than other locations & I don't understand why!!! I live right near them, but I drive all the way to the Charles St or the Pleasant Plains locations for better service, prices and more selection.

Went in today to exchange a juice I purchased there, 2 days ago. The juice was spoiled. Repurchased the same juice, but tasted it before leaving this time. This one was sour, as well. At this point, I decided to just return it for my money back. The cashier stated, "this is the 2nd time you're returning this, and you can't keep returning this." She then went on to say, "no one else has returned these, so it's just you!" Then a man that was behind the counter says to me, "don't buy this one again." Needless to say, I let them know what I thought of their rude and disrespectful behavior, took my $3 (although most other 7-11's charge $2.50) and left. They won't ever get another dime from me. I work in the area, and a lot of my colleagues make purchases there. I will do my best to make sure they know what kind of people they're giving their money to! They treated me as if I was doing something wrong. I drove 2 miles and initially exchanged vs returning, so I clearly wanted the juice, but I'm not paying for something that's spoiled!

I don't understand if this is a convenient 24 hrs food Store why can't customers get cooked foods at 6pm..and the associates says they can't cook any new foods at 6pm Gosh . what time is the last foods cooked?

Really does not deserve a star at all the guy who works the night shift is very rude and seems to not be able to control his guard dog well. My biggest problem with the 7 eleven besides the poor customer service is that every night at 12:00 am it’s closed which is very inconvenient for someone who lives in the area. I’ve needed things at 1220 at times and had to drive to another 7 eleven which is in another part of town just to get things I could of got there . I’ve noticed at times its only open to the police, but not the customers which I don’t understand the problem with that especially if its a safety issue for it bein closed . Please someone do something about this or either change the store sign because it’s false advertisement to say 24 hours but is never open 24hours

Worst 7/11 out here don’t even support them by spending your hard earned money here. They literally always say they are closed anytime pass 12. Yet is advertised as open 24/7 & not to mention there’s always an employee inside yet they closed . Makes no sense. Just better off going to a Royal Farms

Why is this place so disappointing? I cannot make ANYTHING after 2am apparently. And the gentleman served me while on the phone as if he's not working or I don't deserve his UNDIVIDED UNCOMPROMISED attention. Then he waited till I "left" to lock the front door-- I wasn't even in the hallway!! Completely discouraging! 7-Eleven!!

I am ONLY giving one star because no stars is not an option. The staff is the rudest staff I have ever encountered. You have to watch one of the men who works there because he will try to cheat you on your change. I have decided that I will not give my money to this one again. Why pay for poor service when you can get it for free elsewhere.

This 7-11 is often closed in the latest hours of the night with no warning. A handmade "Closed" sign can be seen posted on the front door as often as not in the wee hours.

There's certain machines seems to be broken from May to October every year. The store is always dirty and I could be some unsavory characters hanging around. There's always merchandise and totes on the ground I sit there and sit there and sit there. They never have change for anything greater than a v it seems and no one there seems to appreciate the fact that they have a job it's a mess

Went into the 7-eleven wanted to get a whole pizza they had no pizza ready all they had was maybe six big bites asked the lady behind the counter to make a pizza and she said she doesn't do that great way to treat your customers no wonder this 7 11 has gone through so many owners in the past 10 years
