Horrible every time I go. I always promise myself to never return, yet being as I live nearby, in a pinch I must. The morning workers are miserable and they let you know it as soon as you walk in. With their broken down, I think I smelled something bad faces. I witnessed one tell a customer to leave because he want to sit his small kick scooter by the door so as to not be stolen. Of course the other had to chime in. I have seen the gentleman there before and it wasn't a problem then. All that aside, the prices are much much higher than even the 7-11 on the other side of the neighborhood. A gallon of milk is close to $6.00. They don't accept any 7-11 coupons or honor any promotions. If you need gas go 1 minute away to the Royal Farms. I don't know what the problem is but it seems the pumps need adjustment. If I could give less than 1 star I would give zero. A new owner would do this store a lot of good. Money hungry is too polite of a word. Pictures of the filth soon to come.

EVERYTIME I come here the thick white lady always have a problem. She can never ever load money ever. It’s always too late or the system isn’t working but I’ll come right back in 5 minutes and the older guy has no problem doing it ever. She is extremely lazy! She usually works night shift!

7-11 is the worst for using their app to get deals, as each location apparently has their own rules. And they do not do a good job of keeping all food and coffee options available. Very frustrating!

There was a lady who was working late last night and today this evening, she had an attitude when i tried to talk and tell her about what items I was going to purchase and today she had an attitude to the point she hit her hand on the cashier table in front of a lot of people, never want to see that women and I want her to be replaced by someone else because I don’t tolerate with an employee who give disrespect. I recommend only going in the morning and during noon because this women will make you feel disgusted, and no I don’t know what her name is but she had a bit of greenish hair on the end of her hair.

This is a well stocked place that has friendly workers and the great coffee that 7-11 is known for. It is easily accessible and acceptably clean. Given the volume of customers that they get, it is impossible to keep the floors clean.

There are a rip off with broken air pump on premises of $1.75 not working. Imagine a lot of customers slotting quarters in everyday and yet, never post a sign air pump is out of order😰😰😰😰

Just popped in to grab some snacks, the service was ok even though they were kind of lackadaisical to the individual that were in line so it just took longer in line than it had to.
