False advertising. They are now not 24 hrs. Online and on the stores window it says they close at 12pm. I went there at 11pm and the worker David said they were closed. Idk if the employees are closing before they are supposed to or what but it’s ridiculous and wasted my time walking up there in the rain because I was going by store hours.

I just left this empty nasty store! No ice cream, no fresh fruit, and the doughnuts were stale. The hot foods looked like they had been sitting there for a week. The card machine didn't even work properly. I hate to say it, but this store has gone downhill since being taken over by new management.

I bought a salad from this 7 eleven. .When I got to work I found a bug in my salad.. I emailed the corporation. I received an email back about an experience they had and they told me to contact the store for a refund.. I called the store and the clerk said all he could do was exchange the salad for me. .The salad was already thrown in the trash at that point.. Who carries around a salad with a bug crawling in it for over 8 hours? I called corporate this time and filed a complaint.. I was told I would get a response in 24-48 hours.. It has been 4 days later and I still haven't heard from anyone.. Keep my $4.29. I won't EVER go to another 7 eleven establishment.

If i could give this store 0 stars i definitely would the staff here are the rudest people i have ever met. They act like they can't do anything. when they make a mistake they act like it's your fault not theirs...i truly wish there was more stores around....

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I just left there, I asked the sales associate to make fresh pizza TWICE, he refused the first time but eventually made the pizza.... after pizza was done, I asked the SA to put my two slices back In for 15 secs so my cheese could melt more, he responded with come on man the pizza is done and we don't have a 15 sec button, in which that was a lie. What he dont know is that I work for 711 as well. However he made excuses and told me I could take my coupons and get out......🤔🤔🤔 he tossed them on the counter and then I left!

The staff is very rude and nasty. Very disrespectful. Mainly 2 stuff talk to the customers rudely. When asked for a manager and corporate number was told to google it. Was telling other customers lotto was closed it was only 6 something. Like I said 2 of the rudest people that defiantly shouldn't be working with people. Would give 0 stars but then couldn't leave a review.

The coffee i got from this store was light and tasted weird. This is not the first time i got coffee from this store and it tasted more like watered down coffee are they stretching one bag a coffee for all the pots or something.

I suspect that an employee stole information from my card. I only used my card once in the day and it was on that 7/11 and it turns out that I have 2 charges in a women's store
