The two young teenagers running the place for actually doing a great job. I had to transfer money to my cash app card and they both couldn't have been more polite and professional. Perfect examples of how the young kids should act without managers on duty. Their family would be proud!!

Obnoxious that it says 24 hours on google after like two years of them closing before midnight, which is just insane to me in the first place considering I feel like the entire point of 7/11 is that they are open all night. Other than that, it’s not the best 7/11 I’ve ever been to but it serves its purpose for the most part. And honestly the hours they are open are causing me to be overly critical of the store itself, if they stayed open like literally every single other 7/11 in existence, I’d prob just give it four or five stars and chalk any other criticism up to the fact it’s a convenience store on Belair road lol

This is one of if not the worst 7-11 in Baltimore. They sold me 2 $10 Roblox cards and neither one of them worked and when I went to complain to the manager (John) who was not in the store and when he was contacted gave me all the nonchalant attitude you could think of he even suggested that I call Roblox or 7-11 corporate office and no he didn't have the name or number of anyone particular that I could speak to and he was definitely not authorizing any of the staff to refund me my $20.Will not be going back.

It was me and 4 coworkers buying twice a day in this 7 eleven because it's close to us, but not anymore!!!!!!!! The worst area of ​​this place is the coffee bar! It's always dirty with nasty flies flying around, the woman in charge the coffee bar just walks around with her radio blaring on customers, not caring if the customers feel comfortable. Note: We moved to the Royal farms on the same Belair Rr and we only return to buy in this store if you (OWNER) hire another person who REALLY wants to work! (also the manager needs to do something about it! we already complained to her several times)

Finally gave up on this location, can't get the coffee I want before work, I asked the barista if she can reset the coffee machine her respond was" it is not my job to clean and reset the espresso machine". Employee's are great saying hello when you come to the store but service in general are horrible.

Updated review:- The Slurpee Machine has been broken for months.- The ice machine has been broken for weeks.- The fountain sodas have been flat for weeks.- The coffee machine has been broken for weeks.- Certain brands of cigarettes quickly sell out between deliveries.This store is very poorly managed, and I see no reason to ever stop here again, especially when there are 3 other 7-Elevens within 1-2 miles from this store.

I know this place is clean because when I tried to get my decaf coffee this morning, I got about a teaspoon of blue pot cleaner instead of coffee. The people at the counter just turned and walked away without a word when I told them. Since this is a risk of consumption, it makes me wonder if they leave any of this in there when they make coffee. It will be a while before I return.

Kudos to the staff at this 7-11 they were very friendly this morning the store was clean and very organized they also had everything for tea to include lemon juice and honey. They also have a new bar for flavored ice teas and cold coffee I was very impressed and pleased

They never have anything hot maybe 3 dry chicken wings with one burnt slice of cheese pizza no matter the time u visit. Most days their selection is limited throughout the entire store. Besides that they do greet you as you come into the store maybe the only positive.

What I would expect of a 7/11. Store is about 3 years old so its still fresh on the inside. Family owned and operated with some neighborhood people working there. Clean parking lot and clean interior.

People working at 5am are on phone ,then RIP u off on ur change then cusses at you ...to waste ur time and tell u ur lying and trying to get over on them. 10 mins after playing in back on camera . Ole yo my bad ur right.. doesnt the register tell u what change to give back... so either stupid,cant read or trying to RIP people off... last time in that store

This 7 11 is really bad. One of the employees is sitting there calling me retarded because I am asking for them to make tosquitos. And the others just kinda condoning it. Do not think I will be coming back to this one again.
