Great place! Friendly knowledgeable staff. A lounge in the back if you wish to smoke there filled with interesting folks. They also have 2 large TVs for watching sports.

Great and laid back atmosphere. Awesome selection with something for everyone! Great sized lounge, bring your own food and drinks for the win!Also, don't take getting followed in the humidor personally. It's the same at every store; basically a company policy at this point to cut down on theft, but the employees try to make it a friendly and educational experience while you're getting tailed ;) . I get it, they've got a business to protect and cigars by nature are probably easy to pocket. Just make conversation with them; these guys have a lot of cool interests outside of cigars!

I love this place. The one star is for the truly POS clerk that works there. Last name Behman. The minute I enter the shop, the way he talks and carries himself is like 'why are u here?' Vibe. And to this day, he has given everyone I come with with the utmost negative vibe. Bad attitude and just not positive. I almost think its because I am Asian.

Mark is wonderful. My friend John and I have been regular customers here for several years, on the weekends. The one thing that brings us back, time and time again, is Mark's wonderful hospitality. We purchase cigars and enjoy a couple hours in the lounge. It's like Mark rolls out the red carpet for us and makes us feel very much at home. He comes back and checks on all of us and tells us how grateful he is for all of us. Great prices, great service, a great atmosphere to come unwind...now with those massive flat screen TVs for watching the games! Thank goodness for Olney Davidus...really helps me de-stress at the end of a rough work week.

Unfriendly Manager an unsatisfactory service. I felt absolutely not welcomed once I entered, really uncomfortable the whole time while I was browsing cigars. I explained I don’t need help (I always buy my standard cigar and a extra one) and Manager did not leave me alone, felt like he was glued on to me! I will definitely stop going there and drop my money somewhere else!Things definitely changed to the worse for me since they changed the manager...

The lounge is the star here. Spacious, well ventilated, flat screen tv usually showing sports and always a BYOB policy. Very friendly folks with good conversation whenever you visit.

Happy to see they have a professional manager now running the store. It is a great store and love the humidor and the lounge is big. Great selection! I really enjoyed my latest visit.

Great place to go buy and enjoy a cigar. The new manager, Scott, is terrific. Mark, who often works in the evenings is really concerned about the customer. Great place.
